Worst bank I don’t have any identification to give them because I’ve lost them I’m facing hardship money in there in the acc and they said will takes days to review I’ve told them to bank transfer the money to my acc in my other name which should be instant don’t use it

Very easy to use and understand the app that’s connected after a very simple application.

Easy to navigate and the rewards system is great. All my friends try to pay!

From stopping the notifications about payment out of the blue so I miss the date to having third party vendors like yonder hotels have some unliveable falsely advertised rooms (nuitee is a truly awful company I don’t know why yonder allows its customers to be treated so badly by them ending in a £60 credit after a month of slow responses for an unliveable £180 room…) I’ve had such bad experiences with yonder this summer. Going back to Amex where you at least get treated somewhat decently!!

Excellent app and probably the best non-Amex awards available. Easy to use and collect too. I’ve had Yonder for more than a year now and it I’m very pleased with it.

This account was fraudulently set up. I gave contacted Yonder several times and nothing has been done. Hopefully the account is frozen as per my request. I am very concerned and disappointed with the progress of deleting this account

I am happy the service yonder provided in terms of customer service also when you go on holiday zero charge and view hander's pound of cash withdrawal if you need it.

Absolutely a joke. Would decrease your credit limit to 500 for no apparent reason. Yonder stinks

I like the ease of using the app and the way in which the team stays in contact. Not too much but you know they’re there.
Although many of the rewards are London-based ( and I’m in Nottingham) I can always find something to spend my points on.
I also really appreciate the travel insurance and car excess insurance options for the paid up membership.

Brilliant customer service, extremely pleased with them all round.

When applying their website asks you to choose the PIN that you want. But when the card arrives, the PIN doesn't work, so check the app to find out I've assigned a random number. Tried to change at an ATM but it wouldn't work. No phone number to call, so have to rely on online chat, waiting hours for a reply. They have no explanation as why I didn't receive my chosen PIN, and their system doesn't allow you to change it through an ATM. They cancelled the card and asked me order a new one through the app and choose my PIN. Again the second card arrived with a different random number. No confidence in this bunch of clowns.

Excellent application. Process very efficient

As a purchase card, all works fine, good app, easy to navigate through the options, intuitive design and all. As a reward card, it works better if you live in a city served by them, so you can enjoy the experiences you can exchange by the points, which is not my case, so although I can still use the online experiences, I feel I miss a lot.

The whole experience from applying to receiving my card has been incredibly simple. All instructions were easy to understand and follow. The card arrived as promised and activation process was smooth and straightforward. Have used the contactless facility multiple times with no issues. Highly recommended.
