Just received a gold chain from Zoe Kay jewellery and I must say I'm so impressed. It's great quality and just as described. Thank you, I know where to come next time I'm looking for a good quality piece of jewellery.

Placed an order: they contacted me to say that the only one they had left was of insufficient quality to dispatch - what did I want to do. I responded - refund please as I needed the bracelet for a birthday present and the wait time was too long. Since then nothing - the phone rings and rings - no queueing system - just ringing then nothing. Went on to the chat on the website - nothing no response at all. No refund in my account!
The quality control thing was good but the total silence since and the fact that they're sitting on over £700 of my money is distressing. If something isn't perfect - forget it - you'll never get to speak to anyone and they'll sit on your money.

Follow up - raised a case on PayPal and got the refund through immediately - which is great but would have been nicer if they'd just answered the phone or email!!

My husband originally bought my set of wedding rings from Zoe Kay Jewellery in 2018. I lost a couple of the smaller set stones over the years because I refused to take my rings off. I wore them all the time and, in hindsight, I should've taken them off in certain situations to protect them.
Last week, I sent my rings back to Zoe Kay Jewellery for repair, this was reasonably priced and they have been repaired and returned very quickly; they look exactly as they did when we bought them. I am over the moon to have my rings back in one piece, I'm a very happy customer!

Response on enquiry was fast. Ordering was straight forward.Item was competetively priced. Delivery fast and on date promised.Chain was as described .Wife very Happy. What more to say

9ct yellow gold 8 inch 18mm plain & bark bracelet.

I am so pleased with my purchase, I felt the need to leave a review. This bracelet is flawless; the width, depth and weight exceeded my expectations (absolutely gorgeous!).

Zoe Kay had no issues changing my order several times or replying out of hours until I was happy with my purchase; it fits perfectly and feels absolutely lush.

I must emphasise that if anyone has any concerns with regard to the negative reviews, then please feel free to contact me and I’ll happily provide pictures of the bracelet as advertised vs. on the wrist/scales, and order date & time vs. dispatch/delivery notifications.

I received a fantastic service by a reliable and trustworthy family jewellers. Thank you!

Quality isn't what I'd expect for the price - bracelet broke after two years - for a gold piece (fine jewellery) this is not expected quality. Guarantee only covers 3 months, they probably know that their quality isn't up to scratch and don't feel confident guaranteeing it for longer. Won't be shopping here again.

Ordered a pretty expensive necklace. I hadn’t read reviews, just checked out their instagram.

Making an account with them allowed me to keep track of the order but there was no movement on the order for a long time. I left messages, emails and called with no answer. I too thought I’d been scammed. Zoe you need to get better at that!

I presume the addition time required was because the item was engraved. It does say that on the website but only an additional 3 days. Would have put my mind at ease if I saw that updating on the account as it went through each stage. Or if someone answered my original email.

The necklace is a beaut and my wife loves it. I had to take it out the Zoe packaging though because it was embarrassing! Really low quality. Zoe need to get better at that too! This wasn’t a cheap item.

The necklace is awesome though, can’t fault it.

In light of the response from Zoe, I’d say they are probably more concerned with arguing with customers on review websites than actually improving their customer experience.

Also, I would not refer to the box as artisan. I would refer to it as cheap and nasty. There are definitely better quality cost effective solutions available that are not vinyl.

Terrible quality. I received a ring from this company in December 2021 and in July 2022 the ring snapped. I reached out to Zoe Kay asking for a replacement as I had only had it for a short time and they very bluntly replanted telling me they have a 3 month warranty and they cannot help me further. Upon taking the ring to a local jeweller they confirmed to me that the ring is in-fact poor quality hence the short warranty on their items. Do not waste your money on this company, an expensive sentimental ring is now a throwaway piece of cheap jewellery.

Once ordered and read the negative reviews wondered if the same company. When messaged Zoe Kay before order they answered back quickly and was able to provide a photo of exactly what I wanted..
Ordered placed and delivery speedy, arrive well presented and packaged in time for Christmas, beautiful necklace, very happy.

Firstly I just wanted to say that I ordered my purchase and then like a typical man I then decided to read the reviews!!!!! And there to my horror was just let me say not the best of reviews so being worried I decided to email the company with my concerns… Their response was not what I expected firstly they replied the very next morning assuring me that my order was going as expected… and to there credit the next day my item was posted and delivered the day after,my purchase was everything I expected and more😍
So please to the people who have written poor reviews could you please follow up with any resolutions the company has provided?

I bought a locket for my wife for Xmas. Was worried about a few things after I had placed my order. Messaged them on FB chat. Reply was with in minutes. Got the piece and it's beautiful. Just what I was hoping for. Thank you.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Placed order on 07/12/22. Heard nothing, order says processing, phone twice which always goes to answer phone. Emailed twice and used the web form twice and still nothing. I just want my order cancelled now and refunded. When I order something with first class delivery I don’t expect to hear nothing for 12 days. I have only ever received a order confirmation email.

I placed my order before reading these reviews and was worried I’d been scammed especially as hadn’t had an update on dispatch several days after order confirmation. However, I got an immediate response to my email chasing and my item was sent via next day delivery with RM. Was a little late due to strikes but turned up without further problem. Nice item but chain a little thin hence 4 stars

The gold locket arrived safely.
Only downbeat was the fact that the chain was a little thin.

May 2023 update! Zoe Kay tried to have my review removed claiming I am not a genuine customer! I provided the proof to trustpilot and it's back up! (NICE TRY!) Not a pleasant experience! First of all the image of the earring i ordered from the ZKJ web site is not what i received despite asking for clarification, i got images sent to me through messenger of earrings and i thought they were showing me what they have on offer, but communication from them about the differences in product appearance was poor and frustrating, in reality they were telling me that the manufacturer had changed the product design so what i received is correct and the web site would be updated! Only trouble with this is after my purchase they altered the product description and price but not the picture! Annoyingly they are still advertising the earring i really wanted but what they send out doesn't look anything like the picture (way cheaper earring / different design ).
In my professional opinion of 15 years in retail this is done on purpose and designed to confuse the customers plus not to mention being completely unethical.
I immediately could see it wasn't the earring on the photo but the product code was the same so i returned the un-used un-open product back promptly and they acknowledged receipt of it!
After 13 days i get the refund! There message to me says (Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange/refund - please allow 7 working days.) This treatment is unacceptable from any retailer online or high street based. Buyers be warned!
