I recently bought the new Ever Grip mat and I absolutely love it! The quality is fantastic, it arrived very quickly and it has the really improved my grip in my practice!

My only complaint is that the bag broke on the second use- so now I have to carry the mat around to my local studio which is a shame as I had initially opted for this brand because it came with a free bag.

I ordered, the order was confirmed, the mat was delivered when it should be! What more could I ask for? Spot on!

Received a full refund, including shipping. Despite my issues this was resolved successfully.

Paid 6 pounds for express delivery – nothing arrived for over a month, after following up they said they were having supply issues but won't be able to refund me for express shipping. Waited another 3 weeks for the mat.

The mat arrives wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker so it's impossible to see it without ripping the tissue paper to shreds. But if you want to return the mat later, you need to pay 'repackaging fee' for repackaging the mat. I consider this a scam really, but they just say they're a small company and can't handle packaging and shipping.

The mat looks nothing like the product photos on the website. The colour is different, more mat and not as rich. But the worst bit was the embossing which was just wonky, sloppily made. It looks like a mat you'd get at Tesco's and not a premium product they're trying to be. Really wanted to support them but now I'm just disappointed with the quality and customer service. What a shame.

Worst company I have experienced in a long time. Do not be fooled by how nice their products look, nor what they say on their website. Firstly they charge £6 express delivery, but they fail to tell you ordered are made to order. Poor communication all round. This delayed my purchase by 4 weeks. I then had to chase this again after not getting my order, to be then informed about supply chain and delivery issues. I am currently awaiting a refunded after those company completely wasted my time. Save your money and go elsewhere. Appalling service, appalling communication.

I really have high hopes for this company and yet I find myself reluctantly having to write this review to warn others. I received my yoga mat in quick time. No problems with that, however, the box it came in was damaged as it's not really robust enough for the size of the mat. And I should've measured properly but the large mat, although gorgeous, is too big for the studio space so I sent it back. You do have to jump through hoops to return. You pay, and its expensive to return such a heavy item. So if you are buying from them make sure you are 100% sure you will keep it. If there is any damage to the wrapping or box then they deduct money. Bearing in mind the box was damaged when it arrived this seems a little unfair. I did everything I was asked but I'm told it hasn't arrived. Before sending it back and on the basis that my original order arrived swiftly, was a really lovely product, and wanting to support the company I ordered a smaller yoga mat. Yogi Bare now have nearly £200 of my money and I have tried to contact them again and received no reply. My emails to them aren't sending when all others are fine. Perhaps they've blocked me? I have proof of postage so if it genuinely hasn't arrived then I need to take it up with Royal Mail because its showing that it was delivered on 02/04/2024. I note that they haven't answered any other reviews on here which isn't a great sign. I think they're probably a well meaning company. Maybe it's hit and miss whether you have a good experience with them. Please up your communication and processes so that people don't get frustrated and are forced to write a poor review. I am more than happy to revisit this should the company make contact with me on a consistent level.

Latest: I have received an email promising to look into it and to bare (sic) with them. I have also received an email apologising to everyone who had pre-ordered with them that the mats had been held up in transit due to shipping issues. I also work in retail so I know this can be a huge issue and I can understand that this has caused them a massive headache. I'm more than happy to accept this reasoning and grateful to be kept in the loop. I am still concerned about the fact that my returned mat hasn't been found at the warehouse despite being delivered. I have a feeling that consumer law is on my side but given their issues and the fact that they have stated that they've been through a 'tough patch' I remain concerned.

Latest 15/04/2024:
I have received an email to let me know that my mat has been located at the warehouse and they have refunded me for what looks like the full amount. I have therefore changed the rate to a 4.

My replacement mat was delivered today and its lovely. Its in a gorgeous bag and is of excellent quality. I have managed to revise my rating from 2-5.

Only half the order delivered...11 days later, still no reply to my emails.
Update- received an email promising the other half of my order 6 days ago....no courier notification yet....
Update- second mat arrived 1 month after the first after many, many emails....great mats, awful customer service.

I never write reviews, but I've had such a terrible experience with yogi bare, I had to share. My order was placed over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it, despite Yogi Bare informing me of fast delivery. After getting my order confirmation (and paying) Yogi Bare have not communicated with me once, despite my multiple attempts to contact them - all of which gave no reply. I've tried several emails, Instagram dms, quick chat, to no avail. Shocking customer service and the abundance of good reviews online seems sketchy as my experience has been horrendous. Do not shop here!

Officially my favorite yoga equipment supplier! The paws mat feels amazing, exo friendly and amazing grip! Shipment took virtually no time and the business owner was very prompt answering all queries personally. That’s a business worth supporting and a big reason why I practice yoga regularly <3
