We were attended to by Tina at Stockport ans was treated with tremendous amount of experience and kindness. Our list of goods which we bought for a job were excellent and available, everything we need was easy to choose and Tina gave advice and was excellent in organising the buying and future delivery. I was extremely impressed and pleased in the professional way and service we got. Thank you very much for everything. Please will you offer a massive thank you to her for everything she has done.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and cheerful from the guy who picked up the phone (sorry forgot your name!) to the manager Andrew who dealt with my issue via email. The response was super fast and helpful and communication was great throughout. Really happy to recommend the staff in this store to everyone.

Never had an issue with Wickes until now, ordered some MDF sheet, and paid the extra £5 for a Saturday delivery since I had hired someone to help me panelling inside a shed. the text said delivery between 7 and 11 am, 12 Am, I called to learn that their forklift drivers never showed up and they could not drop my order. and could not be delivered before 3 days laters. No refund on the Saturday extra delivery charges, put a complaint in and all we got was "I'll share this with the relevant department to be checked internally, I hope we'll have the chance to get this right for you in the future." so I'm out of pocket for the help I hired for the Saturday, and no refund on the satrurday delivery charges, appealing and so unprofessional, worst customer service since they now ignore my answer to their email.

We asked an assistant in store what we wanted and he told us exactly where to find it Joe made our experience very quick and he helped us get it our vehicle as it was heavy

I used the click and collect system
5 bags of cement brought to my car by two members of staff within a few minutes of ordering.
They even offered to help me lift it into the car

Our son and girlfriend arranged an appointment to discuss a new bathroom. They are first time homeowners and needed advice and guidance. The website suggests this is what is offered. The person we dealt with was dismissive, unfriendly, unprofessional and at times rude. He was awful. A dreadful experience.

Couldn't fault the level of service offered by the guys in Stockport. My designer Stephen was excellent as was Nathan. Thanks again.

visited to discuss some ideas for a new kitchen. From the off I tried to say I was working to a budget. Brushed over and not discussed. Here entails over an hour of discussion I tried to speak up but felt I had to give only yes or no answers as to get through the process. . I was getting concerned that these options were going to be in well over my budget. This proved to be true when the cost came in. Sales guy wasn't up for discussion of how we could make it work in his words " well you've had discount on what I've done" to say he was patronising and condescending is accurate. I was told I wouldn't ever get a kitchen for what I had to pay. I think his name was John have seen another review that says much the same so Im not off with my experience. Anyway I just took delivery of my bespoke kitchen units within my budget ! Not a good advocate for Wickes unfortunately. Not everyone has limitless money to spend so please be mindful of not catering to everyone's pocket in such a optional market.

We had a kitchen fitted 2023 by wickes we have been trying since then to get it put right. We contacted customer service on many occasions and they keep promising to put it right. Nothing ever happens we sent photos and the Fitter manager has seen the trouble and taken photos. There is a crack though a work surface the doors don't close saging cupboards badly fitted trim.We have been over patiencent and are looking to take leagul action we paid over £20 thousand and it seems one they have money they don't care.

Avoid avoid avoid. I bought a fitted kitchen back in November 2022. The fitting started in March 2023 but was never finished. I have been in backwards and forwards dialogue ever since. The Ombudsman has had to step in as their customer service team do not respond and when they do they do not do what they say they will.

The fitter they provided tried to con me into having a large amount of additional work completed that was not required. I had a third party come out to validate it and they were disgusted at the dishonesty. I suspect the Wickes fitter was not licensed to completed the electrical works they undertook as despite charging me for an electrical safety certificate they have never provided one. They also left a gas leak in my house due to the poor quality of the fitters work.

£21,000 and almost two years down the track and I still don't have a finished kitchen. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

Update - 24/01/25
Wickes have requested more information so that they can try and have my review taken down. I have provided my order number details and personal contact information to avoid this review being deleted. I have also raised this with their Ombudsman and this does seem to have led to Wickes responding to my emails at last and hopefully a visit being booked to finish the installation of my kitchen almost two years after it started. I shall keep my fingers crossed that I am not let down again.

Ordered an internal door paying for next day delivery, got my delivery slot from XDP between 1-3pm waited untill 7pm no delivery in site, call up and ask can I go to store to pick up instead as I had a joiner on site to fit and they said no it wasn’t a wickes product and was from a 3rd party? So 4 days later I receive my door and it was badly damaged called customer services to be told they would collect it and refund me or I can wait another week for a replacement, shocking service and shocking product don’t bother go to howdens instead 👍

Really swift but quality process from design to completion of installation. Our installers (7Seven Bathrooms and Kitchens) were excellent; efficient, skilled, knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to have in our house for the duration of the project - everything you want from good tradespeople.
We were sent some damaged items and Wickes responded efficiently to remedy as not to delay the project.
Very happy overall with the process and my new bathrooms!

Returned items and never got a refund no doubt said items go sold again so they get twice the money, tried to speak to them and mo one has bothered to follow up on it or contact me , absolute joke of a company , won't ever use them again, think trading standards is my next step, DONT USE THEM USE SOMEONE ELSE

Our installers were D-Tiled Bathrooms. They were excellent and finished the job well within time.

I purchased a kitchen from Wickes in July. I still can’t get them to arrange a date for the granite template to be completed. Despite having telephoned them 14 times. Apparently there is only Daryl at customer services who can arrange this and he hasn’t even got the decency to return any calls. I would avoid Wickes at all costs!

Really appreciated Phil Jones fitting us in for an unplanned design appointment today. He was no nonsense and efficient and pleasant to deal with. No upselling or pushiness which we appreciated. Gave useful advice and clearly experienced. Thank you

This five stars is for the kitchen design at the Stockport store by Philip Jones. We needed a new kitchen and had seen a style we liked but we hadn’t thought much about the lay out (drawers or cupboards) and the type of sink. Philip showed us the various options and continually updated the design as we reached the perfect kitchen for us. Now awaiting delivery.

John Wilson the designer, we had a bathroom and kitchen, that he designed. He went above and beyond to help. Wicked customer service was lacking though
