The team at Woodpecker Joinery are to be highly recommended - from guiding me through the order process until final handover of the greenhouse, the service was professional and friendly. Whilst we had to wait a little while for the greenhouse manufacture to be undertaken (due to Covid restriction) this was all communicated from the start and the finished greenhouse is EXCELLENT!

The quality of the cold frame is excellent and the delivery and construction could not be faulted. We are really pleased with it. Thank you.

Greenhouse delivered in May erected in the rain looked good but I didn't inspect closely enough. Following day noticed number of areas especially the glassing strips had a rough sawn finish. Took photos and sent off and they acknowledged the fault offered to send me some sand paper to fix it!! I declined that offer and they agreed they would send someone. Guy came and rehung the door which had moved, he also acknowledged that they had fitted unfinished glazing strips, he was going to sand them down but couldn't because it was raining. Some one was supposed to come this Saturday to do the rectification work, no one came and no one contact us. This is supposed to be a quality product hence why we paid almost £3000 for a small hexagonal greenhouse. Considering the finish it is not worth what it cost and the aftersales service is abysmal. If your in the market buy something cheaper, what you get is probably just as good!

Lovely product but not so good on the installation, as stated by others. Have just sent email with pictures, so let’s see if I get a reply.
I ordered this last October as a birthday present for my husband (not cheap) and it was only delivered at the beginning of July after them delaying three times. It was minus its staging which arrived two weeks later. Lots of little things, badly fitted door, very little masking on windows so all leak, and guttering not fitted properly so sagging.
Such a shame.

Had high hopes for this bespoke greenhouse when ordered. Sadly it is has not lived up to the price nor its claims.

Installed in July 2019 since when we have had panels in the door fail and a leaking roof. In August 2020 I had blinds fitted to the roof, one of which has now failed entirely and 2 cold frames (parts missing off one of them on arrival)

Having chased repeatedly to have the leak addressed a fitter finally did arrive early in 2021 - the roof is again leaking.

Whilst issues do occur, this is compounded by extremely poor customer service, lack of response to emails and calls and, yesterday, a "no show" to fix the aforementioned leak. Could never recommend

Now that it has been installed, I am very happy with my greenhouse and, so far, there have been no quality issues. The overall experience though, was not brilliant although, at over £3,000, this was not a cheap purchase. To begin with, the lead times are ridiculous. I ordered my greenhouse in September 2020, and was given an installation date in mid-April 2021. This was further delayed by a week, as the company was so busy. Given that this seems to be a continuing problem, why not either take on more staff or limit the number of orders accepted until the backlog is cleared? I arranged for the concrete base to be laid early in April. With it having been so long since I placed the order, and with my mind being on other things due to my mother having passed away in March, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for the base. I realised my mistake the day before the installation was due, and informed the company, but they sent 2 employees anyway, and informed me that I would have to pay a £300 surcharge. That was fair enough, as the fault was mine. What struck me as unreasonable, however, was that I then had to wait another 6 weeks for installation because the company could not fit in another slot before 1 July. The workers who install the greenhouses are efficient, pleasant and helpful, but a more flexible attitude on the part of the management, along with a willingness to address the issue of lead times, would be welcome.

We ordered a Centuar combined shed greenhouse and we were delighted with the product. The lead time to delivery was long (about six months) but we were prepared to wait - it has been a difficult time for everybody. There were some teething problems, missing parts, and poorly installed guttering. However this was quickly rectified with good communication so we were happy with the after sales service and the final product. There were no leaks in the recent heavy downpours of rain. The product is made to order and of a high quality, looks stylish, and was well worth waiting for. Thank you Adam and the team at Woodpecker.

A fantastic product, let down by shockingly bad customer service. Our greenhouse was delivered ahead of schedule, but sadly there were 2 issues, firstly the door glass was badly scratched and the driver refused to leave it, even though I was happy to accept it. Nearly 3 months lster no sign of a replacement. Also the staging has never been delivered. Thankfully we had ordered it to erect ourselves, so had no issues in this area. Erection was simple and we had it up in 2 days but finishing took a little longer. The greenhouse is fabulous, but please, can we have the rest of it?

When this company says they can make anything, that is completely true!
They don’t charge an earth for this service either
I did try and use a company recommended by the RHS but they don’t seem to have a clue about cedar greenhouses these days

10 month Lead time on Orders

The business are unable to fulfil orders inside 10 months! Order April 21 for Jan/Feb 2022 delivery!!

Don't paid for your product or deposit without confirming they can deliver your greenhouse, garden room inside a reasonable lead time 6-8 weeks

Excellent service and product . The design of the Hot Tub Shelter was just what we wanted, even has a bar and glass roof. Thank you to Tom and Martin, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended. 5 star *

The design appeared to be good and I liked the idea of the opening ridge for temperature control.
Sadly from the outset the rams failed to lift the panels, I contacted the makers direct and obtained a new design very quickly.

Quality is good but the roof leaks in three places. They have made at least 3 visits to correct it all have failed.

The last appointment visit was forgotten by them.

have t agree with the other review. Iordered a garden building in july at the Tatton show. It was installed 4weeks ago.I was ill at the time so unable to check it as I had an emergency docters appointment.The buiding is awful and after sending 9 e-mails we got no response until 2 days ago,which was of no help at all.The product is poor the design incorrect.It has far too many defects for a fitter to remedy.I have e-mailed 4 different people now and asked for people in authority to come down and given 4 different days,but to no avail.It needs taking down and a new one in good order putting up.However it has all gone too far now and I am taking the matter further.I have had it checked by a joiner and there are too many problems to list.We have not been sble to use the building at all due to the problems.Also I have just been informed I still cannot have the cushions!

A good-looking product which is let down by poor installation and weak after-sales service. The overall experience is a long way from what I’d expect from a company holding a royal warrant.
Details - the cedar frame had been knocked about a bit on delivery. This was remedied by sanding back to smooth out the dents. Installation is done by eye and very speedily, leads to mistakes and inconsistencies. As an example I have 3 opening windows and the ironmongery is fitted differently on each one. The greenhouse door is about 25 mm off true. The roof and the guttering leaks. There’s another leak through part of the wooden frame.
Woodpecker are due back for their second remedial visit this week. I’ll update after that.
