I have a new roof!! Great communication from start to finish and professional and polite always. On day 1 - Thought I was keeping them sweet with chocolate hobnobs but preferred biscuits were choc digestives and bourbons! So stocked up! 🤣 always cleaned up at the end of the day and kept me informed of progress. Shout out to Bradley McKenzie and Kieran also Martin and Ryan. Thanks to Ollie and not forgetting Amy in the office. Great service and highly recommend Artisan

We have used Artisan for 3 jobs now, new driveway at front, resealing the tiles at back & now they have just finished doing the fascia & soffits on our bungalow & replacing our flat roof. They are very professional, hard working & friendly, especially Justin & Andy who have been working on our roof. They went out of there way to do all the little things to complete the job including fitting a water butt for us & advising & guiding us through the whole process. The job was hindered with bad weather but they carried on & it looks amazing. We are having them back next year to do the old roof on the bungalow. I highly recommend them

Second time I’ve had Artisan do work for me. They are superb. Danny&Gary worked extremely hard in some challenging weather.

A very personal and professional relationship with their customers via visiting members of staff or by phone - a good company set up. Danny and Gary worked flat out to prepare the site ready for slabs to be laid on our new patio. (Such stamina 😁) We are very pleased with the end result. Danny frequently messaged to advise of arrival times when delayed by the weather etc. which we found very reassuring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team for future work.

The explanation of what was being done was very clear from the start ,so we knew what would happen .when jade and Emily arrived ,we knew what to expect and they worked thoroughly throughout despite some periods of rainfall ,their attitude was pleasant and very friendly and they explained what had to be done at each stage. They were also very helpful and constructive would highly recommend artisan .

From our first contact with the initial Surveyor our experience with Artisan has been great. We were particularly impressed by their safeguarding policy which automatically removed any hard sell element from the process. Second survey confirmed our requirements and the deposit.
Our two operatives arrived to do the work and to my surprise Emily and Jade walked up the drive. In the event, from lugging their compressor/pump out of the van to undertake to pressure washing, through to the clean up and completion, they did an excellent job. Fall pipes blocked or disconnected, protection for both the neighbour and our lawns and a great job on cleaning and coating our roof. It looks like new.
Their cleaning of windows, frames, cills, gutters and soffits was meticulous. Plus Jade and Emily were not only good at their jobs but absolutely lovely to deal with.
Telephone contact with Rob to check everything was progressing well. Finally, contact with the office Administrators was both pleasant and professional. The work has only just been completed so now just awaiting final paperwork and guarantee.
I would happily recommend Artisan. However, you"ll have to check back in 10 years to confirm the longevity of the anti fungicide and ProPERLA coating.

Soffits, fascias and a new roof completed today. Excellent performance by Justin, Andy & Jade. Really pleased with the results and impressed by the high standards of workmanship achieved over several weeks of activity.

I found the whole experience to be very good. The initial assessment was conducted well. The actual work was done by a charming young man who worked hard. I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend them highly.

We’re so glad to have had our rendering repaired with Artisan. Everyone that we’ve spoken to has been so helpful and put our best interests first with the help of their professional knowledge. When we found out that the damage to our rendering (from before we bought our house) was worse than expected, they helped us make a new plan on how to get the house looking great again. Danny and Gary did an amazing job and kept us up to date with progress and everything that was being done as it was all new to us. We also appreciated Rob checking in with regular phone calls to ensure we were happy with how things were going. Thank you to everyone at Artisan, we’d 100% recommend them for their brilliant services!

Had this company recommended by a friend in the village. Just had new windows fitted throughout the house and they were brilliant from start to finish. Martin came round the day after enquiring to measure up and advise me about options . Ordered and fitted the week after, couldn't ask for more. Very professional, very easy to deal with and tidied away after.

Absolutely brilliant job, great workers no messing about definitely recommended.

Following on from the first class exterior repair, recoating and fab finishing painted coatings on the house completed by Ryan, I then moved onto the driveway and Patio sealing and repairs. Once again a first class job by Danny having to redo some dodgy grouting on a Sunday to ensure all was correct for the finishing seal. And thanks to Danny again for immortalising Shadow with his paw print, I'll treasure that forever. Please use this company they really do take care of their customers, especially Ollie for listening and explaining everything to me.

Artisan Coatings and Exteriors applied a ProPERLA façade coating to my home and I am extremely happy with the result. I think it looks very smart, and I’ve since had several very positive comments from neighbours.

My experience was of a very professional business.
The office-based staff, specifically Jake and Amy, were extremely friendly and efficient.

Lee, who did the initial survey and sales contract, gave a detailed product description and demonstration of ProPERLA and was happy to answer any questions I had. Likewise with Martin who completed the second survey.

Dale, who carried out the work itself, was lovely. He worked extremely hard and left the site clean, safe and tidy at the end of each day. He was professional, on time and even fixed a piece of guttering that wasn’t on his schedule of work because he wanted the product to look as good as it should.

From my experience, the service given by Artisan Coatings and Exteriors matches the product on offer. I was also impressed by the safeguarding procedure the company has in place to protect older customers and ensure family are aware of decisions being made and any work planned / carried out. They take their duty of care seriously.

This is a company I would highly recommend.

The third time we have used the company for a significant project on our house. They have done another excellent job and we would strongly recommend them, once they start the work on site they perform very well indeed but they have never started any of the 3 projects on their original planned start date.

I cant give a 5 star review because we had issues with initial rendering which was done in March 2024 when cracks started to appear by the end of the summer and worsened over the winter. However, the team have always been first class in their customer service and they have now resolved the issue to our satisfaction without quibble.

What can I say ,what brilliant guys .
Was just intending to have my roof cleaned and coated,upon inspection
It was found my ridge tile were not in good condition, so deal was done at a fair price ,and so a new dry ridge tiles were fitted .as I had business in wale I left the guys to it ,and had confidences that the work would be completed to a good standard,.photos were sent to me for me to see has progress was bieng made .
Upon my return the roof looked amazing ,would recommend this company for any work 5star

Artisan Coatings providing a great service for rerendering our house. We had a particularly difficult colour to match, as were only redoing part of the house (due to our budget). They visited several times to ensure the colour was a perfect match and kept us updated throughout. Danny and Chris completed the work to a very high standard and again kept us updated on progress and explained each step along the way.
Would certain recommend and will be going back in the future to finish the other side of the house.
