- Whatever you choose, we'll make your dream kitchen or bedroom right here in the UK. Our expert, experienced manufacturing team begins production as soon as you finalise your design.

My Wren kitchen came out of warranty…
My Wren kitchen came out of warranty last year and we decided to replace the doors on the units with new Wren Jpull fronts. We were going to do this in stages so we ordered the first three doors from the show room. They arrived and we’re fitted the next three panels were ordered, then the trouble started we were told by the Chester showroom they would arrive with the correct drilling for our requirements, they did not, tried talking to the help line, sent photographs of the original doors and waited for the panels which we were assured would be correct this time. No such luck, on the phone again told our kitchen was out of warranty and too old for the new panels to fit, asked why we were not told at the beginning, worst thing I could hear people in the background calling me a refund gorilla , I was offered a refund for the drill bit I would need to purchase to do my own drilling, this was my suggestion as I had lost all hope of them getting it right.
I will be left with one panel with 6 hinge holes. Also note that they never call back as promised.
