XTB ma darmowa prowizję do 100 tys EUR . Powyżej tej kwoty naliczane jest 10 EUR od każdej transakcji. Czyli jak otworzymy transakcje za 500 zł zapłacimy 8% prowizji. Jak otworzysz pozycję z CFD i kurs zacznie iść w złym kierunku to możesz mieć wyzerowane całe konto maklerskie.

I registered with XTB almost a month ago and the verification process turned into an endless AML/KYC procedure.

XTB requested proof of income and source of funds. I provided all requested tax declarations (PIT) for the previous tax year covering different sources of income, together with official tax filing confirmations.

I also provided documents supporting the origin of the assets. Some of these assets are formally registered in my husband's name. However, under Polish marital property law, these assets belong jointly to both spouses. I declare and pay taxes on my share of this jointly owned property, which is why my own PIT tax declarations were also provided to XTB.

Despite providing all requested documents and detailed explanations, I continued receiving repetitive requests and generic responses without a clear explanation of what exactly was missing or insufficient.

The most disappointing part is that the representatives handling my case appeared unable or unwilling to properly assess the documentation and explanations provided. Instead of giving a clear answer, the process was repeatedly delayed, preventing me from opening an account.

This is very disappointing for a company of XTB's size and reputation. I expect a professional verification process and clear communication with clients.

I will continue pursuing clarification of this matter and will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Like many others I signed up when they offered a free share. Despite having signed up in time, the sign up process was delayed and by the time it was finally sorted they had already pulled the offer.

In general I found the sign up experience, the website, app and customer support awful, slow, confusing and misleading. Luckily I was able to withdraw my money and close my account down, so consider myself lucky to have escaped.

Wouldn't go near this company and will warn others to stay clear too.

Offre promotionnelle non respectée. Inscription effectuée le 13 mai avec une offre clairement affichée d’une action Uber gratuite (capture d’écran conservée). Après validation du compte et premier investissement, la plateforme refuse finalement d’honorer la promotion en prétendant que l’inscription date du 15 mai.
Service client fermé au dialogue malgré les preuves. Pratique décevante et manque de sérieux. Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme.

I signed up for a free stock promotion, they emailed confirming the promotion was applied to the account. They took three days to verify my account before I could deposit funds. By the time I could credit the account to get the free stock, they'd run out 😅. So a complete waste of time.

The app is very awkward to use and feels so much harder work than trading212, invest engine or interactive investor.

TLDR bad on all fronts. Won't use again.

Les virements sont trop long a parvenir sur le compte. La plateforme demande des justificatifs abusifs et ne comprends pas la notion de compte joint. Je ne recommande pas

Chaque virement entrant est très long a être crédité. La plateforme a aussi du mal quand les fonds viennent d'un compte joint. Il demande un rib au nom de l épouse alors qu'il affiche m ou mme x....
A chaque virement il faut contacter un agent... C est très pénible même si le rib a déjà envoyé des fonds sur le compte.

Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star. To protect future investors from utilizing this platform. I strongly recommend avoiding XTB at all cost.
I praise Jesus for protecting my finances. I have being dealing with Documents Verification and Account Activation for days now. DV & AA takes few minutes, hours or maximum a day to get approved as they claim but mine hasn't been approved for days now.
After pondering if DV & AA can take this long to get approved, what's gonna happen to my money if I begin investing or withdraw. Little did I know that God was protecting me from this platform. Consequently, I left, uninstalled the XTB app, and requested via email that my personal details be deleted from their database.
Now I'm finding out negative reports on trustpilot of individuals who's fund are being withheld.

This is pure evil. XTB should not apologize, rather give people back their money. If all legitimate documents have been provided, why deny people.

Dreadful app. Very difficult to work out whether investments are in the ISA or General account. And then when you want your money back…

As many have said, they try to get you in with free shares offers, delay account opening and then refuse to agree to the original proposal+ make getting money out very difficult. Avoid

Meine Kontoeröffnung bei XTB hängt seit Tagen bei der Bankkonto-Verifizierung fest.

Ich habe alle geforderten Schritte erledigt, die Überweisung durchgeführt und von meiner Seite aus ist alles abgeschlossen. Trotzdem wird mein Konto nicht aktiviert.

Der Kundenservice hilft ebenfalls nicht weiter. Auf konkrete Nachfragen kommt teilweise nur ein „Guten Tag“, danach keine brauchbare Antwort zum eigentlichen Problem.

Für einen Anbieter, der mit einer schnellen Kontoeröffnung wirbt, ist das schwach. Der Ablauf ist unnötig umständlich, die Verifizierung bleibt ohne klare Begründung hängen und der Support reagiert nicht angemessen.

Aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich XTB aktuell nicht empfehlen.

Es una estafa, es market maker y aparte los supuestos asesores que asignan uff.. No sé si me tocó uno malo a mi pero el tipo insistía en que metiera plata y cada vez que le decía que iba a estudiar o aprender un poco antes de meter efectivo me decía con un tono denigrante y medio molesto "Puedes estar viendo todos los días videos en youtube y no vas a aprender nada, se aprende en el mercado" y claro tiene razón pero ¿Como voy a entrar a meter efectivo si no sé ni que es un spread? a parte muchas personas los catalogan de estafadores, yo después de un tiempo mi cuenta demo empezó a sacarme los stoploss en lugares que no había puesto en reiteradas ocasiones, y cuando metí efectivo dejó de hablarme como si fuese un pobreton y me empezó a decir que el me ayudaba ¿Qué pasó? el tipo me envió un video que tienen por defecto en el que explican como usar un indicador y ya, supuestamente con eso ya ganaba operaciones. Definitivamente NO LO USEN y cuidado con los "asesores"

Até ao momento a minha experiência com o serviço ao Cliente tem sido boa.

Experiência muito dececionante com a XTB relativamente a uma campanha de referência.

Após cumprir as condições exigidas, o suporte confirmou por email que o bónus seria atribuído manualmente. No entanto, passou mais de um mês e a situação continua sem resolução.

Durante este período, recebi apenas respostas repetidas a indicar que o processo está “em fila de espera”, sem qualquer prazo concreto ou acompanhamento sério do caso.

O problema não é apenas o valor do bónus, mas a falta de compromisso com aquilo que foi previamente confirmado ao cliente.

Espero sinceramente que a situação seja finalmente resolvida.

Zawiesza się licznik strata/zysk ,reszta działa.Zglaszam im a oni oczywiście nic nie widzą i zwalają winę na urządzenie…tylko że to się dzieje na każdym urządzeniu.

En lisant les avis, je vois que je ne suis pas le seul, mon virement n a pas été crédité sur mon compte. Si il n est pas crédité demain je demande la fermeture du compte.
