The letter notifying us about inadvertent non-payment needs rewording - much too officious as well as inaccurate. Also included either incorrect or out-of-date contact number for customer support.
BUT the one-to- one help given once one finally reached an agent was excellent- thank you, Sai!

Predictive Billing is shocking
Beware before you sign up with Yuno
Predictive Billing is really really poor, seems to be based on KWh usage only rather that Kwh usage and cost in the previous period so the prediction seems to assume you will use your KWh evenly over the day rather that in line with your usage in the previous period.
For example
Month 1 I was charged €147 in advance, actual was €107.19 leaving a credit of €39.81 for my next billing period. However Yuno decided that my predicted usage in my next billing period would be €307.75!!!
They then proceeded to take another €267.94 from my bank account wheras I know my bill will be very similar to last months at €107.
I contacted Yuno by webchat and was cut off repeatedly when I tried to outline my issue and when I rang the agent I spoke too clamed they couldn't see the figure I was seeing and they couldn't override the Prediction.
Really really poor to take whatever you decide from peoples bank accounts when your predictive app is soon inaccurate.
