Winchester White Anmeldelser

Really helpful team. Thank you. Megan and Rachel went out of their way to be helpful, awesome service

I worked with Sarah to secure my new apartment and it was such a breeze. Sarah kept me up to date on everything going on and I had the apartment sorted and secured literally the next week with no issues in-between! Was a pleasure to work with her

The staff at Winchester White are phenomenal. They make the transition extremely smooth, always accessible for any queries and build a relationship that goes beyond just professional. Especially the new recruit that we dealt with Alessandro, young, personable, ambitious and quick to get us set up.

Filipa went above and beyond to find us a home that would suit us in our ideal location. From moment one she was diligent, attentive, friendly and extremely competent. I would thoroughly recommend her as an agent and Winchester White overall when searching for properties to rent in SW London.

Romana and Helaina are superb. We have had a few bad experiences and luckily we tried WW and found Romana who not only delivered wonderful clients, held our hand, happy to explain all the small details.

Helaina really listened to all our requirements including the contract terms and promptly delivered.

These ladies know their jobs inside out, without smoke and mirrors, without pretence.

We 100% would recommend this company to anyone. Boutique, no question too big or small.

Thank you so much for making this pain free for us. We look forward to a long and happy working relationship

I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough, she is such an asset to the company. It’s so rare to meet someone in the lettings field who is so genuine, kind and empathetic. Our circumstances were quite stressful and she really understood what we were looking for and went above and beyond to try and help us find the right thing for our family. Thank you Melissa, you truly deserve all the recognition and credit for your work and wishing you continued success on your professional journey.

Louis was just perfect to understand and find some relevant ads that best fit my search.

I would like to express my thanks to the accounts & tenant management team at Winchester White. Especially Rachel Balogun on accounts and Monica on tenant management. They liaised between me and my tenant and helped to keep me calm through a very difficult period of the tenancy. Thank you all for your help and support !

Romana and Heleina were very impressive in their work. I am a first time landlord and so I knew very little about the process. The team at WW made it much easier than I expected. They arranged a significant amount of viewings and even received offers far above asking.
I would highly recommend.

Apply for a property is never easy and can be extremely stressful. Sarah made this experience very smooth and made me feel relaxed through the process. Great communication the whole way through.

Excellent service from Sarah W and team helping us to let our flat in January. Very pleased to receive phone call from Amrit S following up to explain statement detail and confirming bank details before sending us rent payments.

If you are looking for a new property to rent, with Alessandro you'll really be able to enjoy your viewings.

He's professional and he pays attention to all your needs.

Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Holly in South Kensington. She helped us secure our dream flat so quickly and is so friendly and expert at what she does. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Great agency, managed our move swiftly and efficiently. No complaints

Met Alessandro Nanni (Lettings Negotiator) to find me a new flat in South Kensington in March 2024. Appreciated an absolutely professional and efficient process - Alessandro's proactive and supportive approach helped me in securing an amazing flat that I will be able to enjoy in the long term.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Louis from start to finish.
My partner and I moved back to UK from another country. When I initially registered my details with Winchester White we were still abroad and not happy to move into a place without viewing it. Louis made a note of the date we were arriving back in the UK and reached out nearer the time with current options. This gesture was completely unprompted and much appreciated.
All communication was quick and convenient, mostly handled via WhatsApp until contract completion.
On viewings, Louis was professional and personable with useful knowledge of the surrounding areas.

We worked with Sarah and everything went very smoothly. Sarah was helpful, prompt with replies, and documentation. With her help and guidance we were able to secure the flat in our desired neighborhood swiftly. Thank you.
