Fantastic experience buying a car from these guys. Great range of quality cars available with top specs. No pressure sales team whatsoever. On my first visit Mo was great and very helpful. When I decided to purchase the car Ellis took over the sales side of things and his communication right up to the collection of the vehicle was second to non. Blair was also helpful when I phoned a few times during the week. After a couple of days of having the vehicle the car developed an issue and the way in which they sorted this out was absolutely fantastic, giving me a curtesy car for a couple of days while the issue was resolved. It is clear that they take customer service very seriously and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending friends and family to purchasing from them. They will certainly be top of my list when I come to replace the car I have just purchased in 3 years time. Excellent!

Normally I would only buy lower value items off the internet, but I decided to give buying a car a go as it’s quite the normal thing to do these days, even for an old duffer like me.
I did quite a lot of searching before finding the car I wanted on “motors” website which linked through to Whitethor cars.
I was suspicious to start as the car was over £20k, so I did a lot of research on the company, but I needn’t have bothered really as the whole experience was very simple for me due to the help and good business values used by Ellis (salesman) and George the (delivery guy) nothing has been an issue, in fact the opposite, with both working towards getting the car to me as and when I wanted it.
Bearing in mind I have never contacted this garage before they really did a perfect job for me, so when I need another vehicle my search will start with them for sure.

Mo goes the extra mile was fantastic from start to finish, 5* service was extremely helpful with buying the right car, would definitely use again. Would highly recommend Thanks again for all your help.

I purchased a Golf R line from Whitethor cars, intially dealing with Blair he was really help and patient with my questions.
I proceeded to leave a deposit to hold the car until I could get to view it. Ellis then dealt with with sale and again was a really good guy, if I'd known the standard of cars these guys sell I would have saved myself the 7hr round trip and just had them deliver the car from viewing the photos. Would definitely recommend!

Bought my car from Mo and the guys. No pressure or pushing me to buy anything, was free to roam and look in my own time. Then when I chose a car they had answers for any of my questions, only happy to help. All cars on site are immaculate and staff are highly knowledgeable of every car. The company are really friendly as long as your on there side, I purchased a car from these guys, however it was previously stolen recovered and had an accident before but was sold as HPI clear, if your buying a VW from them please ask if the alloys are genuine because mine wasn’t.

From start to finish Ellis was amazing. Sorted the finance out for me, to that note also shopped around for me to get the best deal. I did not see the vehicle prior to purchase but had full trust in Ellis and the team and I was right too. Vehicle was delivered today spotless. There’s no hidden charges, no lies. Just a straight talking dealership looking out for their customers. Nothing was too much for them. I firmly recommend this dealership to anyone and will have great pleasure dealing with them again in the future.

Side note too, George the delivery driver was spot on too. Showed me the vehicle and all docs needed.

could not have been more helpful over the transaction of my new AMG A45.
