Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Imagine entrusting your money to a fortress with no doors, where your funds are imprisioned indefinitely, with no hope of release. Thank to my head-er my experience there has been like a well oiled machine, consistently delivering payouts with precision and without any delays. It's the difference between being stuck in a financial black hole and enjoying seamless, reliable transactions.

Google Yieldstreet claims and look at some of the forums of current and previous investors talking about their deals bad. If you are not willing to do reseach, I recommend you stay away from this company completely, and if you do research, you will at least know its very dangerous to put any money with them. I just had a class A real estate deal go completely to $0. 100% loss is what the guidance is. This is not an isolated event.

You can believe or join them If you’re fine with burning your money to make barbecues , you’d at least get a decent meal which is more than I can say about.
I have chosen infinity metrix after I learnt about it on trading view, each plan is suitable for beginner and seasoned investor

I am not surprised seeing quite a number of negative review, i also had my fiarshare of a underwhelming services and i felt fighting here is like fighting a lost battle so i switched to ToMv,Er for better services

In February of 2023 I invested $5000. In October I tried to liquidate & was told I had to complete 1 year. In February 2024 I tried again & was told I had to wait intil the fund mgr. consented. A while later they returned $850, but the fund had declined 16% in value. Since last spring they have repeatedly refused to return additional funds, & the investment continues to lose value. This outfit is a huge scam. I'm now out about $4,000 with little hope of ever recouping the loss. I urge you: DO NOT invest with these shady people.

I strongly recommend you stay away. i have had an "investment" now for 2 years. No return. Terrible communication. After several request I was told the investment is on their "watchlist" for possible reduced returns.

How's this company not been investigated by the SEC?

This is by far the worst investment I ever did, put your hard earned money somewhere else.

Have made multiple investments in yield street all of which are in default or going to go to default soon. While investing is inherently risky and I expect one or two to go down but the fact that all of them are not performing and going to zero, is really hard to digest. Case of gross incompetence, misleading advertising and/or fraud. Writing my experience so others can take a more informed decision.

This site offers several investments as an alternative to publicly traded stocks / investments; however, the fees are high, liquidity low and there is a high probability of losing principle in most investments, and the dividends are far below the advertised amount (something advertised as paying 11-12% dividends after fees ends up being no more than 1-2% if any). I do not recommend this site to anyone. Fortunately I only invested in 5 funds and so my losses were limited.

Several offerings open at any given moment. Most perform as planned or nearly as planned. If you choose an income note linked to 3 stocks, there is inherent risk of losing money but that is not Yieldstreet failure.
Several of the real estate investments are doing poorly due to interest rates, inflation and other factors.
If you have Diamond status, you have a personal representative to discuss /contact.
so far all of the short term notes have paid well around 7-11 percent. Some investments are secured and other s not. Some have other recourse , while a few have little recourse.

they should have planned on the interest rates staying higher for longer. how often does the Fed lower interest rates quickly after hiking them? almost never. Sounds like they need a little adjustment in their thought process/underwriting. hard to get contact the same day without Diamond status. A few returns for some people have been around 20% per (maybe 10-14% avg) investment in a year while mine have gotten around 7-12% annual although the real estate ones are probably losing some or flat. I know one that is basically zero. So, that will lower my average yield to about 4 percent annual if the real estate ones do poorly. But that is better than losing.
Those who invested in the Alternative Income fund and complain about only being able to withdraw quarterly some or all, should know that is the way these investments work. Some mutual funds are similar with a limited period of time that allows withdrawal. So it is not only Yieldstreet that does that.
Also, if you didnt get a $100 bonus as some other claim, maybee it was a limited time offer. Sorry if you didnt get your bonus. I dont know that situation, but at least you didnt lose anything.

Careful they have changed their name to "Willow Wealth" as of October 2025. Same MO however!

I am convinced now this is a Ponzi scheme. Last minute changes before maturity in investment status to "watch" or "default". VERY difficult to get your money back from them. Misleading investments. They have already paid some hefty fines to the SEC for misleading investors. They are being investigated by the FBI and several state attorney generals. Do not invest here you were warned. Look up Yieldstreet lawsuit.

I'm concerned about the delay in receiving my withdrawal. I submitted the request two weeks ago, and I haven't received any response from support. I have moved on to equitypathway and everything is running smoothly. They offer instant withdrawal, and their support team is consistently available to assist.

Selling properties at a loss to pay themselves back their 'management fees' while holding back distributing investor capital back. They extended their loan dates so they are not in default when they are and have no plans to return capital to investors.

Year or so ago there was a deal being offered to give people $200 just for signing up for an account and becoming verified. So I signed up and never got my bonus. Not sure if there was a requirement to deposit $100 but somehow I have that much in my account. Only way I know is bc they sent an email telling me it was being transferred to my bank of record. But all withdrawals are frozen right now.

YS made a terrible job vetting real estate deals that were heavy-loaded on variable-rate mortgages before the rates went up. They are all in default now with people losing their money. I guess Yieldstreet was expecting rates to go negative or something.
The percentage of deals bankruptcy on YS shows the company is fraudulent or incompetent.

I concur with all the negative reviews are here, “terrible” customer service. It’s really the worst I’ve experienced across the board. I’ve received no response whatsoever to my email and voicemail inquiries. Inexcusable. I’ve moved on. Switching to infinitymetrix significantly improved my experience, thnks to their transparent practices and consistent performance

Their third party processor is now having problems according to Yieldstreet, so no ACH transfers can be made. This has been going on for more than a week. This is a sure sign that they are in trouble and investors will have difficulty getting any of their proceeds back.

Excellent investment selection to supplement my stocks and CD's for diversity. I have been with Yieldstreet for 6 years now. I had approximately 16 investments in 2023 and everyone performed as advertised. I am very happy with Yieldstreet.

Yieldstreet offers a variety of toxic investment garbage. If you want to watch your principal disappear, Yieldstreet is the company for you. Do not believe any of their lies regarding due diligence. There is no protection of your investment and they have a high default rate. I believe it is only a matter of time before someone goes to jail.
