Poor Rewards & Reduced Limits
I also had my credit limit reduced because I dont rack up massive debts on my card, i have read their stock replies about having to review this but ive had credit cards since I was 18 and not one has ever done this without me asking for it.....
Also, the so called rewards.....i tried to book an airport lounge and claim the points I had accumulated for a discount....my 'unique' link did not work so I was charged full price, on challenging this i was presented with screenshots that were not what I saw on my app and a stock response to say that I was at fault.....
The app is confusing, points are horrendous to try and redeem.....
I also discovered that booking this lounge through the Yonder rewards program was more expensive than going to the provider directly.....ive been told this will be 'fed back' but Yonder absolutely must be aware they are offering more expensive 'treats' which are disguised as rewards.
Im going to claim the little points I have left, and go back to my Amex card, the avios I receive on that are far more rewarding. Easier to claim and not a total scam.
I will await my stock reply saying they acknowledge what I say but its me thats at fault.....

Hey Scott, thanks for the detail here. It's useful to know where things have gone wrong for you, even though it's a sad read for us.
On the credit line: we know this is really frustrating, especially with good history. Everything you've read in responses to other members is true and these changes absolutely aren't a regular occurrence, but that doesn't make it less irritating for you and we get that.
On the lounge booking, we can see this has been dealt with by our team and even though the requirements weren't met, a goodwill gesture was offered.
Your point on cost is a fair one, and we're looking into this, as that is absolutely not our usual style. Thanks for flagging this to us.
We're really sorry these experiences have made you decide to leave. We'd love it if you gave us another chance to make it up to you. But if not, we've loved having you with us and thanks for giving us a try.
Unlike Santander Card, Less formalities, more useful
1. Easy to handle.
2.Unlike, as a Master Card acceptable at all shops.

Update: Thanks for sharing your info. We've looked into this for you - someone from member support will be getting in touch with you ASAP with an update from Mastercard on your case. Sorry for the hold up, there's a backlog of cases we're working through right now.

Ive been using yonder for a few months…
Ive been using yonder for a few months now. I use it for the whole month then pay the balance off. I find the card and app great for tracking our spending over the month. Ive also received £70 in rewards.

My credit card details got stolen and…
My credit card details got stolen and Yonder has not been responding to my inquiries, nor removed the fraudulent charges from my card. Do not use this company, after my card was stolen, 2.6k was was spent on my account. Yonder is refusing to deal with the situation and have begun charging me interest as I'm refusing to settle a debt that is not mine.
Use AMEX instead, at least with them you're certain that the customer experience will be ok.
