Je viens de recevoir mon coffret parfum plus les échantillons plus les cadeaux. Tout est parfait et j ai passé la commande il y a moins d une semaine. Merci yslbeauty.fr je reviendrai vers vous . MD

Ordered Black Opium perfume from YSL Beauty. Paid $8 for shipping and never received from UPS. I called them and had to file a claim with UPS and they will not refund my money or send another bottle until UPS decides to settle the claim. I ordered this for Christmas 2023 and they could not guarantee they would even have it in stock when the claim was settled to ship another bottle so I went and bought another bottle from Sephora so my daughter would have it for Christmas. I am still waiting for UPS to settle the claim so I can get a refund. Very bad customer service and unreliable. Will never order from them again.

Il était indiqué qu'à partir de 60 euros d'achats une jolie trousse serait offerte avec des produits à l'intérieur. Le premier point négatif est que j'ai dû appeler le service client à plusieurs reprises car le colis devait être livré en 3 à 5 jours ouvrés, or il m'a été livré près de 2 semaines après la date de commande ce qui est relativement long pour une marque de luxe. Le deuxième point négatif est que j'ai été très déçue en ouvrant mon colis car la trousse offerte qui paraissait très grande sur le site fait en réalité la taille de ma main, alors que sur le site elle était présentée de telle sorte que l'on pouvait mettre tous les produits qui étaient offert à l'intérieur. Je devais à la base acheter qu'un rouge à lèvre mais ai acheté davantage dans le but de pouvoir bénéficier de la trousse, je regrette donc mon achat car la trousse est tellement petite qu'elle en est inutile. Je ne trouve pas cela normale de faire de la publicité mensongère dans le but d'inciter à l'achat.

Definitely scammer.
I have return the products to them and until now I haven’t received the refund. I have wait 5 months and they keep saying that they need to investigate. And now, they don’t even give me any updates about my refund. Be careful guys!!

Mary, David, Diana and Lorena from their customer service did not help. I placed an order with YSL Beauty and they shipped the order incorrectly. This was a gift for my fiancés mother and my mother on our wedding day which I expressed multiple times when addressing the error to them. Took a week for them to “reprocess” and continue to just say they are too busy to expedite or help me adjust the shipping address because they were too busy from their sale and because it is December.

I understand engravements take time but I work in that industry, when something needs to be expedited it can be done. This was extremely poor service from them and I am so disappointed with how I was treated from such a well known brand.

Amazing service, perfume came within 4days of ordering with 2 free samples. Beautifully packed in a lovely box. Really satisfied with this product and will be using this place again. Really shocked at all the bad reviews!

So these scam artists got my wife to believe its the OG YSL site (the likeness of the logo doesn't hurt), we only noticed because the shipping address was wrong and when attempting to contact them found out its a boiler room ops..--stay far, far away

They claim to have 30% site wide- in the text messages it didn’t reflect the sale had any exclusions. The sale was actually 30% off 85 products not site wide so it was definitely false advertising at its finest . Done trying to shop from them tired of companies being able to get away with these kind of advertising tactics.

Très mauvais expérience chez une des plus grandes marques de luxe française .
ai acheté un mascara noir 42 euros qui a séché en 5 applications .
J'ai informé gentiment le service clientèle et ai demandé un geste commercial.
Jamais eu de retour et ce malgré deux relances.
Ils s'en moquent manifestement et pensent que le nom d'Yves Saint Laurent (qui, si il serait là , serait fou de lire cela..)suffit à maintenir leur renommé..
le service clientèle de CHANEL à côté c'est le jour et la nuit !!
prenez exemple, vraiment !

This review would have been positive if I didn’t have issues this time, I ordered last year during late November and received my packages after nearly 2 weeks but I got frequent updates almost daily but when the website claims 3-5 days. But that’s not the issue the issue lies with me placing a new order for the myslf and now being 6 days and no updates other than the one for my order going through. I called dozens of times with the phone not even ringing but finally got a hold of someone for them to tell me they are within their time frame of 4-6 weeks and if I wanted my package sooner than I should have paid for the $20 express shipping or ordered from macys, extremely unprofessional and I will not order from them again.

Expérience très décevante, livraison incomplète. Pas de solution proposée hormis une réduction pour un prochain achat qui est la même que pour une première commande. Se défile derrière l'argument "offre dans la limite des stocks"

Acquisto effettuato durante una promo, in cui era presente, inserendo un codice in fase di acquisto, la possibilità di ricevere una candela profumata in omaggio. Ho inserito il codice, il sistema me lo accetta, beh, ricevo il pacco, ma della candela nessuna traccia. Il servizio clienti, anziché cercare di risolvere, inviandomi l'omaggio, o cercare magari di rimediare al tutto, inizialmente mi dice di non conoscere la promo, e poi, con una seconda comunicazione, con tanto di prova del mio acquisto con codice, inviata a loro con screenshot, liquida il tutto dicendomi che il codice non era compatibile con altre promozioni. Beh, se fosse stato questo il caso, in fase di acquisto non avrei dovuto ricevere nessuna conferma, e invece, la conferma del codice inserito c'è stata. Peccato, era il mio primo acquisto effettuato in questo sito, ma d'ora in poi preferirò altri e-commerce, ben più seri di questo. Di certo non mi aspettavo un tale specchietto per le allodole con un marchio del genere.
Se avessi visto poi tutte le altre recensioni negative prima, per motivazioni simili alla mia, avrei evitato l'acquisto a monte sicuramente.
Oltretutto, l'azienda ti chiede di recensirli, ma se la recensione non è positiva, non permettono di pubblicarla! Si commentano da soli

I was convinced this was a scam after I placed the order. I got several emails telling me part of my order was incomplete when I only ordered one thing. The emails were addressed to , without a name. I then had a delivery date but was told I wasn't in when they tried to deliver (I was) so they would drop at nearest DPD drop. Next day it was delivered to the house after sending me numerous emails about despatch. Saving grace was the driver was really friendly.

If they inconvenience you with a canceled order because of a mistake on their end, all they can offer in response is a 15% off discount of a nonsale item. That is so terrible I'm baffled at the level of bad customer service for such a big brand. Lesson learned never again, better off shopping with Valentino or Chanel instead.

Ho acquistato il 7 Novembre e ad oggi, 9 Dicembre, non ho ancora visto nessun pacco.
Dopo aver chiesto informazioni mi hanno mandato il link dicendomi di controllare il tracciamento, come se non ci avessi pensato prima, ma stranamente c'era scritto che il tracciamento non era disponibile.
Dopo aver aspettato ancora sollecito nuovamente, e, accorgendosi che era passato effettivamente troppo tempo, come minimo almeno ho ricevuto i miei soldi, spesi inutilmente.
Da un'azienda del genere non mi sarei mai aspettata questo, visti i prodotti fin troppo costosi, sconsiglio vivamente.

Service client qui propose un retour avec un e-mail qui dit que le produit est intacte

Il est préférable d’aller chez sephora ou marionnaud, au moins vous savez ce que vous acheter

Grande déception du service client
Qui est désastreux bruyant qui se moque complètement des clients

Aucune proposition concrète de proposé
En plus si j’envoie le produit abîmé je risque de ne pas être remboursé

Grande déception. Un produit manquant sur les deux commandés. YSL beauté se contente de rembourser le produit manquant mais ne procède pas à une nouvelle expédition.
Il faudrait donc recommander le produit et repayer les frais de port.
Pas terrible pour une entreprise de marque.
