I ordered something last week of Aug, and I still have no news about where my parcel is 3 weeks later. I've been sending emails but nothing. I know things can happen with the courier but the lack of comms from YogiBare has been very disappointing

I ordered and received at yoga Matt (warm sand) used it and it’s quite slippery. I stuck with it for 2 weeks didn’t get any better. My yoga instructor offered to use it to see what she thought and she agreed the non slip gripping was not good enough. I have been trying to get in touch with yogibare customer service carebare and have been completely ignored for two weeks. I tried getting in touch through Facebook and received a reply saying the are having trouble with their in box and still they haven’t got back to me. I got a got a phone number for them and they don’t answer that Seems their helpful enough till they get your money then their not interested whatsoever ever. Especially for a yoga company surely they should know and treat their customers better. I wanted an exchange but I want my £80 back so I can go else where

Easy ordering process, delivered in good time and product (yoga mat) is fantastic.

It’s a very good mat, good grip and love the colour (desert rose) and material.

Obsessed! I have the new Yogi Bare pilates range at home and it's so beautiful - makes it feel even more special. My fancy gym (ThirdSpace) also uses their mats. Their founder is also an amazing person. Love this company.

Very good grip. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and stability, and the fact that it's eco-friendly is a huge bonus. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it!

After ordering one type of yoga mat from yogi bare website, I unfortunately found it didn’t suit me, despite it being gorgeous, so I reached out to them and Kat was so accommodating, offering me the other type of mat, as we all have a preference as to what suits our yoga journey. I duly returned the mat and within days my new mat arrived, plus a full refund of the postage. How is that for exceptional service, so kind and understanding of the suitability of each mat to each person. The new mat is perfect. Definitely recommend this company and their mats! Many thanks

Had my mat bought from a retailer. The mat itself is an absolute treat. Grip is firm and the material even on hot yoga environment is on spot. I had some minor wear and tear and contact the company as it felt that was not right for the quality and the time I had it and replaced it instantly. Amazing customer service and quick response.

Needed to upgrade to a more cushioned and a more slip-resistant mat. I haven’t needed padding for my bony knees so far!

I bought this to replace my old IUGA mat which had started to disintegrate in parts. I liked that this was sustainable and they have a recycling scheme for old mats. My new mat looks really great and is thin enough to roll up tightly but thick enough to feel comfy underfoot and when lying down. It does have a rubbery smell but it isn't too strong which I imagine will fade over time. It is about double the weight of my old mat so a little heavier to carry to classes. It is reasonably grippy but maybe not as grippy as I thought it would be? For the price I'd have expected a carry strap. I am re-using the one that came with my old mat. Overall, a good mat and hopefully will last a decent length of time.

What an absolute game‑changer. My Yogi Bare Pilates mat is incredible — it feels great, has amazing grip on my wooden floor, and I no longer have to keep adjusting myself during workouts. I can finally focus on the movements and my alignment instead of slipping around. YAY! I genuinely love Yogi Bare mats.

After I made a mistake with my order Kat was really helpful in correcting the situation. I now have the correct mat and I’m delighted with it and also with the customer service I received. Couldn’t have been better.
