Avoid putting money in with this organization. I am glad that they are not in BK yet as I still have a decent chunk on their platform. One of the greasiest companies out there.

Stay away. They make poor investment decisions.

I was looking for a safer place than the stock market to invest some money. I chose the Growth & Income REIT through Yieldstreet because in 2023, they listed pretty good rates of return. I am now down almost 50% on my initial investment and have received zero income. I can't get any money back because it's tied up until the REIT matures, but I can't get an answer to when that is. I would not recommend this company at all.

Invested in a ship deconstruction deal only to be told later the seller wasn't legit. two years of the same excuse 'litigation in Europe." Honestly it feels like they knew. Avoid it. If I had put all that money in Vastreach, I'd be in a better position right now They are reliable and pay fast every time. You won't regret choosing them.

I’ve been investing with yield Street for several years now I first started with their small short term notes paying about 4 1/2% just as a place to park cash I then moved into some heavier investing into their reit and building funds.

So far I’ve invested in total over 70,000 in different funds with yield Street

First was a structured note which a component of it nailed so I lost a third of the investment

The two other investments that were supposed to pay distributions haven’t paid anything and the money has been tied up for over a year longer than supposed to

Most recently I lost my entire investment $25,000 due to a default in the building and took place in Nashville

There is zero communication just got an email saying I lost everything

I would avoid this concept as it seems to be mismanaged and deceptive

Horrible. This is a platform where the big PE and investors won’t touch and they got picked up by YS to deceive retail investors and common people.
Also their managers are basically teenagers or youth in their twenties where they don’t have experience.
Stay away from them.

Yieldstreet aka Fraudstreet

The company is extremely poor in communication, and very opaque. I lost all my money ( ENTIRE CAPITAL) Stay away from these fraudsters.

Seems I am on my own, no support whatsoever. No one ever answers the phone

Jamie helped me make my first investment. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I invested a total of $21K into two real estate Yield Street investments ($5K and $16K) in March 2022. First was Nashville Multi-Family Equity II.A maturing March 2025 and second was Dallas-Fort Worth Multi-Family Equity I maturing June 2026.

My first investment has matured now but because of performance or market related issues with the investment, yield street is unable to give me my money back and actually stated that they have no idea when they will be able too. So I am worried that i will not get my money back for the first investment and worse, I feel the same fate awaits my next investment maturity next year.

If you are considering an investment in yield street, my advice to you is to run faster than Usain Bolt in the opposite direction unless your goal is to lose all of your money!!!!

I invested 300K in a multi-family apartment in Nashville called 2010 West End. I invested in March, 2022. This investment had a "target" return of 17%. The term was supposed to be 36 months. Fast forward to December 2024 and the investment is in default and I have lost my entire principal balance invested. The entire equity invested was wiped out in basically 2 years. About 6 months after the Nashville investment, I invested 100K in an apartment project in Chelsea, Manhattan. "Target" return of 20%. The term was supposed to be 18 months. Fast forward to December 2024 and the term has been extended to the end of 2026 and a bridge loan was offered which will dilute my equity. Yieldstreet is saying this investment is not at risk of default but I am skeptical. I sent a list of questions about these two investments to my account manager specifically regarding the performance, or lack thereof, of the two investments. After going back and forth on email over the course of a couple months and following up for the answers to my questions I finally gave up and never received any answers from them. This company has no accountability, their due diligence is at best awful and at worst non existent. The best way I can describe this company is that they market deals to retail investors that the professional investor class doesn't want to touch and disguise it as an "alternative investment" platform. Save yourself the gut wrenching losses that I have incurred and put your money elsewhere.

Michael Weisz and Yieldstreet are scam artists. Took $75K of my investment that I put it 4 investments with them. And 3 out of them went south total value of $65K. I understand that investments carry risks but when 3 out of 4 go south and you are supposed to be a alternate investment company that review investment carefully. it is rather suspicious that you are running a legitimate business. No response from them and they are ignoring my emails. I know it is totally my fault and my responsibility for falling for them but just warning others not to make the same mistake I did.

It was easy to get started, but I'm still awaiting information on how to become an accredited investor (i sent an email on December 3rd).
I reviewed the requirements necessary to become an accredited investor. How/where do I submit my documentation to show I have the required assets.

While the thought of asset diversification and higher yields may be appealing, AVOID Yieldstreet. They have been experiencing operational issues for over 1 year. Cash payments are delayed without explanation, customer service is overwhelmed, and you do have to reach out to an Admin to see how much cash you have in your IRA (cash is kept at Pacific Premier Trust - PPT). Liquidation of my accounts will be a 3-year process - my fingers are crossed that they stay in business long enough.

With the amount of bad reviews, it's clear there's much to be reviewed about their organization. Imagine now i have to wait for the mercy of an admin before i can get my withdrawals. isn't that cruel ? That's the main reason i trust clover aSSets, they give me no cause to have tedious experience with withdrawal requests as they uphold their promised standards
