We had a complete bathroom re-fit. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone involved was so helpful and professional. Coco the designer came up with a plan that gave us everything we wanted and more. The staff at the shop in Eastbourne were always responsive when we had questions and the installation team from Hammond Interiors Hastings were a joy. Always turned up on time, worked hard and cleared up perfectly.
Thoroughly recommend them all.

I would highly recommend Coco for her friendliness and experience. My newly fitted kitchen is wonderful, from the ordering to fitting. I will recommend to my friends looking for new kitchens. Thank you Coco.

We Would highly recommend Coco and her team at Wickes in Eastbourne. From the design to the finished bespoke kitchen the results were miraculous. We say this genuinely as our kitchen was a few cupboards thrown up and built very poorly. Ours took longer than expected but not because of wickes but we were fixing pipe work etc. and the fitter was very patient. Coco is Professional, experienced, friendly and accommodating, and really listened to our needs. Coco worked tirelessly to make our dream kitchen a reality. Thank you

10 Year kitchen Guarantee! Beware !!
Bought a top of the range kitchen, not your off the shelf type number. For the security of a guarantee on the units especially when spending an awful lot of money, and surprise surprise, when the under sink bespoke cupboard shows signs of rust, they won’t replace it!! Suggesting it’s my fault?? Won’t be buying again. Customer service by Macauley was extremely poor. Very quick to take my money and assure me any issues won’t be a problem!
Ps customer service reply below have not contacted me or looked into it!! Honestly go to Howdens trust your instinct !!

Your colleague Coco Astridge is the most helpful and understanding person we have dealt with at Wickes.
We’ve spoken to her a couple of times now, about our problems having had a new kitchen fitted by the Hailsham branch.
She completely understood our problem, that no one else could, and told us what we needed to resolve the problem.
Then when we returned a week or so later, she remembered us and enquired if the kitchen was finished.
We told her no and why, we then told her we were looking for new flooring for our kitchen, and straight away she said she would give us a discount, due to all the problems we have had with Wickes, and still aren’t resolved !
We truly regret not using her to design and run the fitting of our new kitchen.

From the minute of walking into the store, home visit, telephone calls until completed installation, Coco, our design consultant, listened to our desires, utilised our space, responded promptly to our questions & rectified our wishes.
We are more than delighted with the service & our new kitchen.

My experience with my sales consultant Coco was fantastic. She came to our house to measure up and swiftly created a plan for us. She is incredibly prompt on replying and always tries to put things right. Not only is Coco great at her job, but she is a lovely person too who is always smiling. The delivery experience with Wickes was not so positive due to items becoming out of stock, but I cannot fault Coco.

Colleen Astridge has been helping us with our en-suite and could not be more helpful, very grateful for all her help and advice

The salesman (Rob) at Eastbourne store was very helpful not too pushy but knowledgeable. He came to house and listened to what we required and made plans to our wishes. The delivery and fitting of kitchen was all very good. The kitchen fitter (Paul) was excellent . Would highly recommend wickes for new kitchen.

The design consultant Coco was extremely helpful and came up with really good ideas that we hadn't thought of.

Visited the Eastbourne branch and Coco helped to design a en suite bathroom for us. It’s not been delivered yet but so far the process has been great. Coco has been very helpful and professional despite us keep changing our mind on things. Thank you Coco!

Visited Wickes Eastbourne, East Sussex, lovely assistant Daryl helped me find the items I needed & then offered to load it into my car. Lovely helpful, polite guy & a credit to the store

I had a wicks kitchen put in the kitchen was of high quality wicks were very helpful the installation was by clemilson the kitchen was put in very well and very quickly the designer hadn't quite got measurements right and clem sorted it straight away nothing was to much trouble they are very polite and hard working and an excellent team and I would highly recommend you use them

I walked in not having a clue what I needed, walked out with the right product, at a great price, with really friendly, helpful and non patronising service. Simple things make me happy as a consumer, these are those!! Steve F and his colleague gave top top service.

We have not had our bathroom delivered yet but as far as the design and sales went I can highly recommend a visit to coco in store.
Coco is very and knowledgable and helped us create a small bathroom. I have been very impressed with our visits in store and look forward to receiving the new bathroom

Carlo was an excellent help in choosing which timber I should use for my extension. He called his friend Ed in for extra help also and they both gave a great service!

We designed and ordered our kitchen through Wickes. After an initial issue with a kitchen fitter we were allocated Clem, Michael & Lyndsay. They were fantastic from start to finish, very professional, polite and efficient. Even came out to sort a few snagging bits. We are really pleased with our new kitchen, huge thanks to Clem, Michael & Lyndsay.

The design Consultant Colleen Astridge ( Coco) was very helpful in advising me in all aspects of choosing my new kitchen . Coco was very professional and patient as I am a 83 yr old man and made me feel safe and comfortable in the store and on the phone. When the kitchen was completed she visited and helped me with the registration of all the electrical goods.thank you Wickes and Coco .

My bathroom expert at Wickes was Coco. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She advised me expertly on design and colour scheme. I have a small bathroom and she has managed to pull the design of my bathroom together so well. Coco was brilliant when I couldn’t get hold of people to finalise dates for delivery and when an item hadn’t turned up she made sure I had the item before the end of the job. Coco has made the whole process seamless and stress free. The end result is amazing. Thank you Coco.

I visit Wickes Eastbourne often, to buy products for work.
On this occasion I visited for several doors of different sizes, without having been able to identify precise product codes online.

Staff were very helpful and patient!allowing me access to the internal PC, pointing out aspects I might want to look for from what was available, and also leaving me time to scroll and select - a great mix of assistance, guidance and letting me choose in my own time.
When my basket was complete, as suggested I called Ben back over and he completed the purchase with delivery arrangements.
This is why I go to Wickes. Treated like an adult in a friendly helpful fashion, at a decent price. Can't really ask for much more, 5 stars
