Update on June review
This is a further review about the sheer incompetence of this company. They recieved my application for my pension (John Lewis) on May 18th. It is now 13th October and after delay after delay, excuse after excuse and blatant lie after lie I still have not recieved anything. I have had no income since February and am living on 'borrowed money'. Any reply to this from xps will be full of the usual apologies and offers to help which when you ask they will completely ignore. Beginning to wonder if this company actually has the finances to pay. I started the process of applying for my pension at the beginning of March was supposed to have my pension on 20th June. As I said just recieved the reply I was expecting and no its pointless getting in touch because they dont do anything to help. Now over seven months.

Solved the problem
There was an error in my data preventing me from registering. I sent an email and they asked me to call. Waiting time was probability only a minute and the call handler worked through the error and fixed it. She then made sure I could log on. No rushing and no half fixes. Thanks

Contacted XPS today and spoke with Dee. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty! I spoke with her on Friday 9th October too and despite being poorly she again went above and beyond. She is an absolute credit to the organisation and somebody needs to give her a pay rise!

I started off the call wanting to make a complaint about the amount of time it was taking to sort out a minor log on issue. Having spoken to Karen Heron she turned my complaint into a swift resolution with all questions answered and resolved. She was extremely helpful and dealt with all my issues with both understanding and compassion. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as she deserves it.
