I received a faulty necklace from this company; the clasp / chain broke the first time it was put on. We sent details and a photo and then returned the item in the post as per the company's request. It has been 3 months now and they are not responding to multiple attempts to contact them.

Very good company to deal with, helped with sending links to various requests.
I ordered a crucifix which was totally what I expected, the chain that came with it was very thin and flimsy , this was for a man and was not of any use.

An excellent company to deal with. I had quite a few queries before I made my purchase and the customer service response was excellent. I bought a lovely white gold chain which I feel represented good value for money & is a beautiful piece of jewellery.

Ordered a locket in memory of my dad. It is a beautiful piece of jewellery, which included engraving. Had to wait as it was out of stock but this was communicated shortly after ordering so I knew when to expect it. Thank you. I would purchase from Zoe Kay again.

What an excellent customer service, I ordered a ring for my son's birthday. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable, despite it being a sweet piece of jewellery. I returned the item and was refunded immediately. Will definitely use Zoe Kay again.

Zoe Kay have been absolutely fantastic throughout. They were informative and supportive whilst I was choosing my chain online. Unfortunately, the one that I selected wasn't exactly what I was looking for when I received it. Zoe Kay arranged an exchange and the turnaround on this was very quick and easy. When the second item arrived, it was the wrong length. Upon informing Zoe Kay they couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. They sorted the problem quickly and professionally - they also refunded my postage for the item. The chain that I now have is perfect - great quality and a great price! Their communication and customer service throughout have been exceptional - I will certainly be recommending them to friends and shopping with them again. Well done Zoe Kay!

I have just received my order (white gold child’s bracelet) – although it seemed a bit extravagant, I thought it would be a nice keepsake for my granddaughter. I am delighted with the item, having shopped around for a while. The prices on this site are very competitive and ordering was easy - I used the chat facility before completing my purchase as I had a couple of questions. Zoe Kay gave me the reassurance I needed – hence my purchase. The bracelet arrived as promised, and was really nicely presented. I have only just found this website but will definitely use it again, should the need arise.

I recently purchased a bracelet as a present for a friend. As I needed it quickly I contacted the company via email to determine if it could be delivered within the week. I received a reply the same day and my bracelet arrived in 4 days. My friend loved the bracelet too. Thank you so much Zoe Kay jewellery.

Delivered quickly and good value product.

I am really surprised by these bad reviews. Granted I waited two weeks for it but it was getting engraved. I was a little worried when I hadn't heard from them in 5 days so I messaged them via Facebook where they replied within a couple of hours. They told me it was coming back from being engraved then it would have next day delivery. So communication was fine and I was alerted that it was dispatched and it was tracked. It came in very good packaging, making sure that it didn't get scratched!!
So overall, I thought this company was fine. The necklace itself is lovely.
