Beware

I still haven't received my order. The company tells me that it is "in transit," but tracking info says the sender asked that UPS hold it. I've asked for a refund. The company says I can send the shoes back for a refund. How can I send back something I never received? I believe I have been scammed. Stay away from this company.

As your order is still actively in transit, we’re unable to issue a refund at this stage.

However, we can absolutely prepare a return label for you now, so that the moment your package is delivered, you can send it straight back without any waiting time if you choose to return it.

It’s been over 2 weeks for standard…

It’s been over 2 weeks for standard shipping and my shoes are still not even in my state. They have been sitting in NY for several days now. I’m really aggravated and was looking forward to this purchase. Need the shoes for work and the delay has been extremely inconvenient. I hope they fit. The return process is probably a nightmare as well.

Regarding sizing, we do currently offer half sizes in select styles and are in the process of expanding this across more of our collection soon. In the meantime, many of our shoes include removable insoles and additional padding to allow for a more personalised fit. Order Cancelled With No Explanation

I've ordered multiple pairs of shoes from Wydr in the past two years and have been very satisfied. However, my recent order of another two pairs was unexpectedly cancelled and refunded more than three weeks from the date I submitted the order. There has been no communication from the company about this. It appears from recent reviews that they are having a very difficult time with new shipping issues, yet they are still heavily advertising their products and not communicating with customers.

I placed an order on 9/30/25 and today…

I placed an order on 9/29/25 and today is 10/13/25 and it is still being processed going on 15 days. No signs of it being shipped already. I am very hesitant to order shoes.

They really need to have a 'half star'…

They really need to have a 'half star' rating on this review board. I NEVER RECEIVED the shoes that I thought were being shipped from right here in the US. They never tell you the shoes are coming from China, and that they use a literal 'fly by night' carrier. According to the Wyder Flight By Night Carrier Service, my items have reached the shores of the USA ... and then disappeared. The domestic carrier never received the package. I contacted Wydr and got the usual BS message about a 1-3 day delivery. My guess is that my as-yet-unborn descendants will wake up next century to a box of dust addressed to me, with the remnants of two pairs of once-stylish shoes inside that will rival the discovery of the pyramids! The longest 1-3 day delivery ever! My rating? A half star ... and that's for the BS message! [UPDATE 11/1] I never received the shoes ....

Never got info or item

Its been 9 days since I ordered the shoes. I have not received a tracking number for my package, nevermind my order. I sent an email last night about this and I'm waiting for a reply. If i received my order by Saturday I'll update my review. I DO find it unsettling that I received an email asking for a rating BEFORE I GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER OR SHOES.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service - super responsive, honest, and helpful. While they don’t currently offer a refund option for Canadian customers (something they are looking into), they were extremely supportive in helping me find the right size/fit. I ordered the Marvel Tall Chelsea boot and it was the perfect fit, and great quality. Finally found a wide fit boot that doesn’t compromise on style or comfort!

Love them so much, I just ordered another pair of shoes…can’t wait for them to arrive.

10/10 recommend!

A wide width shoe brand that GETS it✨💓

I LOVE Wydr! So happy to have a shoe brand for feminine, classy, made well shoes that come in sizes 12+ and most importantly a WIDE! They fit like a glove and are so cute. I ordered my regular size 12 and one pair of wedges was too big slightly, and they helped me exchange them for the perfect size and were quickly communicative. Will be ordering more in the future! ✨💓👠

Amazing customer service!

When my boots arrived I was immediately impressed by the fit and quality. I did have to contact customer support ( nothing because of anything they did, I just had a question) and I cannot express how prompt and pleasant the person was who I dealt with! That really sealed the deal for me, I am now a customer for life!
