When my boots arrived I was immediately impressed by the fit and quality. I did have to contact customer support ( nothing because of anything they did, I just had a question) and I cannot express how prompt and pleasant the person was who I dealt with! That really sealed the deal for me, I am now a customer for life!

I’ve always struggle to find shoes that dont hurt my feet. I am size 10.5 W, but with wydr shoes, size 10WW. The shoes fit perfect. Roomy and comfty

The shoes are perfect, the toe box room with modern styles is everything I’ve ever been looking for. The shipping is just atrocious. But after I tried on my two pairs I bought, I willingly went and got another one so clearly for the right product I’ll put up with bad shipping lol.

Edit. Oh! Editing to add more details about the comfort. The heels are little bit more heavy than what I’m used to, but they’re most comfortable things in the world, that was another deciding factor about me getting another pair. & now sizing. The styles I wanted did not have half sizes. I would say I’m usually very consistently a US 8.5 in women’s. This usually translate over to a EU39 for me. Typically if a brand does not have an 8.5 I’ll size up to a 9, but when I looked at their chart and saw the 8 was equivalent to an EU39 I took a leap of faith and was correct about it being a perfect fit.

I bought the Tate Vegan Classic Loafers in size 8 (I usually wear 9W so definitely measure per the chart). They fit perfectly and are exactly what I was looking for but have been unable to find in a wide width. They are super comfortable and look fantastic. I want to highlight the excellent customer service at Wydr too - my package was lost by the carrier and they immediately jumped into action, shipped a new pair, and kept me up to date with new shipping info. I will absolutely buy more shoes from Wydr - so many cute styles to choose from and they care about their customers.

This is the first time I ordered from this company and was so impressed by their excellent customer service ! I had a few questions and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The shoes I ordered are of such high quality and exactly what I was for after searching for quite some time to find a comfortable wide fitting dress shoe for my daughter’s wedding. I am thrilled by my purchase and will definitely look at purchasing from them again !

They have great customer service and did a custom Red and Navy Slingback Mary Jane for me. I did pay an extra fee for custom color but was happy to do so. Those shoes work for me and I now have them in every color. I can stand for at least 6-8 hrs in them and have no problems with swelling.

Wydr have provided the most amazing customer experience. I bought a pair of loafers which were too big and before I even sent back the pair I had, they already shipped out a new smaller pair for me.
I decided against the loafers all together once I recieved the smaller pair (not my style) and decided to send them both back. No questions asked Wydr refunded me the return shipping costs for both pairs, and will be sending me out a DIFFERENT shoe style that I have requested once their stock arrives. Very happy with their service, and the shoe quality seems amazing from the loafers I had receieved. 10/10 recommend

I received my shoes a couple days ago. I was expecting premium shoes, but the qualities is similar to Steve Madden’s. The width of the shoe and toe bed are great. Even with a wide foot, I still have room so I’m glad I sized down. They’re not exactly comfortable though. They did add a little cushioning, but with so many other companies out there, providing memory foam type dress shoes these don’t even compare.

Shoes showed up but I needed a larger size, that is when the frustration begins. I received an email response to my request for a Return label with a request for measurements and size request. Then nothing. Over two weeks go by and i commented on their Facebook ads. Have been messaging with someone on their that said they sent the label and gave me the date they sent it. So I sent them a screen shot of the email and that the attachment was just their logo. So then they sent me a return label through the Facebook messenger. It had someone else's name and address on it and bring shipped to somewhere in Canada. The shoes obviously exist but why does the r exchange process seem like a total scam?!

I was honestly surprised by how elegant these looked on my feet.

I ordered a pair of boots and when I got them, I discovered that they were a bit too big. But I liked them and they appeared to be well-made. So I placed a second order for the same shoes in the next smallest size. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and they fit well.

I decided to keep the second pair of shoes, but it was when I tried to return the original order that I ran into difficulty. I emailed the company about the return, as instructed, and did receive a prompt response asking me to confirm my mailing address, so they could send me a return label. However, when I attempted to reply to the email with my address confirmation, the email bounced back, with a message stating that it was undeliverable and the email address did not exist. I tried again, this time typing the company's email address in manually, and my email still bounced back. Finally, I went through the portal on the company's website to contact them and wrote yet another message to them that again included my order number and explained everything that had happened. All of this occurred within the last two weeks, and I still have not heard anything back from the company. It shouldn't be this hard to make a return—especially when the company is selling a product like shoes, that a customer needs to try on to ensure a good fit.

At this point, I'm beginning to feel like I'm getting ripped off and that the company has no intention of giving me the refund for the shoes as promised in their stated return policy. My experience with Wydr has been very frustrating and disappointing.

I broke my ankle 2 years ago and have been suffering with swelling since. I’ve not been able to wear loafers or similar styles and thought I wouldn’t be able to again. I ordered the penny loafers and had a little cry when they arrived as they were perfectly fitting! Would also like to add that the customer service team were amazing throughout the order process whilst I sought their guidance for sizing. Absolutely obsessed with the style, and really happy with the brand! Thank you

They've restored my faith in online customer service. I placed an order for a pair of shoes and they reached out to me to make sure I was getting the right size, because they don't take returns from NZ. The size I ended up buying was way too small and I was so upset, but they replaced it for a larger size free of charge!

Horrible Experience:
I recently ordered these shoes and they took about two or three weeks to arrive. I had to keep emailing them asking where were the shoes? I received one email that the shoes had been delivered which was wrong. I was very concerned with their method of collaborating, because they actually started lying about the shoes being delivered. At that point I emailed them back and told them I was no longer interested in any of their shoes and wanted my money back. They began to tell me the shoes were on the way. This company is ridiculous with lies and deception. After the shoes came on July 8th, I was so disappointed they were extremely big and cheaply made. I immediately emailed and requested a return label ASAP as of today 7/15/2025 I have not received one. My next step is to file a complaint with the Attorney General here in Indianapolis Indiana the office of Todd Rotika. I don’t anyone else to be scammed by these scammers. I will be warning individuals to leave their merchandise alone. They are not a trust-worthy company. Mrs. Betty Watson

The cons: 1- I ordered the Kelly block heel sandal and they're supposedly genuine leather, which I don't think they are. The silver color was peeling off the shoe in a few different spots and it looked like maybe they were worn. 2- it took forever to be delivered. The pros: They're comfy and fit very well. Size down. I usually wear a 10, but the 9s fit like a dream.

I ordered the size I thought would be best, but the shoes were too large.
The return policy was very easy to follow, and customer service support was amazing. Email responses were extremely prompt, polite and helpful.
Replacement shoes were received quickly and are absolutely perfect. Great fit and quality.
Highly recommend you give the team at Wydr a serious look if you are needing a great pair of shoes.

The Width isn't true to size and because of this I would need a bigger size and you stop at 12WW.

The sandals took approximately 2 weeks to arrive. And this was after I had to call to confirm my address to the import company. They apparently looked up my house on Google Maps because they described the front of my house to me, which felt very invasive.

The sandals were packaged nicely and seemed well made, though they did not smell like leather and instead had a strong odor of vinyl. However, the instep area was too loose so I decided to return.

The return process is horrible. Multiple emails back and forth to even get the return label- which I have still not received. I have little faith I will ever receive a refund.

Do better, Wydr. The shoes could be the best ever but the process negates any advantage. I will never order from them again.

Finally, boots that actually fit wider feet 👌 I purchased the suede Janice Platform Chelsea Bootie - initially in the wrong size, but the exchange process was very easy. Excellent communication/customer service & fast delivery. I love my boots - high quality, fit perfectly & very comfortable.
