Karl from the Leeds Roundhay store was extremely hopeful and made our experience effortless in Wickes. Really commendable service helped us from start to finish. Knowledgable around screws and what sizes to use. As a female this was a breathe of fresh air and we are really thankful.

Top class service during our appointment designed just what we wanted even tho we have changed are mind on a couple things after the appointment but we got what we asked for, we will be going back and ordering kitchen once we are ready for it to be installed

I purchased a kitchen and the staff members were a great help, offering knowledge and design support at every step.

Particular thanks should go to Taylor who made the process easy and enjoyable, especially aa he always listened to ideas with patience and understanding. Even though the kitchen that I was purchasing was only small, I feel that Taylor provided the same exceptional service, that I imagine he offers to customers who are purchasing much higher value kitchens. His customer service skills, and design knowledge should be applauded
I have other kitchens to replace soon and will certainly be using Wickes again as a consequence of the fantastic care and customer service by both Taylor and his manager Justyna

Visited to sort our some wrong size timber sheets - popped in on a bank holiday Monday...team couldn't have been more helpful and upbeat. Particular credit to Karl the store manager who was entirely positive and sorted the exchange for me straight away. Great service by the Wickes Roundhay team!

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Pam, the Manager at Roundhay Wickes, for supporting our street’s 100th anniversary celebration by kindly donating flowers for our community display.

Her generosity helped me create a beautiful floral display that was admired by so many neighbours and visitors throughout the day. It was a wonderful gesture that showed real community spirit.

Simon was very insightful and helped us with the design stage and was very up front with the pricing.
The store was well laid out and we we able to wander around and peruse the the kitchens and bathrooms that were on show.
The home visit went well, Simon arrived on time and made the necessary measurements.

Simon was great to deal with we got there without an appointment and squeezed us in and within 10/15 minutes he’d beaten B&Q’s quote for the exact same kitchen appliances sink everything by almost 2 grand and came out the very next day to measure up. Highly recommend the process up to this point has been smooth

Visited Roundhay store today as I had ordered 40 paving slabs and 8 bags of sand via Click and Collect which wasn’t the best idea I’ve ever had. We were absolutely delighted with the way we were treated by a member of staff John.
He loaded both mine and my father’s vehicles up with all the paving slabs and sand and was extremely considerate and helpful. He went above and beyond. He is a valuable asset to Wickes. Thank you John. Pippa and Eric.

Dave was really polite, Helpful and friendly I had to ask him a few questions which he was happy to assist me.
He made my visit easier with his knowledge

A very good service when buying and the set up of my £19,000 solar panels and batteries, but in March of this year I changed my broadband provider, my LuxCloud stopped working. After numerous phone calls I have been passed from pillar to post even given a number in London to ring, who then passed me back to Solar fast.
The after care service this company provides is none existent.

Karl & Dave were amazing in helping us with bags of MoT type 1 and sand/cement, always been helpful to pick their brain on mini diy projects, quick and reliable staff at Roundhey branch

Pam was a great help sourcing the right type of paint and promptly helping to unload stock so I could get the paints I required. Exceptional customer service

We had a terrible experience with our bathroom fitting last year, products kept arriving faulty and then replacements were also faulty. They would say they're sending them and they wouldn't arrive so we would waste weekend days waiting in for things that never arrived. Customer care support was terrible and they really didn't care about the customer until they got to a stage where they would likely incur costs for being so late. It took 4 months to complete our bathroom and the product quality is terrible - the bath panel is really poor. It was a nightmare for the contractor to fit and is already pulling away.

My personal opinion is that you should avoid Wickes at all costs, we will never them for a bathroom or kitchen ever again.
