Very fast shipping they get things out of the warehouse ASAP. The only thing is they didn’t respond to one if my Customer service messages, other than that I’ll be loyal to them for years to come !

L'enseigne a fait une offre promotionnelle sur un produit (une poudre bronzante "Les sahariennes bronzing stones"). Au bout de 10 jours j'ai reçue un mail, que le produit est hors stock et ils me donnent le discount de 10% pour la prochaine achat. Hors, le produit est toujours disponible sur leur site, a plein prix évidemment, car la promotion est terminée. Si le produit est hors stock, alors, pourquoi on peut toujours commander sur le site? Si j'ai passé la commande avec -50% et l'enseigne ne sait pas gérer leur stock, pourquoi ils m'envoient le code de -10%? pure tromperie et fausse publicité. Signalement au CNIl et DGRF. Pour une marque comme YSL, c'est inadmissible.

Do not buy anything from this online site.
If you really want something just buy them at store.
No product or update for over 2weeks. contacted customer service more than 5times. No one ever taken any action. No refund over 2weeks.
I finally got a refund after I published a review on their instgram.(within a day haha)

I left a review on their survey and they said they can not published my review because it did not meet their website guidelines???? What guideline????What a joke.!!!
They only keep good reviews and ignore honest reviews if it is not a good review.

I placed the order with a wrong address, called them immediately, the customer service rep said they can't update the address. How ridiculous is this? Avoid buying from this website.

Customer Service is horrible. Vague replies, unhelpful and ironic comments from employee.
Their online site is not better.
Misleading information about delivery at the time you place your order.
Order placed Dec 21 as of January 3 no shipping information. Still processing, processing what? all items including bonus showing in stock
I will never buy from YSL again and I discourage anyone to order from them.
You are held hostage since you can't request them to cancel your order, you have to return items first. So if not shipped and received you will not get your money back. Scammers

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! People are rude and do not want to help. Does not want to understand the customer point of view. I purchased some items that's clearly not 40% off which I can prove from my receipt. But they kept telling me the system said it's 40% and it's final sale. They said it's listed on the flyer (what flyer???). Therefore, I can't return. Is this a way for them to scam customer for more money. It's very sketchy and unprofessional at all. I just wanted them to explain to me how is it 40% off when the math and what I got charged does not add up. The ladies that I spoke to are rude and mean. I am really surprised at the people quality for a high brand like YSL.

Très mauvaise expérience, commande faite pour un coffret masacra avec 4 produits format voyage offert. Reçu uniquement le masacara, réclamation faite, une vingtaine de relances téléphonique faites, un service client injoignable par téléphone... à fuire. Cadeau de noël gâché merci ysl!

I have been using this lip stick for years. I ordered over $200 items online for my friends and family during the 40% promotion. The color I ordered looks like what I current use. But the actual product I received is much lighter than what is presented on the webiste. I reached out to the customer services and requested exchange to other color in their 40% discount category. And the answer is" Sorry, we don't do return or exchange for 40% discount item. They are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE! When I placed the order, there is no clear notification telling me NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE! Above review was blocked by YSL "Review Committee"!!!

Few days ago I tried to buy on this site (yslbeautyus.com). I was looking for the rare item ("YSL Cuir" fragrance) and this site claimed that it is in stock there.
I put the item into the basket, typed in credit card details and site told me that there is a problem with my card. Okay. Tried again with no luck. The item price is $250 or so.
After few hours I received SMS notifications from my bank: they billed my CC twice! So $500+ now in hold on my CC. It was disappointing, but sometimes it happens. I called the phone for support, with the good belief that they'll help. We were talking for dozen minutes and assistant on their end asked my e-mail three or four times, but still was unable to type it in properly. The connection quality was very poor and I can't explain my problem. Okay-okay, I got steel powered nerves. I then sent a message through the form on the website. Two days passed and I still have no response neither via e-mail nor by phone and $500 on hold.

Vraiment très très bonne marque. Vous demandez des échantillons tests vous les envoie, et vous n'êtes pas déçu ! Parfums, fond de teint.. 1 pure bonheur.

I am a bit surprised to read bad reviews as i have always had really good experience with ysl beauty. Not only they have outstanding customer services but their products are well worth the price, after having such a positibe interaction with them every single time i am really confused may be its only those who had a negative experience rated their experienceas i feel more n more people need to come foreward and review the brand who had positive experiences like me

Worst customer service experience! They don’t even want to help you solve the problem! And they are rude and treat you like it’s all your fault! Will never buy anything from the Yslbeauty official website again!

Dishonest and patronising towards customers.
Advertising a 10% discount towards newsletter subscriptions which they do not fulfill!. Waiting 4 weeks when advertised within 4 days.. Absolutely awful

DO NOT EVER BUY GOODS FROM .yslbeauty.com.au/!!! their customer serivce s horrible and not allowing customer to tell truth on their review section!! they filter all bad reviews n only show good ones, which i found very disgusting. i bought a lipstick on a Monday then on the next day i recieved an email says that my order has been dispatched, without attaching any tracking number or link. i rang them up after two days asking about the tracking number then they gave me one, which i found invalid after checking with aupost. so i had to ring them again after one day and then i got a totally different tracking number, this time it worked. the expreience s absolutely horrendous as they kept fooling their cusotmer and giving out wrong info, it would be ok if they just told me that they were preparing my order and its gonna take a few days but instead of being honest to customer they just had to give me wrong info again and again, terrible customer service. i would never buy anything from this website again.

For such an overpriced beauty line you would think the have top of the range website and customer service. Quiet the contrary! The site is slow and buggy, just loads and loads and then nothing, still on the same page! Customer service... what customer service? There is none! Contacted them and never once got a reply.

My parcel is missing,try to contact them.Nothing.The lines always busy.

Costumer service is awful. Received my parcel.Cosmetic bag is missing. Tried to call. Nobody answers.still waiting for my 10% discount .Claims you will get in your email in 4 days.Whole month now :(
