All the customer service team in warranty were superb special mention to Calean for sorting warranty claim on doors promptly and efficiently. If only all warranty teams were as good as Wren kitchens the world would be a better place.

From start to finish ordering from Wren was such an easy process with huge thanks to Lena Fowles who explained and designed it all with such care and detail.
The two delivery men who brought the kitchen were absolutely brilliant and took extra care when entering my property.
I had arranged my own fitter who did an amazing job. There was a couple of damaged items but these were soon replaced via the app with no question at all. I am extremely happy with the service and quality of the kitchen and would definitely recommend. Massive thanks again to Lena who was amazing at bringing my ideas to life in such a seamless way. Brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been waiting almost two months for Wren to finish my incomplete installation - I keep being told that an installer will be in touch with me, but no installer ever contacts me.

To be fair to Wren, they have offered me a refund as an alternative, but I don't want to go through the whole process with another company from the beginning, I just want them to finish what they started.

Hi I was really impressed with hannah K very nowlegable ,new what she was talking about,made the hole process nice and easy sorted everything out.

Great experience with Wren from start to finish - designer Emily T, fitter Paul and quartz fitters Sam L all great.

Having paid up front as per Wrens policies I paid for a fitted bedroom and kitchen which was my life’s savings. I am happy with the bedroom but for 2 months I have raised issues with the kitchen and they just keep fobbing me off. I am a pensioner and haven’t had the use of an oven for 2 months. I would not recommend Wren to anyone under any circumstances. Absolutely appalling.

The whole experience has been great. Every team member I've spoken with has been so helpful, Luke in design, Bethanie and Richard customer service were brilliant and so helpful, the delivery guys couldn't of been better . The quality of my kitchen is great and I'm so pleased I chose to buy from Wren.

When looking for a new kitchen we found it all a bit overwhelming when reading reviews and talking to people their appears to be good and bad experiences with all the suppliers.After trying to negotiate a sensible price with howdens we gave up and decided to go with wren.The experience was considerably better from start to finish and the price was much more sensible.The quality of the units seem to be ok the wood doors are a little light and soft.Ive installed it myself so I have had first hand experience on the quality.I think unless you spend a eye watering amount of money they all seem to be much of a much.It seems to be down to the people you deal with even inside the same company.A lot of complaints seem to be about the installation of the the kitchen.Many thanks to the great team we dealt with.

Arrived on scheduled time and completed the work with very little mess. The quartz worktop was installed very efficiently and to a high standard. Very pleased👍

Installation nearly 4 weeks ago and the kitchen looks great. However, snagging problems which really take the shine off our £20,000+ investment are still not resolved. 4 emails and 5 phone calls and we are still waiting to have all the problems addressed. Advice to new buyers - make sure you record what you agree with the installer so that things don't get forgotten or left undone.

Lauren Jade was very helpful, friendly, patient yet efficient when dealing with the issue of a replacement cupboard hinge. She took her time with me and guided me through the process needed for her to be able to supply this necessary item. All very quickly achieved and should arrive by 05/02.

Bought a Wren kitchen in 2016 and had Wren instal it. All was good and went well. After a couple of years decided the white composite sink which stained easily and frankly looked a mess needed replacing. However, despite still being under warranty Wren couldn't progress the matter as the sink company had gone bust.
Fast forward to 2025 we decided we really couldn't live with the original sink any longer and due to the odd size of the sink visited our local Wren showroom. They referred us to Customer Service who then referred us back to the showroom! After much too-ing and fro-ing Wren confirmed the sink cut out size (quartz worktops therefore needed a proper sized sink as adjusting the worktop wasn't going to be possible). On asking their advice on the size of sink we might be able to order from them,were advised that they didn't have any sinks of a suitable size - all either too big or too small (Cut out size is 486x956). I felt not for the first time that where there is an issue it's our issue to resolve and they wash their hands of any responsibility. It also left me feeling that neither the showroom nor the CS people were particularly knowledgeable regarding the practical elements of kitchen fitting , even down to a basic sink fitting. No potential solutions were forthcoming and I didn't feel at all supported.
We took the view that we had no choice but to buy a sink as close to the cut out size as we could find. But Wren then advised that they would not take a return should the sink not fit. We therefore decided that we'd buy a sink from our local toolstation instead and hope for the best (knowing that at least they'd take it back if it didn't fit). We bought a sink 970x500, had it fitted and it fits beautifully. Toolstation were much more helpful and knowledgeable than I would ever have hoped and certainly knew better than Wren what they were talking about.
Surely a company like Wren who fitted the whole kitchen could have sourced a sink to fit the kitchen they themselves fitted? Would that not have at least resembled good customer service? I was happy to pay and not looking for something for nothing (despite the fact our kitchen is still under warranty).
I also requested some touch up paint for the side of one of our units where our bin lid keeps rubbing against as well as for the odd chip that appears now and again. They initially said they couldn't provide this (although they had done in the past) but could provide panels at a greatly reduced price. Apparently the colour has been discontinued (so where does that leave me should I need to initiate action under warranty???).Another email and discussion followed and the touch up paint was finally received.
As others have said, initial contact,planning &design,delivery and fitting are all great. But once they've delivered and fitted your kitchen a few years down the line you can forget any level of customer service. I started out regarding Wren very highly and happy to recommend them to others, even writing a glowing review when my kitchen was fitted. But based on recent experience I would advise anyone to avoid Wren. For me in the beginning they stood out amongst the rest , but on reflection I would say don't be taken in by the shiny sparkly showrooms and the warranty promises - scratch below the surface and Wren aren't all they might seem unfortunately

Apart from been told I couldn’t move the delivery date that that I didn’t ask for and would be charged for if I did. It’s been a positive experience with all the customer service team. Jake the last of which I spoke with was very helpful thank you.

Right from the first meeting with John Hill in York we had excellent service. The kitchen design was fantastic and it looks even better installed. Irek, the installer, did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Wren Kitchen based on design, quality, communication and workmanship.

Came on time kept me informed and were very helpful and efficient when they arrived.
