Woodwind London Anmeldelser

Great, thank you Edward and Slavena.

Edward offers a bespoke service which is quite simply excellent. He is extremely thorough and very competent. He has worked on my vintage tenor, a top end Yanagisawa and an entry level alto - all perfectly done and at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Recommended by a friend - Excellent service - instrument fixed quickly and a reasonable price. Very happy - we'll be back no doubt!

Ed was super helpful, lovely guy, great communication, did a great job on my alto and really good turn around time :) Would very much recommend! Also provided a lovely replacement sax for me to take to work while mine was being repaired :)

Absolutely amazing service. Answered my query with a few hours and asked me to pop in the next day. Then took a look and made minor repairs with urgency and priority all within 24 hours. Was a mad panic as Grade 4 exam was just a few days later. They will now be my default service provider for my flutes.

Good service and good work. Nice and friendly.

Fixed my tenor sax in no time!
Amazing service and fair price!

They fixed a clicky key on my tenor sax, which someone else had attempted to fix without success. Friendly service and a good job done.

Routine follow up on last year's flute service. Once again impressed by professional approach and quality of work. Edward takes care to listen to the issues and offer solutions. Getting in touch is straightforward and the work is carried it in a timely reliable way in accordance with the dates agreed. He is always.willing to offer further advice and expertise if needed.

Great standard of work. Very pleasant interaction. Excellent all around.

Fantastic door to door repairs.
Brilliant quality of repair to my son’s clarinet . Thank you

I found the company to have a very professional approach. Edward was an excellent communicator and charged a very fair price for what he did. There were no hidden costs and everything felt very transparent. I was very pleased with the work done on my saxophone.

Polite , reliable and an excellent service . Could tell the difference as soon as I started to play . Fair price so thoroughly recommend

They did a great job repairing and fixing a couple of clarinets.

Prompt delivery, item as described

Ed was fantastic!! I took in my tenor sax as my hands weren’t large enough to reach around the palm keys. He created extensions for me (I’m sure there is a technical term) and they are great! He also fixed my alto sax in a matter of minutes!
Highly recommend!

Got my son's Trevor James Alto for annual check-up, it turned out keypad needed changing. The guys have done everything right there and then within 30 minutes, and even repaired and adjusted couple of minor things while doing it. The service was absolutely great, the guys were friendly and really helpful, and the price was way lower than I expected. I cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely stick with them for future annual service and any repairs.
