Great products but even better customer experience. This is a company that understands how difficult it can be to find stylish, comfortable wide shoes. They were very accommodating with returns I had to make, making the process fast and easy. Their personable communication throughout the process made me feel like a valued customer - not just a number they needed to send a canned email response to. Highly recommend!!

As someone who wears a larger shoe size, it's not always easy to find sandals that are both cute and comfortable — but these really delivered. The platform gives me a nice bit of height without making the shoes feel unstable, and the straps are soft and adjustable, so they don't dig into my feet.

The leather feels high-quality and broke in nicely after just a few wears. They're comfortable enough for all-day wear at the office, and the classic penny loafer design works well with both dress pants and jeans.

I was a little unsure about ordering shoes online, but these actually fit pretty well. Still, they look nice, and the style is exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend, just keep in mind the fit might feel a bit tight at first.

I’ve never written a review before, but my experience with WYDR Studio was so frustrating that I feel I have to warn others.

First of all, the shoes I received were shockingly poor quality – nothing like what was advertised. Cheap materials, uncomfortable fit, and they looked like shoes from 18 centuries .

But the real nightmare started when I tried to return them. WYDR Studio only gives you a two-week return window, which is ridiculous in itself. I emailed them five times before they finally responded and sent me a return label. That alone took over two weeks – so they nearly ran out the clock on purpose.

Now, it’s been over a month since they received the return and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I've followed up multiple times and all I get are vague, canned responses or no reply at all.

This company is a total scam. Horrible products, even worse customer service, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else. WYDR Studio does not deserve your business.

Great selection of shoes that are TRUE wide widths. Extremely comfortable and quality shoes. My order shipped out very quickly and delivered within 4 days.

The quality of the shoe is good for the price. No problems there. For the first time in my life, however, the shoe is too wide in the toe box (never did I think I would say those words!) and generally an overly large fit. It took the shoes a month to arrive so be prepared for the long wait. My complaint is now that I am trying to return the shoes, I am getting the run around. The company simply won't refund my money or send a return label.

I didn't get my items yet. Where is it?

It have been trying for two days to do a return. I have sent three emails but still have not received the authorization. Tomorrow is Saturday so I assume they are ducking my emails until then when they will be closed. I am going to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Very disappointing.

I finally found the perfect pair of shoes for me—and honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised! The shoes are actually wider. So many shoes claim to be wider and they're just not. I was hesitant to purchase shoes online because I have always had issues with the shoe not being wide enough & returning them. But I took the chance with Wydr Studios, and I am so glad I did. They're comfortable, actually wide and supportive. My feet aren't in pain when I wear them or at the end of the day. My toes aren't covered in blisters anymore from squeezing into narrow shoes. I didn't have to size up. I can wear a thicker sock inside the shoe without sacrificing comfort. I won't be buying shoes anywhere else ever again.

Responsive, helpful customer service to find the perfect fit

I've always struggled with finding the right shoe size - I have a very wide toe box but smaller ankles. I have never had casual sneakers that aren't running shoes or open sandles, and my size has always varied between 8-9.5WW. I saw the dove sneakers were released and immediately placed an order with the recommendation to size up, and the 9WW shoes were much too loose at my ankles. Customer service was more than happy to help me with my exchange and very understanding of the challenges I usually have with sizing. I'm so excited to finally have casual shoes that are comfortable and a perfect fit. Everything was reconciled in a very short time frame.
