Great perks, excellent app. Most of what I spend is on Yonder now, and this gave me the opportunity to try different restaurants, get discounts at the theater, and redeem points against products/services I was already using (e.g. Etsy, Healf...). I barely touch my Amex anymore.

The Yonder pub rewards are sensational... Best perk I've had on any card, ever.

Also great for just exploring new food spots

Been a full member with Yonder for a while now and honestly, I regret it. £15 a month and the customer service is some of the worst I have dealt with, slow, dismissive, and unwilling to give straight answers.

My credit limit was reduced with no real explanation, even though I’ve actually had an increase before, I’ve always paid my card on time, and if anything my credit should look better on paper, not worse. I had to chase it myself, and when normal channels got me nowhere, I ended up filing a Subject Access Request just to get clarity on my own account. They refuse to give you any information without that, and it is such a waste of time, but it is the only way to actually get answers from this company.

UPDATE: they have also failed to respond to my SAR within 30 days that they’re legally required to.

The points system is just as confusing. I followed every step correctly and still didn’t get my points worth from the retailer on their own list of shopping partners. I had to start a chat about it. You cannot get always clear answers on how much you can actually redeem with each retailer, just vague terms.

They have also quietly added interest into the terms and conditions. I pay my balance in full every month so it does not affect me directly, but it says everything about how this company operates. Changes get made with no real communication, and you are left finding with an email once they’ve implemented it.

They like to position themselves against AMEX. They are not comparable. One is an established brand with a track record of solid customer service across multiple countries, and the other is a joke cosplaying as a premium card. Multiple other cards on the market offer free FX fees as standard, so that’s not even a unique selling point for anyone claiming to be premium. For £160 a year, Yonder gives you a nice looking card and constant frustration.

I have have received great support from Otto and Matthew on the team.

Over the last 12 ish months I've had to contact support for various things ranging from very trivial issues to disputes with some merchants. All of those were handled well and quickly by the support team.

I honestly believe that £15/month for the card might not be the best value for me per my personal circumstances but I cannot fault the service they are providing.

Good card to use and the benefits look good but haven’t used them yet. I’d have given 5 stars but you have no internet explorer access login.

Such an attentive team. All my queries are addressed and resolved really promptly. And that's before the amazing rewards. I am taking my daughter to see Hercules this weekend, and it barely cost me a penny. More for ice creams she said!

Yonder is excellent! Easy to use, card is slick, the app is great and the perks are always genuinely exciting. I've used points on so many great rewards including a BATCH LDN suit, Percival Menswear, Trainline, Laundry heap and countless pubs around London. Plus, the customer service has always been impeccable. I'd give six stars if I could!

I sign up to a card who's policy on interest payments changed to my detriment within two weeks of me opening the account. You're up against the worlds biggest ... Well that's not going to help!

We can't call yonder a credit card,example they change the credit limit without any notice,
The intrest rate higher thr nomal rate,
Monthly charge £15 it's not worth it
Points program not bad you can use the points in different places and different products, but if you are outside London, it's almost useless

I was a founder member of Yonder a few years ago and the service has just kept getting better: reward points that convert to experiences simply without hassle; any supplier dispute acted on immediately; intuitive and friendly team plus great service.
