Never ordering again from ysl terrible customer service so rude and so desrespectful its like they are doing a favore for you i ordered libre intense and payed extra for fast shipping package came in 7 days with only 2 samples without my perfume when i called the girl gave me attitude asking to take a picture and send it to customer service email so rude and telling me with a attitude thats the policy its like take it or leave it terrible NEVER EVER AGAIN😡😡

I would give zero stars if I could. Unreasonably long wait time to speak to a representative and they canceled the order without letting me know and it was a birthday present!!!! I wouldn’t have realized if I didn’t track my order. Never ordering anything from YSL ever again.

I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! THEY HAVE THE WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM OTHER RETAIL PLACES IF YOU LOVE YSL BEAUTY PRODUCTS LIKE I DO! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DON'T HAVE ANY KNOWDELGE OF THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. I AM CERTAIN ALL THESE REPS ARE NOT EVEN TRAINED PROPERLY!

Good quality of products ! Ordered for the first time from here some face and skin care products. Get them all with a short time and all products are working perfectly. Hope to order again soon. Thank you.

We placed an order online then 15 min later wanted to cancel it. There is no option to cancel your order, we call YSL and they said they can't cancel any orders ever, we have to wait for the box then return it back (free if unopened). 10 days later we go to Canada Post and they said no we have to pay return shipping because there is no label. So, if we want free to return it must go untracked back to YSL, our package is worth $350, and send it back untracked would mean a double loss in case Canada Post screw up with delivery (which happened way too often). I am trying to call YSL at 3 PM our time in Vancouver, BC no one answers the phone because they already closed in Toronto!!! I call YSL.com and it's open. YSLbeauty.ca is a true SHAME place to shop, after buying there five times I will never go back again. I have waited so much time to deal with these returns, in the end, it cost me $20 to pay a return to YSL with a tracking number and this is what you call a top-notch shopping experience??? There is NO place online that doesn't offer a free return YSL DOESNT OFFER A FREE RETURN (well they will tell you that, but it's not true, you can't accept package now, Canada Post doesn't have this feature, delivery people leave the box outside the door and leave when we take the box to Canada Post store and say we refuse this package they say it will return untracked and if in case of loss you won't get back your refund and box will be lost). This is our experience shopping at YSLbeauty.ca

i am a big fan of YSL, the creams and decorative cosmetics are amazing 💔

J'ai commandé un rouge à lèvres pour ma sœur le 15 janvier pour son anniversaire le 27 janvier.
Nous sommes le 26 janvier, lorsque j'ai cliqué sur "suivre ma commande" j'ai remarqué qu'elle était toujours "EN PROCESSUS DE PRÉPARATION".
C'est scandaleux !!!!!!!!

While I love their products, I will not buy from their website again. (Actually, I probably won't use the products anymore either.) I paid $45 for something they did not include in my delivery. I have tried four times to get help from customer service, and they just keep giving me the run around. Send us photos of the box. Send us a photo of the invoice. Send us your email. (This request was sent TO my email account.) Now, they are not responding at all. I am out $45, and that's just not right.

They had a promotion before Christmas with 50% off for "say goodbye items".
I ordered mascaras on December 10 for gifts for Christmas.
My order was "in process" for 20 days. Then on December 30 they cancelled it without any notification.
I'd rather shop on ebay than with them directly. Unreliable website.

Avoid! It’s a scam. Out of four items I ordered, I received only two, and two lipsticks they never delivered. They refused to reimburse my PayPal account and their customer service is useless. Moreover the customer service representative takes an attitude during the conversation.

J'ai passé 3 commandes en demandant des emballages cadeaux. Aucune n'était emballée. Le service client vous répond qu'il ne peut pas vous expédier les emballages mais vous donner un bon de réduction pour effectuer une nouvelle commande. Scandaleux

Suite à la réception d'un mail indiquant des coffrets de parfums en promotions, j'ai effectué une commande par internet. J'ai relancé par téléphone pour m'assurer que ma commande avait été prise en compte et serait livrée. J'ai reçu mon colis ce jour et je suis très heureuse étant attirée par ce parfum depuis environ un an. J'apprécie le coffret, la présentation et surtout le parfum. Je remercie l'enseigne YSL. C'est du Bonheur.

YSL had a promotion going on their cosmetics site stating that a purchase of over $200 would get a free 3 piece brush set or an option of a YSL cosmetic bag. I thought it was a great perk as I wanted to try out their brush set. So I bought a few items totaling more than $224 before taxes. That was on Black Friday 2020. I places the order by using "WILD" as the coupon code. I selected the brush set and mascara as my free items and placed the order. Order came out to $244 with taxes. The next morning I get an email confirmation stating that my order was being processed. I called customer service 3x and explained to each rep that the brushes did not appear on my confirmation and asked if it will be sent in a different shipment otherwise give me the ysl bag. I intentionally spent over $200 for those brushes if not cancel my order. First rep said that It shows on the order i said not on my email. Asked what my options were if i dont get the brushes. They said i can refund it but i would have to pay the shipping. Asked to speak to manager. Until this day no call. Crickets. 2nd rep hung up on me during middle of call. 3rd rep said oh yeah i see it in the order. I asked for a sup to call me. No call...receive my package and ofcorse no brushes. Called the 6th time (few times got hung up before i could speak). Explained to her there was no brushes. Said to return to get refund. So i am going to stay with the items as i do not want to spend more money and time to ship it back and get a refund. Emailed customer service 3 times. Word of advice. Do not spend your hard earned money with YSL. Even though they were just brushes it was the fact that the company promoted it and didnt give me another product to make up for it. I wont be buying from YSL ever again. Plenty of other brands that I can choose from.

Très mauvaise expérience. Ma compagne a acheté pour près de 70 € de produits lors de la black friday. Était indiqué sur l'ensemble du site internet dans son panier qu'un lipstick serait offert avec sa commande à compter de 60 € d'achat.

Après réclamation, la réponse du service client " Tel qu'il est indiqué sur notre site, les offres proposées sont soumises au stock disponible"

Cette mention n'était aucunement visible, et il m'étonnerait fortement qu'ils soient sans stock de rouge à lèvres !

Do not buy from this website. Fraudulent. They don't send items and mischarge. Customer service does not pick up the phone and they hang up on you

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered 3 separate orders because I needed to split the bills. They messed all them up. All 3 orders were missed 3 bottle of perfume. I contacted them with the video record when I unpacked my package (thank God I did that) and they claimed the items were unavailable but why they charged me all. Then, they said they willing to refund my money without knowing when. Their customer service is bad. Please buy at somewhere

I would NOT buy from their website ever again. They have sent me completely wrong mascara so when i called they have told me to return it. So i can assume that they run out of it and sent me different one expecting i would not notice which is not fare. And now even i would return it no one can guarantee me i will receive correct one as is out of stock atm.
