From the first telephone conversation with the Cultivar team I was confident that I would be pleased with my choice to order one of their fabulous greenhouses. The process was easy as the staff were so helpful in answering my questions and advising me what to choose. When the day came and Dave and Andrew erected the greenhouse, coincidentally in 33 degrees of heat, I could see how thoughtfully Cultivar had designed it and had made sure they provided a professional team to assemble it. Dave talked me through everything and made sure I understood just what an amazing choice I had made. Thank you so much I am delighted.

We had our Cultivar greenhouse installed about two months ago and thought it was worth waiting a while before writing a review.
Both my wife and I are delighted with the greenhouse. It looks great in the garden – clean and modern, which was what drew us to Cultivar in the first place when we first saw their greenhouses on a stand at a show in Tatton Park several years ago. Being a local company from North Wales was an added attraction.
The whole experience with Cultivar was very positive from start to finish. Communication was always good, and we found everyone we dealt with helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to visit the factory in Ruabon beforehand was particularly useful and gave us confidence that we were dealing with people who genuinely cared about what they were producing. The quality of the build is obvious, and considerable thought has clearly been given to every aspect of the design.
A special mention should go to Tom and Dave, who installed the greenhouse. They were friendly, professional and took real pride in their work.
One thing that has struck us since it was installed is the number of positive comments we have had from friends, family and neighbours. Everyone who has seen it has admired it and asked where it came from.
Before buying, we noticed that Trustpilot reviews were almost universally positive. That can sometimes make you wonder whether a product can really live up to expectations, but in our case it certainly has. We are very happy to add our own positive experience to the list.
Two months in, we remain delighted and would happily recommend Cultivar to anyone looking for a high-quality greenhouse.

We had been visiting around the country to find the right greenhouse and the last visit was to Cultivar. We had already decided on the one we were having until we stepped into their premises. The build quality looked so good, the staff really friendly and 6 months on, this is all still the case. It's important to feel like a valued customer and feel like the product is standing up to its price. Everyone who visits says how amazing it is. One thing I would add, because the product is so streamlined and clean, Cultivar don't add any badges or logos. Good for the customer and we obviously tell people whose it is but a small badge to show who you are would be good for the business identity.

We visited the company factory in September last year to have a look at the product as we wanted to see for ourselves what the build quality was like. We were made very welcome by Nikki (as were our two Collies) and after seeing the quality we ordered a 3/4 lean to greenhouse for delivery in January 2026 as we had an existing greenhouse to demolish and foundations to prepare. As this was completed ahead of schedule we asked if an earlier delivery date was possible and we received our kit of parts during the second week of December, a month ahead of our original date with no problems whatsoever.
I was somewhat apprehensive about assembly but the clarity of the instructions and outstanding quality of the components soon made me more confident about the project. It was a joy to assemble and even when I accidentally broke a pane of glass and discovered a couple of small missing components, replacements were dispatched from Cultivar immediately, with no quibble and at no charge!!
The team at Cultivar were helpful at every stage of the project and I recommend them without hesitation.

Adam and Tyler were the most helpful and friendly delivery crew you could wish for. They have done an excellent job. The Greenhouse is of really high quality and an impressive piece of Engineering too! So many useful features and so cleverly thought out.

Right from getting out of the van at the beginning of the build, the customer service from Cultivar was 5 star, introducing themselves and talking me through what to expect. They kept me updated regularly throughout and worked quickly and effectively, whilst also keeping my dog entertained! With regard to the greenhouse itself, it’s really excellent. The quality of engineering and build are readily apparent. I live on a Cumbrian hillside, things need to be solid, and I have no worries at all that this will withstand all that is thrown at it, which is lucky because construction was completed just as a 60mph storm was blowing in. I am 100% delighted and would not hesitate to recommend Cultivar to others.

We first saw Culitvar greenhouses at the Hampton Court show and it stood apart from all the competition (even the more expensive brands). The quality of finish, robustness of the structure and attention to detail is second to none (and I’m saying this having recently owned one of the more expensive brand greenhouses). The fitters were amazing and worked with our building team we have on site. And all this along with a fresh modern looking and practical greenhouse. Highly recommended.

I've left this review a year or two since purchase to allow time to experience the greenhouse fully. Now I can say that Cultivar were helpful and clear at all times from initial enquiry through dealing with various queries until the greenhouse was supplied and erected. The guys who erected were a pleasure to have here for the day. Subsequent aftercare from Cultivar has also been helpful and obliging. And more to the point the greenhouse is not only excellent but a great visual piece in the garden

We saw Cultivar's Pavillion glasshouse at RHS Tatton in 2023 and fell in love!
We looked at other companies specialising in glasshouses, but came back to Cultivar as they offered the best product at the best price.
The team we dealt with at Cultivar - Tim, Faye, Nikki, Tom, Andrew and Adam - were all extremely helpful and professional.
After the glasshouse was erected, there were one or two very minor adjustments required: Tim sent a crew immediately to sort them out.
We cannot praise Cultivar enough: they are a fantastic company!

We had the Victorian Greenhouse designed and fitted. Experience was excellent and seamless from start to finish. Superior quality and will probably outlive me! Additional options are also of very high quality and sales staff ( Fay ) very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Bought a greenhouse 6 years ago. Door stop had stopped working ( the part that catches the door). Phoned up, they (Nikki) quickly found my original order and sent the part FOC! Arrived less than 48hrs after the phone call. First class service. Thank you.

We fell for a 10x8 Accoya Plant House having seen one in person at the Hampton Court flower show. The style is elegant but modern, with nice clean lines inside and out and no unnecessary clutter. In all aspects it demonstrates a surprising degree of innovation. The quality is excellent throughout and it is reassuringly solid - more like a building than a greenhouse. Dave and Andrew did a great job installing it with a long drive home afterwards! It looks superb in the garden and the whole Cultivar experience has been a pleasure from beginning to end.

I recently had my Accoya Plant House installed. I hadn’t seen one in the flesh but it’s exceeded my expectations. Dave and Tom arrived promptly, were both very friendly and in just over a day they’d installed the greenhouse and handed over the keys. Service has been great throughout, it’s early days but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cultivar. I’m looking forward to many years of use.

Our 10 x 8ft Aluminium Victorian Greenhouse was installed one month ago. We are delighted with result. The whole process from deciding on Cultivar through to delivery and erection was excellent. It was well worth our trip to visit the workshop. Communication, workmanship and the team who came to it up were all excellent. The standard of finish is first class. Highly recommended

The design and build of the greenhouse is functional but also very elegant. The men who delivered and erected the structure were efficient and polite as were the office staff. Overall excellent, we are delighted with our new greenhouse.

From our very first inquiry to installation Cultivar staff were a delight to work with. Ordering the greenhouse through Nikki was easy and painless. He kept us informed and answered any questions throughout the short wait for delivery.
Simon and Tom who erected it were a delight to have on our property and worked quickly and efficiently.

Cultivar just installed a 5m x 4m greenhouse. Very well made quality aluminium and accoya product delivered on time. Installers Tom and David did a quick and excellent job erecting. Also very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Cultivar and have already done so to other friends.
