The actual service was 5 *. The only wrinkle is the fact that payment is taken up front and is often well before a date for a service has been confirmed. Feels cheeky to me.

I had issues during purchase where advertised offer did not work and emailed Wattbike customer service about it. They paid attention. The issues were resolved and i was kept informed on progress, what and when to expect a resolution. Delivery was also prompt and arranged around my availability.

Noisy. Bottle cages too low. flaps covering buttons on handlebars seem loose and flimsy. Bar tape is not premium.

The bar tape supplied is our standard specification, but we appreciate your comments regarding its quality. We also understand your concerns about the bottle cage position and the handlebar button covers.
Some noise is normal during use, but if you’re concerned that your bike is noisier than it should be, please contact our Customer Service team so we can look into this for you.

Fab purchase
After only using for a week this seems like a great product that will help me regain my fitness. Swapped for a gym membership I hardly ever used, I can jump on this three times a week no problem. And no 20 minute drive to the gym each way! Already feeling better in myself

Great exercise bike exceeds my expectations. I like the different workouts that are available for free through the app, there are plenty to choose from for all different levels. It connects well with my Garmin watch. Looking forward to using it through the winter months.

I may have gotten unlucky
I may have gotten unlucky, but when the proton arrived it was not working. After ~1.5 weeks of trying fixes, they company sent me a replacement. For the replacement bike the battery in the right shifter was dead but that was a super easy fix. Now that I have the working bike it's really nice! The ergo mode is great, it connects with my garmin watch and it's easy to use.
Customer service was nice and polite to me. Needing to wait ~1 month after ordering the bike to get a working one is a bit eh, but if it's rare then I can't really be upset. They made it right and I have a working one now that I like!
