I ordered a pre lit Christmas tree that was on offer at 50% off. Paid 100 euro plus delivery costs but when I opened the box, it wasn't pre lit. It was a normal Christmas tree with separate lights included. I only bought the tree to save the hassle of putting on lights. I can get a refund but I'll be down the cost of postage for sending it back. It's false advertising and I'm out of pocket as a result.

Recently dealt with woodies for a kitchen and the experience was awful.. Doors were different colours and the wrong size the drawers and units were the wrong size. The baskets in the units wont let the doors close and a lot of unnecessary holes drilled in the units and doors

Bought a prelit christmas tree online and when collecting got a cheaper one complied to customer service and only got runaround between them and shop looks like I won't have the Christmas tree I paid for only cheaper one instead they ruined my Christmas never again will be dealing with them

I went to Woodies in Sallynoggin, Dublin last Tuesday. As I was searching for a number of items eg paint & accessories, Peter, who was one of the Staff, approached me & asked me if I needed help. It was so nice of him to spontaneoulsly see that I was unsure about what products to buy.
So he went around the shop and came back with some products that he recommended would suit my needs. I was very appreciative of him taking the initiative to offer me help. The other staff were also very friendly. Many thanks. Yvonne

Not great customer service had a question couldn’t really answer it had click and collect order of an 8ft tree no offer to carry it for me or get any staff to help which I was shocked at. Think I’ll stick to Carlow.

Dont expect a response to emails and phone lines dont work in any of the stores.

Hugely impressed, on November 5th I purchased a small item for €11.99, but when I got home no sign of it, between one thing and another it wasn’t until November 24th that I emailed them to see if I had left item at checkout, I wasn’t expecting much response but that day I received an email to say they were looking in to it and that evening they phoned to say they had looked at the video footage and seen that I did leave the item at checkout and that it would be left at the cashier for me to collect the following day, I cannot believe that they went to that bother but they did, they went above and beyond and for that reason I would highly recommend Woodies Wellpark Galway, after sales service is everything! 🙏

Got a bag of coal in woodies Airside on Friday opened it in kitchen to fill up coal bucket the bag had about a pint of black water in it spilled all over tiles and an expensive mat I have in kitchen, the coal so wet it wouldn’t burn

Absolutely awful customer service. We bought wood flooring and it was faulty when we took it home so we had to cancel person we had lined up to put down the floor. We eventually got through to customer services. That was a task in itself. We spoke to a manager called Nina and explained that we needed the flooring to be taken back as it was faulty and it was too heavy for my husband to put back in the car as he had a back issue. We particularly felt it should be picked up when it was faulty. Nina was completely disinterested in our dilemma and was of no help. She did confirm there was a delivery service when we adked so it would definitely have been possible to get someone to call out but unfortunately customer service is way down their list of importance. We will not be shopping in Woodie's again.

Woodies is a marvelous place to go if you want to buy cheap Chinese tat at 1000% markup compared to Temu and the like. Mad Jack!

Purchased a large bag of daffodil bulbs in Wellpark yesterday, tried to plant them today but over half were rotten 😤
Impossible to find a way to contact customer services!!
Not good enough Woodies!

Was in Woodies Bray last week and couldn't find the item I was looking for. A very helpful gentleman, Mark from the fitted kitchen section, not only directed me to the product I was looking for, he carried it to the check out for me and then out to my car. It was a fantastic help and it was a very positive shopping experience.

I have genuinely never used such a poor website I mean it is without a doubt the worst e commerce site I have ever seen in my entire like. I want to give them money and it won’t work

I ordered a shelving unit in oak. Today a white one was delivered and the box was a mess and the item inside was damaged.

Scam,be aware. Advertising bathroom basin for 59.99 . Went to every Woodies I Dublin,no stock only display item , which is not for sale. Never had them in stock and never will, false advertising, just to get you in the store.

Terrible online shopping experience.
For example, I’ve been trying to buy a leaf blower. Every one I’ve looked at is listed as “collection only,” yet when I check in-store availability, none of the stores actually have it in stock. What a complete waste of time advertising products that aren’t available anywhere.

Awful service. I ordered an airfryer. Got an email to say it was ready for collection. When my son went to collect he was told it was out of stock.
I phoned and was originally told that I did not receive an email to say it was ready for collection. When I refuted this I was put on the phone to the manager. He said it was an error.
Waste of petrol, time and tried to blame me!!!

Ordered alot of things online, Halloween decorations, paint gravel, for click and collect, paid in full, got a call to say didnt have a load of decorations, they would refund..fine, partner went to collect , the quality of the decorations are desperate, some of glasses missing parts and the collection stickers stuck right on glasses and fabric and heads of decorations, like stickers that don't peel off clean so there's glue and paper residue all over them, maybe , they should put stickers on tags that are on items... I spent 260 euro, instead on dumping items on counter, maybe offer a paper bag? Customer Service should really be worked on , I wont be ordering again if im honest,

Placed an order online that did not arrive, when I contacted Woodies customer service they said they would " revert to me" when they received a response from Fastway Courier. When I contacted them the next day for an update they did not reply. Thankfully my order was only €22.00, that I paid for 3 Dulux testers and not the €250.00 that I paid for the paints I bought elsewhere.

4 hour click and collect took 4 days - Mullingar store. Called the store and was told they had to wait for payment to clear before they could pick the order. This was 2 days later. Got on to head office who managed to get the order pushed through and offered a voucher as an apology. When we went to pick up the item in store, they had no knowledge of the order or the voucher. Completely unprofessional set up and very misleading to advertise 4 hour click and collect.
