Wickes - Northampton Anmeldelser 

Product bought was faulty, phoned to report to the store and customer service said they were happy to supply products not fit for purpose! Following this we phoned again and spoke to manager who said he would look into it and phone us back - he never phoned. Email sent to complain about poor customer service and couldn’t care less attitude- still no reply to email. Have to say, won’t be shopping here again - would rather drive to the other side of town to Homebase for better quality products and service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Hannah at Wickes for designing our new bathroom. The installation itself went smoothly, with regular check-ins from Garry, our Wickes installation co-ordinator. The installers, HS Plumbing, were fantastic, very tidy and worked amazingly hard, even through the recent heatwave. Really pleased with the whole experience.

I found the customer service at the design stage outstanding. Getriin was my designer who demonstrated excellent knowledge of the range understanding of my requirements and flexibility in accommodating my alterations.

Kitchen Delivery
It was not clear who to contact when I had to change my delivery date.
There were two different suppliers - the units came from one place and the worktop from another. The units were delivered as expected but the supplier for the worktop wasn’t passed the message that the date had been changed. They twice tried unsuccessfully to deliver and damaged the worktop in the process.
I also had an unfortunate experience returning some kitchen panels. I had called customer services who advised me to take the items back to the store for a refund. Arriving at the store I was told that I could not get a refund. I had to argue with various members of staff for an hour and a half before the issue was resolved. Very stressful.

Been to Wickes Northampton (293) - had to wait 4 to 5 mins to get served - 3 assistantance were standing there and talking in-between them about bag which was given by another staff. Disappointing Customer service !!

I went to the Wickes store in Northampton. I was not acknowledged by the young man at the checkout. The young man's words were "you don't want a bag, do you". I did not comment. The staff in there lack people skills. They need to all go on a customer service training course as they do not know how to speak to customers or they just do not care!! I have been to many Wickes' stores and this is first time I have to complain. It is such a shame that they are my local store. I will be going to Rushden in future, at least the staff are lovely and friendly.
I would give my scores a zero if I could.
The location of your disabled parking there is also absolutely terrible!! It should be closer to the doors.

We met Getriin who went above and beyond genuinely one of the best experiences we've had haven't shopped around for a while.
My husband and I met Getriin unsure of where to start with our kitchen redesign arrangements and colour co-ordinations. Getriin took the time to sit with us, understand what we actually needed, and walked us through the whole process without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.

She came to our home, took measurements herself, and helped us design a layout that works for our space. Nothing felt generic she paid attention to the details with grace and smiles. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right, not just getting it done.

We left the shop that day feeling confident and well looked after. That kind of service is hard to find. We would not hesitate to recommend her especially to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, warm, and truly invested in helping you get the best result.

Its definitely Five stars, without question for this kind of service.

Daniel Millers from organizing the home meeting, to designing and finally the planning and finishing on our new kitchen was absolutely phenomenal and an absolute star from here.
He knew how to engage with my wife and I, knew when to have banter and when to remain professional. Most importantly, remaining honest with us and what our expectations should be.

I will highly recommend Daniel to every friend and relative that will want any home improvements going forward.

Getrin did a great job at helping us with design the kitchen, explained very well & catered to our needs.

Today I needed to get some bits and bobs for a small renovation I am doing at home. I struggled to find some of the items so spoke to one of your managers named Rob who was exceptionally helpful. Showed me the different products for the task and the difference between them. He was more than happy to give whatever time I needed to get the information and products required. A++ service from this manager. Exactly what it should be.

A great job done from Dan Millers. he listened to what i was asking for and provided useful suggestions without any pushy hard sales tactics, very happy.

Having Getriin help us with the process of updating our kitchen has been fab. She was really helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. Very happy with the process 🤩🤩🤩

Did a click and collect from my local
Store in Northampton. The sales assistant lacked any kind of customer service. Went to look for the items, came back looked at the computer, back again to look for the item. Came back with the items. Walking out the door, looked that I had been given correct colour (paint) NO. Back in, queued again. Said wrong colour, off she trotted again, no apology that the items had been picked wrongly. Someone else stepped in and came forward with the correct colour. The assistant lacked any drive, moved slowly when she walked, very disappointed with the service.

What a easy process,.
I ordered my Fence Panels, Post ect all online from choosing the ones I wanted, then booked the delivery day that suited me, paid and everything was delivered, with no issues, the driver brought everything into the garden,.
So all in all, I rate wicks 5 stars and a thumb.👍👌

Dan Millers has done a brilliant job of designing our new kitchen. He is really helpful, knowledgeable and has seemingly endless patience. We are really pleased with the whole experience.

My wife and I were given help today by Hannah in your northampton branch. What a great girl, greeting us with a smiling friendly face, which continued from start to finish. I had a bit of trouble (being an older bloke) with payment on my phone and she even took over and showed me what to do. Thankyou Hannah, there should more like you.

The whole experience from the start was great, Getriin was wonderful, she was patient, helpful and accommodating of all the changes and questions I had. I had been putting this off but am now so glad I have gone for it. Thank you so much for all

Getriin designed our kitchen for us. A really lovely person who couldn't do enough for us. She was helpful, patient and she explained everything thoroughly. Getriin told us about the available offers and helped us choose our work surface and wall and floor tiles. We are now looking forward to having our kitchen fitted. Thank you Getriin.

We met Aaron Bernstein a few days before and liked his approach and relaxed but professional manner. We returned with a kitchen design already planned and asked Aaron to give us his own design ideas and he didn't fail us. He identified a number of flaws in our original plan and talked us around the reasonings for change. His attention to detail and customer focus is second to none and we are very lucky to stumble accross him when we did. He saved us money, time and effort by turning to his hands on fitters & designers knowledge. Very pleased with our new kitchen design and we gladly committed to an order on the same day.. Aaron.
