Woodwind London Anmeldelser

Great customer service and clarity around the work to be carried out.

Very nice people. Prompt and professional service. Reasonable price. What’s not to like?

Ed and Slavena are super-friendly and efficient. My long term "goto" instrument repairer has recently retired, so discovering the London Music Co was a total life-saver for me. Though it is not their most usual type of "patient", Ed quickly got my tuba back to tip-top playing condition. I will definitely be using London Musuc Co in the future for it's regular "MOT"

Experts who know their subject, indeed love woodwind and provide expert knowledge and fair pricing. Who could ask for more?

Great staff and service. The price I was charged turned out to be less than originally quoted and my instrument has never played better! Totally recommend!

Brilliant service as always

My saxophone was restored to excellent playing condition. Very happy with the service.

Very professional, friendly, communicative. Really excellent service and my sax sounds better than ever.

Really good service and really good fees. Very happy with the repairs on my clarinet.

Fabulous experience. Lovely professional who fixed the not so obvious problem whilst I had a coffee.

My son's trumpet which was dented was successfully repaired by Edward and his team.
He also re-oiled the valves for better working condition.
Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend woodwindlondon to friends and family.

Lovely restoration of my flute. They communicated with me throughout, updating me on delays in receiving parts, and ensured everything was ready for me to pick up on the date I needed.

Woodwindlondon quickly identified the repairs that were needed. They completed the repairs successfully and I was able to return to pick up the flute 4 days later. Very friendly and efficient. I thoroughly recommend them

Excellent communication and availability. They fixed what needed fixing were good value (i think) and very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Friendly, helpful, and expert at what they do. They rapidly fixed my clarinet and after the retirement of my last repairer who I used for decades, I am happy to recommend them.

A prompt, friendly and local service. Discovered via the Internet.

The company responded quickly to my initial online enquiry; they were very clear about the likely cost of servicing my flute; they communicated well and gave me good advice about looking after the flute from now on.
They were nice people, too!

Slavena did a fantastic job on my flute! It is good as new after she serviced it and replaced three pads. Thank you so much.

Woodwind London replaced a few sticky pads on my clarinet, polished the keys and oiled the wood and cork. Booking and payment was seamless via the online form and payment link but most impressive was Slavena (and her colleague Edward). Their knowledge of musical instruments was evident from the moment I walked into the workshop and I came away feeling happy that my instrument was in safe hands.
