Ive just had a kitchen fitted from Wickes and was assisted by Leah Collins in store, she was excellent - really professional, friendly , helpful & got back to me quickly if I had a query. At times I struggled to make some decisions, but Leah was often there to guide me in the right direction. Really happy with the kitchen, everything fit as it should & it’s looks great! Would highly recommend Leah in store at Ipswich if you are looking for a kitchen :)

I went to buy some wood at wickes ipswich on saturday, Connor sumpter helped me massively, he was so informative and told me everything i need to know, what a lovely lad too!

Impressed with the time spent to fully understand our needs. Great listening skills to ensure our requirements were fully met. Very professional high quality advice given.

Lewis was very rude and disrespectful. I went to return some guttering items that were unused. One item I later realised came from B&Q.

The kind lady at the counter tried to find the product code, but had to call Lewis for authorisation. Instead of telling me this store does not stock 3m guttering, he smirked, shrugged his shoulders and said "how can I give you a refund if it's not on your receipt?"

When I said he was being disrespectful, he again smirked and said "how am I being disrespectful?" He clearly needs some customer service training.

Returned the item to B&Q who issued a credit note within two minutes, despite having to call for authorisation.

I spent thousands here last year and certainly high hundreds over the past 10 years. They have lost my respect and my business. Wickes Ipswich will be my last choice for tools and materials despite them being my closest store.

If I could give Zero I would, turned up 5 mins before my time, after driving through horrendous traffic and torrential rain and took a look around the kitchen set up, saw one female member of staff sitting next to what appeared to be a check in area. She did not look up at me once. I stood in the area that appeared to be the waiting area for consultations, for another 5 minutes and she continued to tap on her computer and ignore my existence. After 5 mins of hoping she might acknowledge me or ask me who I was, I gave, up and told a member of the staff on the way out to update the records that I had turned up and was completely ignored. Disgraceful service, and I will now go absolutely anywhere but Wickes for help. I sincerely hope she works on commission!

Friendly, ang Professional.Listened to what we would like,and and and advised us what products that would work,under no obligation. My husband,and I are very happy,to visit the store to see the plans,of our new kitchen.

I can't thank the staff enough for helping me today when I purchased a shed, great customer service. They really went above and beyond.

Super service from David. I asked about some paint that I needed,but appered not to be in stock. He checked the delivery, then unpacked it, the paint was right at the bottom of the stack! Thanks again, much appreciated!

Trisha at the Wickes store in Ipswich (went above and beyond in helping me out. She sent out the missing end caps, on a new shower set, to me in the post - out of her own pocket. This saved me going into the store for the 3rd time to sort out other missing items on the set. By the way, the central Wickes number said they would contact me re sending out replacements but I never heard anything from them. So local Wickes store service great (from 1 staff member), Wickes central Customer Service appalling.

Could not have had better service today from Paul,Nick and Matt.

My experience was great because of Leah Collins who talked us all the way through the kitchen planning from start to finish. She was professional and friendly, Nothing was too much trouble. She put in a few of her ideas and this worked very well. Perfect customer service.

Leah was very patient and knowledgeable advising us on the options for our kitchen planning.
The customer service was pleasant and focused, and we were even offered a coffee to go through the process ,have our plan printed out and ordered.

During our married life we have lived in a number of houses and have upgraded or replaced the kitchens in seven of the houses we have lived in.
For the last two kitchen upgrades we have used Wickes and have been delighted with results.
Our most recent kitchen project has involved Steve Lowry of Wickes Ipswich as the designer who had great ideas for redesigning our kitchen and keeping a careful eye and advise on the costs. A good man to have on the Job!
Spires Interiors have done a wonderful job in removing the old and fitting the new kitchen. There were a few assembly and supply problems but all of them were dealt with quickly and professionally.
Our decorator has made an excellent job of painting and decorating the walls and ceiling.
The overall result is that we now have an exceptionally good kitchen thanks to the men and (lady) from Wickes and Spires

Having had a good experience with the planning and initial installation of our kitchen we were hopeful that if/when we had some snagging issues they would be dealt with expediently.

The fact is that once they've done the bulk of the work, they all lose interest. The installers worked hard to finish our kitchen before Christmas and it was pretty much done on the 23rd December. But there were snagging issues, and these have been so difficult to sort out, we're still trying to get them resolved now!

The fridge freezer was broken inside and this was quickly reported to Wickes who authorised a new one to be delivered (having tried to palm us off with a £100 to leave the broken one in place!) this was delivered on the 17th January, having been moved from the 10th. And it is still sitting in the corner of our kitchen!!

Various cupboards and doors have been damaged and we've had to have repeated replacements and are still waiting for another door to replace one of the replacements to be fitted.

There are gaps between the new floor tiles and the skirting board (some very noticeable) and everyone seems to be avoiding taking responsibility for trim needed to tidy this up. There has been no acknowledgement or discussion about sorting this, despite raising it several times.

The extractor we chose in the showroom, which was displayed in the cupboard we chose had a nice finish to the boxing in and led us to believe that this is how it would look in our kitchen... giving us a small amount of useable storage space around it. However the reality on installation was nothing! The installers boxed it in for us to try and make it a little more usable, but this isn't what we chose and again hasn't been dealt with.

On the whole, Wickes are great at selling you the kitchen and start the process well enough to lead you to believe that things will go smoothly and then basically ignore you as soon as something goes wrong!

Poor show Wickes!

Leah was great, working on the office design together she ensured that we considered all the options available. She took my many changes in her stride until we found the right layout. Very cheerful and friendly, qualities that are dear to me.
