Wickes - Broadstairs Anmeldelser 

Had to tick one box before I could even write a review. Had a terrible experience with Wickes and their delivery service City Sprint.
I ordered a fence panel on the 31st October, all good,delivery 2 October, even got a msg from City Sprint saying the delivery will be 11am -3pm.3.30 came,looked on my original order to track it and it said ,order returned to depot,rang Wickes,after a long time waiting on the phone,it turned out there were no fence panels in stock !!!! Just received an email refunding my £30 but what about the delivery charge of £5 ?? Wouldn't use them again

We first met Farhan when we went to Wickes (Broadstairs) to discuss our Bathroom refurbisment. He was extremely polite and listened to our ideas and showed us all the products that met our needs. When he came to undertake the design process he again listened to what we wanted and gave guidance based on his expertise. After the bathroom had been completed, we had a number of items that needed to be returned, Farhan immediately took control of the refund without any problems. During the whole process from start to finish (28 May - 27 Oct 2026), Farhan was superb and his knowledge of the products was excellent. As an individual he was courteous, warm and personable.
In our home, he listened attentively and was able to provide us with guidance based on his experience and expertise.

It was Kevin's first day today. I entered the shop needing lots of help and nothing was too much trouble for Kevin , he helped me get 2 big doors, architraves, skirting, hinges etc and then put everything in my car for me!. Gold standard for Kevin. Thank you - I will be back!

Michael Wood - Broadstairs
From our initial discussions to completion of the final design Michael was able to along with his design expertise produced a design that improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen to the extent that despite working with the same floor area the kitchen now appears more open.
The approved installer suggested by Michael worked with us to minimise the disruption and progressed the work in a timely fashion with now delays.
Now having lived with the new kitchen for nearly 3 months we are pleased that we decided to go with Wickes and were very fortunate in having Michael as our designer.
We cannot fault the service we received from the various departments involved in providing our kitchen.

Great experience from start to finish. Our second kitchen from wickes and specifically with Mike Wood. Extremely helpful and knowledgable, without being pushy. We had a couple of issues but nothing that mike wasn't able to assist and help us resolve promptly. A real pleasure, thanks Mike.

Highly recommend Mike Wood, at Wickes. Nothing was too much trouble, from planning, designing right through to the end. Mike helped design a beautiful kitchen for our slightly awkward, wonky kitchen. Great value for money, great delivery and service.

I can’t recommend Mike highly enough. From the very beginning, he took the time to properly listen to us and understand exactly what we wanted from our kitchen. He was patient, polite and calming throughout, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

Mike really went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. He was excellent at maximising storage and was able to identify potential issues instantly. His attention to detail and willingness to spend the extra time getting things perfect made a huge difference.

His support didn’t stop once the design was finished, which has been really appreciated.

The whole experience has been so much easier thanks to Mike. He clearly takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about getting the best result for his customers.

Mike Wood was our design consultant who we found to be approachable and patient in helping us to look at our options when choosing our bathroom and have a first class service. We had previously had a bathroom some 6/7 years previously and decided we wanted a change and did not hesitate to return to Wickes for what was another excellent service from design consultant through to the service Centre staff and the all important installers. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

We were planning a new kitchen in our do-er upper. From the initial home visit to quoting nothing was too much trouble for Farhan. Unfortunately at this stage we're not proceeding due to the way of the world but we will revisit again in the new year for sure.

Staff were very helpful going above and beyond, managed to get all the items I needed, great overall shopping experience👍 would recommend

We contacted Wickes to ask whether they might be able to support our Christmas Grotto and Christmas Market at 6th Ramsgate Royal Harbour Sea Scouts, and the support we received was absolutely fantastic.

The team very generously donated 10 floodlights to help us light the event, which will make a huge difference to us and help us create something really special for local children and families this Christmas.

Communication throughout was brilliant, and they went out of their way to help a local community group.

A massive thank you to everyone at Wickes involved for your generosity and support — it genuinely means a lot to all of us at 6th Ramsgate Royal Harbour Sea Scouts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Farhan at the Broadstairs branch of Wickes was really helpful, friendly and polite and offered some good design ideas and solutions for optimising my kitchen space. The prices and discounts on offer were also very good.

Just visited Wickes in Broadstairs as my husband and I often do and always find the staff helpful and willing to have a chat and a laugh with you especially Jackie. We know that due to no fault of theirs they are sometimes run off their feet but generally the wait is not too long.

I use wickes everyday. It has everything I need for my business.
The cashier’s are all very friendly and helpful. My favourite is a lady called Jackie, she is always nice and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is always friendly to my grandson when he comes to work with me

I love Wickes so much, good prices, the staff are wonderful, Jackie and Emma, Becky are to members of staff which have become friends, Pop down and check them out

Ive used Wickes a lot of recently & everytime I’ve been in I have received excellent service from Jackie. Always have the stock I need and are always helpful with the click&collect process.
