Ich habe XTB leider erst dieses Jahr entdeckt. Großes leider, weil hier gerade bei deutschen Aktien und Bruchstücken fast kommissionsfreies Handeln möglich ist. Ich liebe TR auch, aber hier nervt der eine Euro Gebühr halt manchmal schon sehr.

Es gibt einen freundlichen Support, der schnell und hilfreich antwortet, aber den brauchte ich bisher nur einmal als ich mich über die Auszahlung sowie einen Aktienkauf erkundigen wollte.

Geld ist sehr schnell ein- und ausgezahlt.

Was man noch verbessern könnte sind die Charts, gerade was Preisarlarm angeht, hat als Beispiel Bitpanda mit ihrem +5 oder -5 Prozent Feature noch die Nase vorn.

Me acabo de apuntar a la plataforma. A su iniciativa ya tuve una toma de contacto agradable con mi Account Manager, Alejandro.

Es el peor broker con que he trabajado. Es toda una odisea ingresar dinero y aún peor retirarlo. Si eres de Chile por ningún motivo utilicen esta plataforma. Aunque tienen soporte no te ayudan, te ofrecen respuestas genéricas, y tienen un tiempo de retiro de dinero de 1 mes!!, fue lo último que me dijeron y contando, aún no veo mi dinero de vuelta y no se hacen cargo, te dejan sólo con el problema.

As others have said they lure you in with the promise of free shares that don't materialise. It's then really difficult to withdraw your money. Oh, and the app is awful.

Plataforma muito má, cheia de bugs, fecham trades sem que tenhamos um stop loss configurado. Hoje tive uma perda substancial porque fecharam um trade assim do nada, tendo eu fundos mais que suficientes, de seguida mudaram todo o layout do site sem aviso, o que ficou uma confusão ficando uma pessoa perdida onde vai encontrar funcionalidades que necessita. Definitivamente para esquecer.

Me gusta mucho la aplicación porque es sencilla de comprender e intuitiva.
Tiene muy buena atención al cliente con opción de que te atiendan en español, y además en la aplicación también tienes todo en español. Para los no expertos es la mejor aplica que conozco y no te cobran comisión de compraventa con menos de 100000€ al mes, por eso la veo muy bien para la mayoría que empezamos. Eso si hay que estar atentos de no invertir en CFD si no entendemos

My experience with XTB has been extremely distressing. I deposited £25,000 of my own funds, but when I tried to withdraw, my withdrawal was blocked or delayed, and I have still not had my money returned.

I understand that financial firms may need to carry out AML/source-of-funds checks. However, in my case I have repeatedly cooperated and provided detailed explanations and supporting documents, including bank statements, transaction screenshots, evidence of the source of funds, and proof relating to family-supported savings. Despite this, XTB has continued to keep my funds unavailable without giving me a clear and specific explanation of what exactly is still missing, what the actual problem is, or when my money will be released.

The replies I received have mostly been generic messages saying that the matter is “under verification”, “under investigation”, or being handled by a relevant team. That is not acceptable when a customer’s own funds of this size are being withheld. I also raised a formal complaint, but I have not received a meaningful resolution.

This has caused me financial loss and serious stress. These funds were intended to be moved to another flexible Cash ISA provider and ultimately form part of my funds for buying a home. Because of the delay, I have lost access to my own money and lost the interest I could have earned elsewhere.

In my view, XTB’s handling of this case has been unacceptable. A regulated financial platform should not leave a customer in this position after they have provided the requested documentation. I am now escalating the matter to my banks, Action Fraud, the Financial Ombudsman Service and other relevant bodies. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any practical tips on how to get funds released, please let me know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. Do not assume that withdrawing your own money will be straightforward - it is actually much harder thanyou think. I would avoid this platform at all costs.

Un mois. Voilà maintenant un mois que XTB retient un virement entrant de 1500€ sans le créditer sur mon compte et sans le retourner à l’expéditeur.

Après 5 jours sans réception des fonds, j’ai contacté le support qui a confirmé que l’argent était bien en leur possession. Au lieu de créditer le compte, ils m’ont demandé de justifier la transaction. Il s’agissait simplement d’un remboursement. Les preuves ont été fournies le jour même.

Deux jours plus tard : aucun retour, aucun crédit. Je relance encore le support et cette fois on me demande de justifier trois anciennes transactions déjà vérifiées auparavant lors de leur exécution. Malgré l’envoi immédiat de tous les justificatifs demandés, trois semaines supplémentaires se sont écoulées sans aucune solution, sans communication sérieuse et surtout sans accès à mon argent.

Le plus choquant est qu’ils refusent à la fois de créditer les fonds et de les renvoyer à l’expéditeur. C’est totalement inacceptable. Un service client lent, opaque et incapable de gérer une situation pourtant simple.

Je déconseille fortement XTB tant que ce genre de pratiques persiste. Retenir l’argent d’un client pendant un mois sans solution claire est inadmissible.

Czekanie na przelew z banku w tym samym kraju kilka dni roboczych - wy sobie jaja robicie z ludzi?!?!? [W reakcji na odpowiedź poniżej: nie nawijajcie makaronu na uszy! Kontaktowałem się z wami i wszystkie wyjaśnienia sprowadzały się do jednego: „to jest normalne, proszę czekać”. Otóż nie! Czekanie 2-3 dni roboczych na przelew krajowy to nie jest „normalne”, to nie standard XXI wieku! Ciekawe, że żaden z reklamujących Was youtuberów się o tym słowem nie zająknął. Straty dla mnie wynikające z niemożliwości wykonania transakcji na czas sięgają ok 100-150 euro. Po prostu, za kolejny dzień zwłoki.]

Absolutely hostile reaction from Account Manager Patrik Jenei (SK). After my question about promotion campaign - get free stock for opening xtb account, account manager sarcastically replied "Oh I understand, so you opened account just because of one free share worth of few €, OK :)" Customer communication 1/10. I was considering xtb as a profressional and trustworthy platform, not anymore. Thank you.

Misleading Intro offer - hard to get money out.

Signed up for the free share offer with a view to moving my portfolio, then once funds deposited it took two days for them to show despite being from a UK major bank. Then I was told that the offer was limited to the first 250 shares, and that no other offers were available.

I asked to close my account and withdraw funds, you then need to set up a withdrawal account which is almost impossible on the App, and only after a few days was it accepted on the web app. Withdrawal request input and still two working days and no sign of funds.

The help function is an AI bot, which after I got through to a customer agent, was told not to rely on the AI Bot as it makes mistakes. How about you don't deploy an AI agent that makes mistakes in the first place.

I'm sticking with another service which offers similarly low commission trades.

I like how everything is easily accessible and transparent, it makes using the app all the better.

Terrible brokerage, once you put your money in they will make it immensely hard to get it back out. Advertises false deals to get you to join then once you join the deal miraculously disappears. Customer support is also non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible BANK to use took me two months to try to pay money in and then get it back. The app is terrible to use you get no support and no one ever rings your back would recommend you don’t use them.

Jak można nazwać brokera którego swap jest najwyższy na rynku. Przy zainwestowałem 1000 zł swap za pięć dni wyniósł 248 zł !!!!!!!!!!! Złodzieje.

Ainda sou novo para fazer uma avaliação talvez daqui a algum tempo.

Très bonne expérience avec XTB pour mon PEA.
Réponse rapide et efficace par e-mail suite à une demande, ce qui est appréciable.
L’application smartphone est simple, claire et agréable à utiliser au quotidien. La gestion du PEA est intuitive, même pour quelqu’un qui ne veut pas passer sa vie à paramétrer des outils complexes.
Pour le moment, rien de négatif à signaler.
Seul petit point à améliorer : certaines small caps éligibles PEA, comme RIBER ou 2CRSI, ne sont pas encore disponibles. Mais la grande majorité des valeurs importantes est bien présente.
Un IBAN français serait également un vrai plus pour simplifier encore certains usages et rassurer certains utilisateurs, même si cela reste tout à fait gérable au quotidien dans l’état actuel.
Je recommande XTB pour un usage PEA simple et efficace. Et très compétitif.

Ni os acerqueis. La plataforma te quita sin avisar stops de venta. La plataforma web no carga tus valores.
Me he quejado más de 5 veces y las 5 me han dicho que lo mirarian y no han hecho nada.
Te borran ellos mismos los chats que has tenido con agentes en el pasado. No te escuchan, no te atienden. De lo peor que me he encontrado. Me he quedado al descubierto varias veces sin yo darme cuenta y sin que ellos me avisen.
Para corregir mis problemas con los valores me dijeron de borrar cache y cookies y nada, tube que instalarme la app en el mobil para poder ver mis valores y adivinad que, una orden de venta que tenía para cubrir mi posición se canceló sola.
