Bé, em vaig comprar unes pico 4 i són força xules, havia provat les oculus quest però m'agraden mes aquestes. La botiga cap problema, tot va anar ràpid i correcte.

La experiencia de compra ha sido muy positiva, pedí unas Pico 4 para regalar a mi hermano en su cumpleaños y al día siguiente ya las tenía en casa. Fueron muy amables conmigo y me ayudaron al momento con una duda que surgió al configurarlas. Repetiré seguro!

Mucha variedad de productos y buena atención al cliente.

Experiencia de compra buena, si eres un fanático del VR aquí tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar.
Siempre mejor apoyar tiendas especializadas y no a los gigantes del mercado como Amazon.

La peor tienda online en la que he comprado sin duda en cuestión de comunicación con el cliente. Hace cosa de varios meses compré en su tienda unas Pico 4 VR, las cuales aseguraban tener stock en la web cuando no era así. Después de esperar pacientemente un paquete que parecía nunca llegar, ignorarme los correos que enviaba y problemas varios con el pedido, me llegaron a casa.

Ahora poco después he pedido una factura de las gafas y volvemos a los mismos problemas. Cero comunicación con el cliente, ignorando correos y sin ninguna vía de contacto efectiva.

No voy a volver a comprar nada en esta web, lo tengo clarísimo, hay muchas mejores opciones aunque sea por un poco más de precio.

En relación al producto, Pico 4: Excelente, una maravilla, el producto te da una experiencia premium, calidad de audio buenísima, muy buena inmersión. En español. -
En Relación a la tienda: Muy buen soporte, responden emails prontamente, aclaran dudas y consultas, algunas cosas hay que pulirlas pero está bien.
En relación al envío: Producto embalado correctamente considerando que es un envío por currier de pago internacional, tiempo de despacho calza con lo indicado originalmente.
Servicio de transporte: Bien, la entrega fue efectiva, el único, pero es que no te notifican oportunamente que hay un cobro por aduanas.
Consideren que deberán pagar aproximadamente un 33% del valor en impuestos, desaduanamiento y demás. Si quieres que tu producto llegue pronto, presta atención al seguimiento día a día.

Esto último, es el único que diría de negativo, ya que te lo encuentras de sorpresa cuando ya está en tu país y no hay una retroalimentación por parte de la tienda y el estado de los envíos en aduana para poder notificarlo oportunamente y tienes que estar con el estrés de estar gestionando todo.
No es grave, pero se podría mejorar, ya que después de comprar no te puedes olvidar del tema y esperar tu producto en casa, por eso 4 estrellas.

Order an headset, received it in time... Finally, decided to return it... They accept , send me a prepaid label, and refund me quickly.

Es la segunda compra que hago en esta página web xrshop. Esta vez, compré las nuevas Pico 4 y en 24 h me llegaron a mi domicilio. Proceso fácil, rápido y seguro y con un trato al cliente muy atento y correcto vía correo.
Por lo que mi segunda experiencia también fue positiva y, por ello, si tienen dudas de comprar en esta web se la recomiendo 100%

Les pedi indormacion de una plataforma de movimiento Dofreality P6 y en una semana la subieron de precio de 9400€ a 10100€!!!! , les pregunte el motivo y me digeron con todo el rostro: La inflacion!!!jajajajaja
En la pagina del fabricante la habian bajado de precio casi 1000$...total....comprada en fabrica , puesta en casa 7400€.

Mal soporte post-venta. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA COMPRAR EN ESTE SITIO.

Llevaba más o menos 1 mes intentando contactar con ellos para tramitar un RMA sobre unas gafas VR que no funcionaban del todo bien al cabo de 1 año.

Por mala suerte, al final pude tramitar el RMA... el problema es que han pasado 2 semanas sin saber nada desde que vino la empresa de transportes a recogerlas.
Tampoco cogen el teléfono...

ACTUALIZACIÓN: El colmo dicen que el producto funciona correctamente. Ahora tengo que ir a Lleida a recoger el producto que teóricamente funciona sin problemas... en fin. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTA TIENDA, AUNQUE EL PRODUCTO ESTE DE OFERTA.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi pico se sert de ce store pour livrer ses casques vr.j ai acheté un pico 4 qui que j'ai voulu faire retourner en appliquant le droit de rétractation avant les 14 jours car il y avait un défaut sur mes lentilles.apres plusieurs mails de relance,en passant par le chat, même en essayant de les joindre par téléphone.AUCUNES REPONSES de leur part.pour les futurs acheteurs qui souhaitent passer par XRSHOP,passez votre chemin, vous ne pourrez pas faire marcher la garantie en cas de panne.

I was told that they deliver some products to maintain the legitimate facade, but 90% is not shipped. They just keep conning the person until it can no longer be disputed. A month after buying and still, no Shipment number was given. Sent several emails/chat messages with no answer at all. I´ve lost my money, don't lose yours

Worst service ever! all other shops already have the pico 4 in stock and at xrshop you can order them before they are released. To date I have not received my item. only a DHL link, which says that the package has not yet been handed over. You don't get an answer either.

XR store are available to take your money, but customer service disappears when they need to process a refund. I’ve been waiting weeks without any response of where my refund is

Very bad service, I still don't understand how the Pico company works with such a store, if you value your money, don't buy there.
In addition to what everyone here writes, they simply ignore the fact that there are bad reviews and continue to do business as usual.
Vain promises, very poor service, and lack of response, I received a damaged Pico 4 and I demanded to return it and there was no response, it's been two weeks without a response.
I sold the pico 4 second-hand and lost on it.
I will never buy there again

They're the worst!!
I placed an order on October 19th and they took the money instantly; a couple days later I asked if everything was fine, they answered ONLY three days later just to say that the estimated delivery date was between the last week of October and the first of November.
At the end of October still no delivery, they took time blaming the shipment company.
At the end of the first week of November I asked to cancel the order and have a refund...they replied three day later saying they will refund me within 48 hours.
After 48 hours I had no refund so I asked for more information and they answered that the item was already assigned to the shipment company so the order couldn't be canceled.
Few hours later they generated a shipment label and now, five days later, they have not yet provided the item to the courier.
Bottom line...they're worst of the worst, scammers-like people.

Same as the other, device is marked as in stock but it's not. After 2 weeks I ask to cancel the order and received a cancel confirmation:
"Good morning,
Sorry for the delay in replying.
You will receive your refund within 48 hours.
Best regards.
"

And the day after they said it not possible to cancel:
"The Pico 4 (128GB) viewers are already assigned with the transport company and ready to be shipped when they are received at our facilities.

An order can only be cancelled by exercising the right of withdrawal and return when the product is received at home.

The forecast is to start shipping from this Thursday so that before the middle of next week, all customers will have the PICO4 at home.

I did a dispute on paypal, and it doesn't look legal at all.

Item marked as "In Stock" on the web when it´s not the case, long delays with no information, promises of delivery dates that are not upheld...
At least I had several replies from customer service, which seems to be better than for others.
Very bad e-shopping experience. Would not recommend.

Basically same story as for others - they literally don't respond to me for 2 weeks already. I paid over 500euro for something which I'm not sure I will even receive.

This is the first shop ever where they literally don't respond!!! Via email or via chat. .. It is dead.

Shop looks ok, done nicely, but after such experience - it is SCAM. Not real eshop for sure.
