Adriano was very accommodating he came to our house, he explained the windows in detail and had great recommendations. I did not feel any pressure. He was very helpful setting up financing which we needed temporarily to get the windows ordered.
Lien came to take measurements, he was very polite and professional. The day of install Lien and his crew arrived and got the job done fast, but professional. They really know what they’re doing. I needed assistance with the French doors as they weren’t closing smoothly. I contacted Adriano and he had Lien out the next day who quickly solved the problem for me great guys amazing work I highly recommend

We were very pleased with the initial estimate. The gentlemen we met for the in-home service had impeccable manners, work knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and incredible patience for questions and answers. We were so very impressed by Vitali and his co-worker. We will highly recommend these guys, their work is outstanding.

From my consultation with Sasha, the person who took the measurements, and the two gentlemen who were the installers, everyone was professional and respectful. The CC team went above my expectations, and I am totally satisfied. The attention to detail for the installation, and the cleanliness once the work was completed it was evident that they take pride in their work, and I will not hesitate to recommend the Canadian Choice team to anyone in need.

Superior and attentive service from George who guided me through the entire window purchase to the final successful installation stage. George was in regular contact with me until the job was completed. Shout out to the crew that installed most of our windows today. They were professional and courteous (Shane, Chris and Tyler were the installers). They ensured our furniture was covered prior to starting and also left the floors clean. I don't want to forget to thank Ivo, who was our sales person and he was very helpful with answering questions we had. Placed our order Feb. 2nd and had them installed March 12th. Would definitely use them again, which I still need to get a front door!

Our contact at Canadian Choice Windows and Doors, was extemely helpful in guiding us through the options for our new windows and doors. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions, comprehensively. Additionally, we had done some research on the company and consequently, we had no hesitation in moving forward and placing our order.

Ordered eight windows and front door to replace builder grade door. The product is excellent as promised. The installation was done with great attention to detail, by the installers of Vlad, Alex and Daniel great group of guys, all around top notch. Would highly recommend these 3 installers to work on your house . We will certainly do business with them again to replace replacing builder grade windows for our basement and bay windows, Excellent Canadian company !!!

"24years warranty expired in 24 hrs." Run away from this company if you can cancel the order with in 10days.I regret to inform you that my experience with Canadian Choice Windows has been nothing short of disappointing. After the installation of the windows, I discovered moisture accumulating on the windows, and much to my surprise, I was informed that this issue was not covered under warranty. Despite the obvious problems with the functionality of two of the windows, the customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. Each time I attempt to address these issues, I am met with excuses and a tendency to shift blame onto me.

I have repeatedly attempted to seek support from the customer service team, only to be met with a requirement to submit my complaints in writing via email. Verbal complaints seem to be disregarded entirely, which has made the process of addressing these issues needlessly difficult and time-consuming.

Furthermore, my suspicions regarding the installation of lower quality windows have been met with complete silence from the company. I have reached out to Canadian Choice Windows to request verification regarding the quality of two of the windows, and their failure to reply is both disappointing and concerning.

Additionally, their lack of willingness to conduct a post-installation inspection and their insistence that I wait 5-6 months for this process is not only inconvenient but also threatens to delay my government rebate. This unanticipated delay is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of consideration for their customers' time and resources.

On top of these issues, during the installation, the installer negligently dropped tools, resulting in damage to my stair steps and wall. Despite bringing this to the attention of Canadian Choice Windows, I have been met with an astonishing lack of responsiveness and accountability.

Overall, my experience with Canadian Choice Windows has been marred by subpar quality, unhelpful customer service, and an unacceptable lack of accountability for damages caused during the installation process. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice and carefully consider the potential consequences of engaging with this company.

Customer service is horrible. All I can be thankful for is that I never went through with getting windows from them.

I was given the runaround, lied to, and then zero communication.

The in-home window measurement appointment went well, and then the process went downhill very fast. If you have a timeline to work with, do not work with this company.

I was told I would have my quote within a couple days maybe the next day depending on when he got the quotes for the doors. Two weeks later, and not a single communication from them. I called every day for four days and was asked “oh, you didn’t receive it yet? I’ll get right on that.” Suffice to say I never received a thing and went with another company.

We ordered a front door and a back door and are dealing with the Vaughan office. Both doors were to be trimmed with WHITE trim. The trim he installed has a distinct BLUE tint. Apparently this BLUE tint is the industry standard for their WHITE trim. This is totally unacceptable. Then the installer used pink caulking (tried to tell us it was the reflection from our brick) to trim out our blue trim. They have redone it twice and it's still pink!! It has been an absolute nightmare. Now they are not answering our emails. We have also contacted Bryan Baeumler's organization to no avail.
Use this company at your peril.

My experience with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors has been nothing short of a disaster. We shelled out a whopping $16.4k for window replacement last year, and it's safe to say we got far less than we paid for.

Firstly, they managed to deliver two incorrectly sized windows, and they conveniently forgot to include window trim on three others. When we asked them to fix these glaring errors, they had the nerve to demand payment before completing the job. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but borderline extortion.

Their customer service and sales teams were equally appalling. They had a knack for not returning phone calls, as if customer satisfaction wasn't a priority for them.

Now, as we're gearing up to do some siding work on our house, we've discovered that three of the windows they installed aren't positioned correctly to accommodate the siding. Despite clearly communicating our plans to add strapping and siding, they're now refusing to take responsibility for their oversight. And they did so in the rudest manner possible.

In summary, I wouldn't recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to anyone. Their 25-year warranty is a complete joke. If you value your money, time, and sanity, look elsewhere for your window and door needs. This company's incompetence, terrible customer service, and lack of professionalism make them a nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs.

Canadian Choice Window + Doors in Calgary installed 19+ windows and 8 Doors in my home. The Project Manger ( Sergey ) and installation crew were both friendly, professional, detailed oriented, and quite competent. They paid great attention to detail; and, when the job was complete there was NO additional outdoor; and, very little indoor, cleanup required. I would highly recommend this installation crew.

Igor, project manager is very friendly gave me a really fair price, I could not refuse. Very good nquality. I'm very happy with the instalation, it looks beautiful. Thank you.

Canadian choice windows in Calgary just installed 15 windows in my home. The job was excellent, and Orest and his crew were great. They paid attention to detail, cleaned up whatever mess was made, and the job look great when done. I would highly recommend them.

Waooooo dealing with this company is heartbreaking I got the windows done on March/28/2020 I still don't have to correct washroom window don't have the window flashing on my windows l, my hardware sensors where cut even I showed it to the sales man Alex on the contract it's say cut dry wall /wood to reinstall windows but saw was used to take the old window out and the hard ware for the sensors were cut when I been contacted back by Vancouver office name Jose he saying the sensors didn't exits and their are not going to do anything about it have all the papers with this is going on from 3 years

we booked to get a quote and confirmed the time and date for today Feb 22 2023 and no one showed up. Well on to the next company. kinda thankful they didn't show after reading up on this company.

Second stage instalation I ordered only 3 windows. Install day. They brought my washroom window with NO MATCHED COLOR WINDOW. The window is grey and handle is white.( see picture) And they brought too big window for my basement window. Other window I ordered frosted window but they brought clear window. How I am happy with this company!

Anyway the installer had to come again. Do you think They brought matched colored window next time? NO THEY DID NOT! They brought no matched color window again😱 so I complained about they ruined my schedules. I was very busy for renovation house.
So they suggested me 10% discount. I accepted. Anyway. They came 3 times for finish installing my washroom window🤣🤣🤣 what a not professional!

Now the issue is  that 4 month later  they are asking me pay the money of they gave me 10% discounted. What they are saying they were hold back 10% for finishing job.

Do not believe 5 star reviews! They asked me write good review for $100 gift card.

I can't give you all the specifics but my daughter used this company and has nothing but trouble - not with the installation people so much as with contact with the office people regarding issues, payments etc. This has caused about 18 months of frustration for her familiy - I am sure she will be submitting an actual review
