Mike has gone above and beyond to get us the kicthen of our dreams!
Nothing has been to much to ask for. He has been on the end of the phone when ever needed. He has been a great help and im looking forward to having the kicthen fitted and looking exactly how we wanted it. Thanks Mike for you fabulous service! X

Whilst visiting your store in Broadstairs I was completely disappointed with the service given by the man on the till. Slumped in a chair, chair why chairs can your staff not stand for a while serving? He was unkempt, discourteous, misanthropic and very unpleasant. His unprofessional manner was not what I was expecting from a company such as Wickes.Sorry to point out but that hair cut. Evidently Wickes has no customer care training, if training is included some how this man was absent for that period. The man in question had entirely no interest in my welfare whilst serving, it was as though he was depressed or just waiting for his break and could not get away quick enough. In my opinion this member of staff should be employed away from the public, perhaps a role within the warehouse. This person definitely needs training possibly better positioning within the store. Hopefully you can assist with his continuous employment without his exposure to the public.
You will loss prospective custom if said person is allowed to continue in his present role.

From the moment we met Mike, he had a vision and it gave us a great ideas for the bathroom and he managed to fit everything and more into a small space.

Aidan our fitter was amazing, from beginning, middle, end he went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His expertise were second to none. He kept everything contained and ensured that he tidied up each night.

We were concerned that it would cause major disruption but Aidan kept that to a minimum and his craftsmanship and skill was superb.

Aidan didn't mind how many questions I asked and went above and beyond, often working late and on Saturdays.

We did have some teething issues but Aidan quickly rectified them without any problems and was always only a phone call away.

His eye for detail and perfectionism has given us a bathroom we can enjoy for years to come.

Aidan and Mike are an asset to the company and we couldn't have asked for a better service.

At the home survey visit for kitchen design, Farhan made lots of notes on my wishes for the design. Will save time at the next visit in store to see his design.

Really good communication, helpful salesman Mike who answered all questions and supported me along the journey when i was very out of my depth! Very realistic and practical advice given, i had control and was able to make my own informed choices about the bathroom design process

I had a home design visit from Farhan Choudury at the broadstairs branch. He was brilliant and did an excellent job of designing and measuring my kitchen. The order from start to finish has been excellent. I was missing 1 item but he replied instantly and problem was resolved.

We shopped around a bit, when looking at upgrading our kitchen and Wickes were by far the best choice.

Our kitchen designer, Mike Wood, was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous and professional and, above all else, honest with us.

He made the whole process really easy; he happily made tweaks where we asked; he advised us on alternatives, when what we wanted wouldn’t quite work in our kitchen space, and his communication cannot be faulted.

We would highly recommend Wickes, and Mike, if you’re considering getting a new kitchen.

We met Mike Wood in the store he was so helpful he came to our house to measure for the kitchen he had some brilliant ideas i cannot fault him at all he listened, suggested, was polite and friendly could not have asked for a better service.

We were able to book our kitchen appointment online. It was quick and easy. We met with Mike Wood in the store. Mike was able to listen to our needs, show us products, use his expertise to advise and guide us through. Mike came to our home and each appointment he was punctual. Mike was professional and friendly throughout and clearly is very good at his job. He produced a great kitchen design that we are very happy with. Placing the order with Wickes was easy, they offered good discounts and have a good returns policy, meeting customers need well. Wickes have a great range of products to suit most budgets to produce the kitchen you love.

We used Mike Wood at broadstairs Wickes and he was amazing. He listened to all of our ideas and helped us create our dream kitchen. He gave us expert advice in regards to designing the layout and giving us lots of options. He showed us what works well with certain colours and which style would suit the kitchen best. He did all this and stayed within our budget helping us manage the entire project from day one. Would highly recommend using Wickes and especially Mike.

Farhan very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficent. There was no hard sell he just went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. We changed our design a few times during the process and Farhan was very happy to accommodate our changes. We highly recommend him and he is a credit to Wickes.

Superb speed of response to request from Thanet Disabled Riding Centre for two big Tubs for use at a fund raiser snd then for use at the yard with the horses.

I recently delivered a large Community project, I requested the support of Claire and her Wickes team at Broadstairs, her support has been nothing short of amazing. Purchased some Peat free compost which had a price of £6.00 displayed. When this was rung through the till it came up as £6.50 so I went back to query with the assistant. She went without a word to the display came back tapped at the till, asked my name and address, plus my card. Then processed the refund and said there's your refund!!! Call me old fashioned but shouldn't there have been a "Sorry about that" somewhere in the process????
