Woodwind London Anmeldelser

Excellent service and craftsmanship. They fixed my vintage saxophone very professionally and kept me informed at every step. I highly recommend this place.

I took my bass clarinet in for repair after it took a tumble. Edward was really friendly, and professional. He identified the problems and fixed the instrument promptly, and the bill at the end was much less than I expected!

Dents and damage to my alto sax were fixed to a high standard. I was lent a very decent alto in the meantime, and Edward kept me informed throughout and overcame the unavailability of some small parts. Very reasonable price and the sax now plays better than ever. Very happy.

Ed's attention to detail, customer service and efficiency are top notch! Highly, highly recommend.

Very happy with the service for my flute. Speedy, efficient and at a very reasonable cost

Ed always does a really nice job with mine, and my students instruments. Highly recommend.

I’m a professional musician and teacher with nearly fifty years experience and I’m very fussy about who works on my instruments, so it is a testament to Ed’s skill as a woodwind technician that I have trusted him to work on all of them: soprano, alto, tenor, baritone sax, Bb clarinet, A clarinet, bass clarinet and flute. His work is of the highest quality and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any repair or overhaul.

Expertly done by friendly Ed! 🎷

Good price, excellent explanation, care and attention to detail, sorted all problems

I have an OLD bass clarinet, that gets broken easily. After i dropped my case, the keys of the mid section slipped about of alignment. I was told that there was no use in trying to repair the instrument, but Woodwind London were able to fix it quickly and very well.

They also fixed the bell of my alto sax (which was dented and had caused the lower registers of F and below) not to work. I’d previously taken it to another repair shop and they said that it couldn’t be fixed as the couldn’t identify where the “air leek” was coming from.

Overall, i was EXTREMELY happy with their quality of service, and the speed of which they worked. I would 100% defiantly recommend their service to others.

Fast, efficient and careful repair. Ed is a very knowledgeable saxophone specialist.
