Au même titre que beaucoup de client, il est impossible d'avoir une réponse, un délai ou un contact... Une fois le paiement réalisé, on n'a plus de retour par le fournisseur. Après une nouvelle tentative téléphonique, enfin une réponse et un numéro de suivi du colis... Mais aucun retour de mail malgré leurs réponses automatique sur Trustpilot !

Nous répondons toujours aux emails et rappelons les clients pendant les horaires indiqués. Pour les produits non en stock, aucun délai n’est indiqué sur le site : il faut attendre ou demander un remboursement, comme prévu dans nos conditions de vente.

I ordered a window lock and made payment which they confirmed the very next day. This was well before Christmas time and despite chasing them for the delivery of the item there has been no response which makes you think if they are genuine or not. If they are a reputable company then they ought to respond and let me know as to
when the delivery is intended. I hope this message gets to them.
I have now heard from them and am very bemused to learn that they always respond to all calls and emails but I am sorry to say that in my case they didn’t. Their reply now states that according to their terms and conditions if they don’t have items in stock then they don’t respond and it’s up to customers to claim refund if they so wish. When a customer asks for purchase of an item then shouldn’t they respond saying that the item is not in stock rather than taking money and keep customer waiting forever.

Au même titre que beaucoup de client, il est impossible d'avoir une réponse, un délai ou un contact... Une fois le paiement réalisé, on n'a plus de retour, ni par le fournisseur, ni par la solution de paiement en ligne sécurisé (soit disant) "Payplug". Il ne reste plus qu'a porter plainte pour une longue procédure, vu que c'est en Italie !

I ordered a Mosquito Net for 350 eur, came damaged so I refused delivery, and they never accepted to reimburse claiming the product is no longer their responsibility once it leaves their warehouse (of course not right and confirmed by my lawyer!). I gave up after 7 months litigation as this is costing more lawyer fees than the product price, which they of course know.
AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Commande 1761994513 d un boîtier à clé le 01 novembre 2025. E-mail le 14 et 18 novembre . Réponse le 20 que l article arrive dans 3.4 jours ouvrables. E-mail le 28 novembre et le 4 décembre. Pas de réponse et pas de commande arrivée. Entreprise pas très sérieuse du tout .je pense que j'ai perdu 68.48 euros

Il prodotto è buono, il prezzo e accettabile, ma la gestione degli ordini/spedizioni è imbarazzante.

Premesso che da questa recensione non abbiamo modo di verificare se si tratti effettivamente di un ordine reale, ci tengo comunque a fare alcune precisazioni. Sul nostro sito per determinati prodotti non indichiamo tempi di spedizione precisi perché si tratta di articoli realizzati su misura o su ordinazione. Questo è chiaramente indicato sia nelle condizioni che nelle schede prodotto, specificando che la spedizione avviene appena possibile. Da quanto scrive il prodotto è arrivato lo giudica buono e il prezzo accettabile. Proprio per questo faccio fatica a comprendere l’uso di termini come “imbarazzante”, che non mi sembrano né proporzionati né particolarmente professionali. Accettiamo volentieri le critiche costruttive ma riteniamo corretto mantenere un tono equilibrato, soprattutto quando l’ordine viene regolarmente consegnato e il prodotto risulta soddisfacente.

Esperienza negativa
Ho eseguito un acquisto presso windowo, ordine pagato tramite PAYPAL, nell'immediato ho ricevuto la conferma da parte di windowo del pagamento. Dopo giorni di assenza informazioni della presa in carico dell'ordine, ho mandato una Mail chiedendo info a windowo, non ricevendo
alcuna risposta, dopo ulteriori giorni invio tramite mail un secondo sollecito , senza alcuna risposta .
Chiedo rimborso a PAYPAL che nell'arco di qualche giorno ricevo, comunicando a Windowo sempre via mail che avevo richiesto il rimborso per mancata corrispondenza.
Dopo qualche giorno mi arriva un messaggio che il prodotto sarebbe stato consegnato a breve.
Scrivo di nuovo a windowo, informando che avevo già ricevuto il rimborso e che non ero più interessato all'acquisto, ma niente dopo giorni mi arriva il pacco e mia moglie ignara della cosa prende in carico il pacco
Scrivo di nuovo a windowo dicendo che non ero più interessato e avrei dovuto restituire l'oggetto, tra l'altro già rimborsato.
Risultato è che dopo ulteriori giorni mi rispondono che posso tranquillamente rispedire l'oggetto ma è evidente spese a mio carico

Molti dei prodotti che vendiamo hanno tempi di consegna lunghi, per questo non indichiamo la data precisa al momento dell'ordine. Come da lei scritto bastava aspettare un giorno in più senza chiedere il rimborso e l'ordine sarebbe partito correttamente.

Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi, nelle foto erano inclusi tutti gli attacchi, ma alcuni non sono arrivati. Impossibilitato il montaggio. Ho inviato mail per chiarimenti ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta.

I ordered a Vertical Toilet Paper Roll Holder Colombo Design Basic B2790
Colombo Design finish: CR Polished chrome since on the 6th of November 2025. About 3 weeks ago, I sent a reminder on the 18th of November with no response.
I got a response on the 26th stating that what I odered has to be produced and would take 25-30 days but was not explicitly indicated at the time of ordering. I will await my order any way. I am 21 days away now.

Placed an order on 24th October 2025 and paid 380 €. Got in touch few days later to confirm delivery and said it would take one more week. Three weeks later, without any news from them, I got in touch again to be told that they had an "issue" with the courier which was increasing the delivery cost to them, and they were trying to "resolve". Never heard anything back despite trying to. Hoping this review might prompt a response and facilitate to get at least a refund... if they are not just scammers.
