This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! Amazing service and very friendly, really easy transaction throughout. I was even kindly offered a 10% off new customer discount! Lovely business and online staff. Placed order and it was dispatched the next day and came the day after that! Very fast and even better when delivery was free. Very quick responses also when chatting via Facebook. Have recommended this place to a few friends since! I’d personally ignore all the bad reviews, try it and see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a 9 Ct yellow gold personalised name necklace and the product was nice. The only thing I didn't like is packaging. It looked very cheap and not even organised inside the box.

Communication from seller was 10/10 and any questions I had were answered clear and direct. My item arrived 3 days after order was placed, tracking was provided so I could keep an eye on my order. My ring was just as shown and described on website. Would definitely recommend and will buy from again.

I placed my order on 1/1/22 and it’s been nearly 2 weeks & I’ve had nothing. I’ve emailed them and had no response. Sent another email today so hopefully they get back. But I’m beginning to wonder if this company is a scam!? They’ve taken the money but not sending my item.

My order was confirmed delivered, they even sent me a screenshot with the location that the Royal Mail officer scanned and signed themselves for my parcel (was meant to be signed by me really though, however I understand that with covid it’s best they sign on my behalf, not that I agree with that) but I haven’t actually received the parcel. I never received updates of when the parcel would get to me, so I just continued with going to work and day to day things a normal because the days were kind of dragging on delivery wise. The fact it was meant to be a signed for I assumed that if they knocked and I was not in, as normal, they’d return the parcel back to the sorting office for me to personally go collect which I’d of happily done! This has always happened with my signed parcels up until this point (even through lock down).

I don’t want to be a pain or trouble to them, but they’re not responding to my emails all of a sudden. I explained everything to them in my emails. Just want to know if they’ve been in contact with Royal Mail so I know what’s happened to my parcel because I’m £50 down and no parcel. Was a cross necklace (youth) for my niece.

Just need a response to my emails that’s all.

Ordered a ring for my daughters birthday. Was getting a bit worried it wouldn’t arrive in time so I emailed Zoe and it arrived the day before her birthday. A lovely ring, my daughter is delighted with it.

I purchased a 9ct White Gold 7 Inch 2mm Oval Belcher Heart Tag Albert T-Bar Bracelet for my fiancé on 24/11/2021 and it was dispatched 2 days later and received 2 days after that. My second purchase was a ladies 9ct White Gold 20 Inch 2mm Figaro Chain, also for my fiancé, which I made on the 10/12/2021 but heard nothing back since then? I’ve emailed twice but not received a reply as yet.

Ordered a Personalised Sterling silver birthstone pendant on 15th November and still waiting, we have the Christening in few days. Email sent but no reply. Poor customer service and no sign of the order. Order no 11152/151121/93

I have sent several emails and left messages and I have had no response! It’s a real disappointment!

I bought a necklace for my fiancées 30th birthday, which after a week of wearing it to work it had broke. Bearing in mind it's an office job you wouldn't expect it to break from sitting at a desk. I asked if I could send this back for a replacement which I did and a replacement was sent. We received the second necklace and my fiancee again wore it to work for a few days, and again the necklace broke which suggests the build quality is poor. I tried to call Zoe Kay and couldn't get through and the message says its best to email and I was ignored. I emailed again that I haven't had a response and would be looking to go to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards and got a response back within minutes which was a very snotty email stating this is not a poor quality piece, it is in fact high quality Italian gold and hallmarked etc. I asked for a refund which they confirmed they will give a refund when the item is returned. The item was received and signed for by Zoe Kay on 8/11/2021 and I still haven't had a refund. It looks like I will be going to trading standards after all as the customer service is disgusting, ruined what was supposed to be a nice 30th birthday present and I'm now out of pocket!

I've also noticed they quite often give the excuse of 'We are very sorry – on checking our mailboxes we cannot locate any prior email relating to this matter' when they want to ignore your emails.

What was a lovely piece of jewellery bought for my Mums 65th birthday - unfortunately the locket popped open about 3 months ago and could not be fixed. Sadly the replacement was not much better either but I have to admit that Zoe Kay did come through in the end. Whilst they may have been difficult to get hold of initially, they have been incredibly helpful since.

Thank you for the service. White gold neck chain was exactly as described on the site. 7 gram, 2mm wide 18 inches long. Sent next day delivery. Nice little box.

Not the best to raise an issue( if you had seen my previous review) but effective as other forms of trying to get hold of a human at ZKJ had failed.
That said I had an almost instant reply apologising and more importantly almost instant dispatch. So many many thanks to the staff concerned and apologies for the unorthodox method of getting a response. My faith in your customer service is revived…thank you.

Great service , the original necklace ordered arrived with a scratch on it, but was replaced quickly without fuss and postage refunded .

Can't express how beautiful the pendant I ordered from yourselves is there wasn't a dry eye in the house I panicked over the engraved finish as I haven't seen one before but all as I can say is WOW it's really beautiful thanks so much x

After placing an order for my jewellery it arrived very quickly in the post.
The box it arrived in alone was lovely with a very useful business card too.
