From my initial, emailed enquiry regarding the Renotec roof coating system to completion of the finished job I have to say that the many people I dealt with at Artisan, along with those who worked on my property, are a real credit to the company and I felt as though the company itself couldn't do enough for me.
My two priorities were 1) selecting what I considered to be the right/best coating system and 2) finding an accredited company who are authorised and trained to apply it and who I felt I could trust (Artisan's excellent Trustpilot reviews assisted me greatly with this) to handle the all important preparation and final application, what i've ended up with is a finished job that I am absolutely delighted with and which surpasses all of my expectations...
Even my neighbours are agasp at the transformation and quality of the completed work!
A very professional company with very dedicated staff delivering an excellent end result and I would highly recommend them.

We had a flat roof that was very old and had been covered several times by other roofers. Justin was brilliant and replaced the roof with a new Firestone rubber roof and modified a wooden box to allow rain to flow more easily. He is very skilled and it was a pleasure to see him do the work.

Artisan Coatings & Exteriors have recently completed applying ProPERLA to my property. From Angela’s initial sales visit, through surveying and arranging access, to Kilian’s work on site, everyone within the Artisan team has been extremely helpful & professional. Very professional company to deal with from start to finish. We had our roof cleaned and treated by two young people Jade and Chez. Jade is an exceptional young lady who takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable and confident in the work she does. Chez, under Jade's guidance did a brilliant job of cleaning up during and after the work was completed. Both Jade and Chez have got an excellent attitude to their work.

I would certainly recommend Artisan. We had a flat roof replaced by Justin and Emily. We also had the ceiling replaced with cladding recommended by Justin. The work was carried out brilliantly despite the wet weather. Justin went over and above to complete the work without too much disruption. Ensure you have a cream cake ready for when Ollie is round. The sun lounge is now so much warmer and comfortable. Extremely pleasant workers.

I had to have my entire roof replaced as it was leaking. Artisan provided an excellent, professional and thorough service in undertaking the work, even though the weather made it a very difficult task. I was kept informed of what was needed at all stages and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and the costs. They were always very prompt in replying, had excellent communication with me otherwise and were always friendly and cheerful. The work carried out is of an excellent standard. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Our roof after 40 years was looking a little worse for wear and covered in moss. Artisan quoted us to pressure wash, repair, renovate and seal the roof at an acceptable price. They kept us well informed of the dates they were coming and what procedures they would do on the day. A special thanks to Jade who was very knowledgeable in what needed doing and was the constant contact in the procedure. Ollie, one of the directors, came to help Jade on the final day of spraying. It's good to see a company where the directors are prepared to go "hands on " to get jobs completed.

I had my roof cleaned and coated by a lovely polite hardworking lady called jade , unlike the hungry hippo Ollie , Amy is a star in the office and I would highly recommend artisan coatings and exteriors

The best money we’ve ever spent! After 33years & living near lots of trees, our roofing was totally green & damaged in places. The Artisan team restored it to its former glory. All moss was removed, 4 cracked tiles replaced, repointing in places, all facials, soffits & gutterings cleaned! The final sealant they applied should guarantee it will look great for at least another 10+ years! The initial appointment with the surveyor went extremely well with a good deal being arranged - one that met our available budget! The team were punctual & worked efficiently for the best part of 3 days; dodging the rain! Jade in particular worked expertly across the roofs & well, she never stopped! 👍🏼👍🏼 Ollie, Emily & the other members of the team also impressed! We would recommend Artisan unreservedly!

Very customer focussed, lots of communication and the finished work was exceptional. They even made us aware of some damage to the roof they had noticed and sent a team to repair that. Very happy with the coating.

Having previously replaced two of our three flat roofs earlier this year Artisans returned to complete the third .
At the risk of repeating our previous review Artisan provided a professional service from the start with salesman followed by surveyor followed by the excellent team of Danny and Gary who again not only provided an excellent service as ordered but also repaired work previously carried out by other contractors who did not complete the task as required.
Although a stressful time ( again )it was a pleasure having them on site.
They were both respectful of my wife and I and our property and we enjoyed having them with us.
Unfortunately the work revealed a weakness of our main pitched roof which we are to have replaced early in 2026.
We also would like to extend our thanks to Ollie, one of the directors who came out to advise on that future work.
All three were really nice guys and we miss having them around.

I have a new roof!! Great communication from start to finish and professional and polite always. On day 1 - Thought I was keeping them sweet with chocolate hobnobs but preferred biscuits were choc digestives and bourbons! So stocked up! 🤣 always cleaned up at the end of the day and kept me informed of progress. Shout out to Bradley McKenzie and Kieran also Martin and Ryan. We have used Artisan for 3 jobs now, new driveway at front, resealing the tiles at back & now they have just finished doing the fascia & soffits on our bungalow & replacing our flat roof. They are very professional, hard working & friendly, especially Justin & Andy who have been working on our roof. They went out of there way to do all the little things to complete the job including fitting a water butt for us & advising & guiding us through the whole process. The job was hindered with bad weather but they carried on & it looks amazing. We are having them back next year to do the old roof on the bungalow. I highly recommend them

Second time I’ve had Artisan do work for me. They are superb. Danny&Gary worked extremely hard in some challenging weather.

A very personal and professional relationship with their customers via visiting members of staff or by phone - a good company set up. Danny and Gary worked flat out to prepare the site ready for slabs to be laid on our new patio. (Such stamina 😁) We are very pleased with the end result. Danny frequently messaged to advise of arrival times when delayed by the weather etc. which we found very reassuring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team for future work.

The explanation of what was being done was very clear from the start ,so we knew what would happen .when jade and Emily arrived ,we knew what to expect and they worked thoroughly throughout despite some periods of rainfall ,their attitude was pleasant and very friendly and they explained what had to be done at each stage. They were also very helpful and constructive would highly recommend artisan .

From our first contact with the initial Surveyor our experience with Artisan has been great. We were particularly impressed by their safeguarding policy which automatically removed any hard sell element from the process. Second survey confirmed our requirements and the deposit.
Our two operatives arrived to do the work and to my surprise Emily and Jade walked up the drive. In the event, from lugging their compressor/pump out of the van to undertake to pressure washing, through to the clean up and completion, they did an excellent job. Fall pipes blocked or disconnected, protection for both the neighbour and our lawns and a great job on cleaning and coating our roof. It looks like new.
Their cleaning of windows, frames, cills, gutters and soffits was meticulous. Plus Jade and Emily were not only good at their jobs but absolutely lovely to deal with.
Telephone contact with Rob to check everything was progressing well. Finally, contact with the office Administrators was both pleasant and professional. The work has only just been completed so now just awaiting final paperwork and guarantee.
I would happily recommend Artisan. However, you"ll have to check back in 10 years to confirm the longevity of the anti fungicide and ProPERLA coating.

Soffits, fascias and a new roof completed today. Excellent performance by Justin, Andy & Jade. Really pleased with the results and impressed by the high standards of workmanship achieved over several weeks of activity.

I found the whole experience to be very good. The initial assessment was conducted well. The actual work was done by a charming young man who worked hard. I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend them highly.
