They were on time ,they were very nice and they did an excellent job my windows look great the gentlemen were very nice did a great job cleaning up as well so happy.

Adnan, Serbii, Peter, and Jegor came today to install a huge window the entire left side of my home floor to ceiling and new front, back and front storm doors. These guys were so synergetic, they worked so well together, they did an amazing job!! They cleaned up everything really nicely and we even had a few laughs along the way! I give them extra credit for the fact that the house is out of square and they really had some work to do. I'm so happy with the windows, doors and service! I'll follow up this review in 6 months to let you know how the windows and doors react through the winter! Overall a fabulous experience!

Knowing what I was looking for, I gave Canadian Choice a call and discussed my plans with Adam in regards with replacing our last "old" window on the house (over 89 years old). Adam guided us through the process. The measuring guy came over and also explained everything that would be done. On the day of installation, the guys showed on time, proceeded as planned and the window fitted perfectly without any itch. Installers were professional, speedy and very clean. The window is a draft-lock plus Euro and works wonderfully and it looks like it was always on the house, the style matching the other windows. We are extremely pleased with Adam, the measuring guy and the installers. Job well done and on time. Thanks for your professional service and your quality product.

Signed $59K contract with deposit paid; they demanded $13K more claiming promo “expired” despite contract terms. Refused to honour the price. Then tried to charge $360 to refund our credit card. Dishonest and unprofessional.

I had a pretty good experience with their windows (so far) but different experience with the European door. The cord broke (and was told the screen, as well) due to, I guess, the weather condition in Ontario. (Update: I was told it may be due to animal scratching (eg. squirrels) as the hole was at the bottom). I honestly do not know if the screen are just bad quality or not.
The cord was under warranty but not the screen so i need to pay out of pocket even if installation was on Nov 2023 (less than 2 years).
But in fairness, their customer service is very respectful and timely in responding.
If you are deciding which door to purchase, do NOT choose the European door even if i was assured by the sales person of the great quality. I guess the door is great but not the screen.
I am still in the midst of deciding whether to have the screen fixed or not as it may be a recurring issue due the weather in Ontario are the same year to year.

We had all of our windows replaced a couple of years ago and have had nothing but problems with them since. Several of the windows were making a cracking sound so I contacted their office in Calgary and notified them about the problem, at first they denied it and said that all windows make that sound after being installed. Finally after numerous calls they agreed to come and fix one of the windows located right beside my bed, they sent the same installer Alex L. that had originally installed all of the windows to replace the window last year, I wish that I would have never allowed them to come back in to my home, the window that they replaced has been making the same annoying cracking sound as well as all of the other problem windows, Tanya called and said that she had spoken to the manufacturer and they had agreed to fix all of the problem windows only if I would agree to remove my review from google. After very little thought I decided to refuse removing my review because why would I allow them to return if the one window they attempted to repair is still making the noise and was not fixed ? Also I am writing this review to warn people about this company, they offer 50% off of installation and bait people with the government tax free loan, let me assure you that they do not stand behind their product so please don’t be fooled.

Numerous phone calls and no returned call to service my purchase of a 4 thousand dollar door!!!!!! So non existent customer service. Will never return here!!

I am so sorry that I made this choice without looking at the reviews.
Especially with the installer now seeing that someone else's windows are already destroyed by poor manufacturing ,no warranty. The staff are exceptionally condescending. They've lied boldly. Made false promises and hold a knife to your throat called the contract. Everyone needs to expose this company due to the people running it. From sales people lying, The installer cutting corners, customer service being nasty at me for their own personal affairs and their own mistakes. Then they yell at you when you ask them for your information call me rude because they don't understand their own question.
Once the front door gets installed I won't have any hardware to close the door no handle dead bolt keys .... because they said that they don't supply that. well we’re almost ready to go with the install and I will have no Locking Hardware Thank you for your severe Lack of concern and I asked for a lock and handle for my sliding door with keys that was supposed to be included, won't be getting that either. Now do I trust them for anything I’ll to ask another company if the windows are triple pane shatter proof, hopefully that won’t be a lie. I also saw nothing for a warranty

We had a very good experience when we recently updated our windows. Our salesperson Mila was most informative as to the technology/engineering in the product ( which was quite thoughtful ) and helped to guide our window choices in a way that was helpful without being directive. We are very happy with the look . We must also give a shout out to Jason and his crew who did yeoman work to install the windows - there was a lot of lifting of heavy objects and it all went very smoothly . We have no hesitation in recommending them to others who might be thinking about new windows

We had a terrible experience with the company and the sales person Tony. First the schedule a meeting and never showed up and when I call they said the meeting was for next week even though the had confirmed the meeting by email then on the day Tony came he came an hour earlier and when I started inquiring about the prices he was giving us versus the research I had done he became loud, agitated and disrespectful to the point that I had to ask him to leave. We will never do business with this company.

Hi, the windows are OK but service after sale..... No at all. The installation was made not the right, I toll the Window Rep, He came at home, He saw the installation but Never never came back to me.
The rep told me before I bought, I am here for you, Customer first...... Bla bla bla.

Thank you to Adana and Harley for coming out to Carman and installing our three basement windows. In about three hours, they had the windows installed, the inside moldings looking great, the outside sealed, and the area cleaner than when they had arrived. Professional, polite and efficient. Very happy with their work.

My basement window are a faulty installation (there word in an email) plus wrong size. It’s took forever for someone
to come look at them and now it’s taking even longer for them for fix there mistake. They’ve re measured the window twice (last time Dec 18) but never ordered window or know where the measurements are? When I contacted them today Feb 24 wanting to know how the order was and if we would install soon since it was warm they acted like it was my fault that they couldn’t reminder and had no idea what was going on. I didn’t put the window in wrong the first time and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to continually reach out to them to make sure things are getting done. Better communication and follow throw to correct there mistakes would be wonderful but unfortunately this company doesn’t seem to have that. Still awaiting to hear what there next place of action is. If you want stress this company for you.

So impressed with Derek, Orest and crew for my windows purchase and install in Nanton, Alberta. I am so happy with the service and overall installation. The guys worked hard to complete my eleven window transformation on my 120 year old home in one day! The attention to detail and time taken to listen to my concerns was very much appreciated. I also am grateful for the consideration of my home from laying protective coverings to cleaning up at the end of a very long day. Thankyou!

This company has taken over 10 months to properly install the French doors. The initial installation was set for July 31, 2024, but they never showed up. I received a call at the end of the day to check on my customer satisfaction, which never happened. It took them more than 2 months to come back and finally install the doors, which were placed incorrectly. The door wouldn't lock, and there is a draft coming through. Today (Nov 26), we were supposed to have someone "fix" the doors AGAIN, but they canceled last minute with no rescheduled date set.

Dealing with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. The company is so poorly run and managed that it should be closed down.

Please get your doors from someone else. They are not even that great for the $$$$ you need to pay, and the service is extremely poor. I can't wait to get the doors ready (maybe next year) so I don't have to deal with these people ever again. You will never get a good review from me.

We are very happy with our new windows. Great service. Installation was efficient and they cleaned up following install.

Canadian choice installed 23 windows and front door. Professional and smooth from start to finish. My experience was positive.

Canadian Choice came in recommended by a neighbour who did most of their windows with the company. I called, and they showed at my doorstep the next day, ready to present, measure and quote. That same day, I knew the price, financing options, info about grants, etc… So I ended up replacing 5 windows in no time. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and installation. I worked with Stan throughout the entire process and he was very responsive and helpful.

We recently replaced our front door and 4 windows with Canadian Choice. Tony was our sales rep and he was/is absolutely great. It is an absolute relief when you speak to a professional who is not afraid to make recommendations about style, installation and type of windows, because we sure didn’t know much. We compared Canadian Choice to 3 other companies from GTA, and even though they were not the cheapest, their presentation and products just stood out. At the end of the day, we decided that it is worth to pay 3-4% more, but sleep well at night knowing that our project is in the hands of professionals.
