A fine product, delivered in a fine box, live, in flower and not a bruise or dropped petal! amazing!

I am always very glad to see my first shipment of oranges and grapefruits the first week of December. I live in a cold, snowy, overcast part of the country and having really fresh citrus for 3 months is like sunshine.

Ordering bulbs or a plant int he dead of winter in Minnesota is a gamble unless you are notified or provided with shipping information in advance of arrival. Unfortunately White Flower does not provide a tracking number for shipment so the bulbs that I sent my 87 year old mother were delivered by UPS without notice and they sat outside her front door in sub-zero weather for a couple of days. Needless to say, she is upset and I am disappointed.

I have always been pleased with WFF's products, website, & service. I order amaryllis bulb gifts every Christmas & the flowers are consistently beautiful. There have never been any shipping or other issues.

Each Christmas for several years I have sent an amaryllis to my sister-in-law. Every year she calls me when it blooms and says it's the prettiest one yet. Since she lives in Pensacola, she can plant them in her yard after the first year inside. If they weren't so expensive, I'd order one each year for myself@

First, it's a good thing the order was delayed as it was about to be sent to CA instead of VA. This was discovered when the giver phoned WWF to find out what had happened to the order. The order was placed before Xmas, but due to weather was not sent. No notification was sent to the gift recipient or the gift giver about a delay in shipping. The order was finally received almost a month after the order was placed.
Second, one month after the basket was finally received, two months after the order was placed, one bulb in the basket had 1 flower stalk, still a tight bud but no leaves and the second bulb was just barely showing a green tip.
I will not buy this expensive product again and I suggest you don't either.

I ordered a couple of amaryllis plants as Christmas gifts. I live in Wyoming. They arrived frozen and even though I thawed them and watered them, they were destroyed.
I called White Flower Farm and my credit card was immediately refunded. I would suggest that bulbs not be shipped during extremely cold weather. I realize that is a problem when many bulbs are ordered for Christmas gifts. But surely my experience was not unique.

Three plants arrived and were given to two neighbors. I kept one.
One neighbor's bulb grew and opened into a flower in less than a week; His second
shoot flowered on Christmas eve. Mine flowered on Christmas Day and a second
shoot flowered at the end of January and is STILL in flower in February! The other
neighbor's bulb flowered in January and did not flower again.
The mixed colors were spectacular.
Next year we will try another forced-bulb planting. Perhaps Narcissus or something
different for a change.

I order your bulbs every year - the blooms are AWESOME and I have amaryllis blooms until February!!

I ordered amaryliis pots for many of my friends but as I went to visit them after Christmas, I saw their little short stalks in dirt. Each friend apologized saying they were sure it was their fault that the plants hadn't bloomed. I just heard from the first friend that the plant had finally bloomed --- just before Valentines Day. They were sent the first week in December.

I was able to easily find plants that are suited to my area. The plants are labeled so you can tell if they need shade or sun and the pictures were very colorful. I have bought from White Flower farm in the past and will do so in the future.

For the holidays, I send an annual gift of an Amaryllis to various friends and relatives, and I always get one for myself as well. White Flower Farm has a wide variety, so I can always get a "new" one to send. Most of the bulbs have multiple flowers and many even have more than one stem. Everyone loves to get them. They have a long bloom time and are a perfect anecdote to gray winter months.

I love my lavender plant in a nice-looking ceramic pot. It arrived safely in mid-winter in great condition.

I've always loved visiting WF Farm and getting the catalog. I was so impressed by the holiday gifts that I sent one to my boss. She received a glass globe with nothing else (no bulbs, no stand) and called to let the company know there had been a proble. No resolution or further materials. I called as well. The bulbs came weeks later and the stand after that. So, the presentation of a wonderful gift that I envisioned, never happened. I wont be ordering from them again.

Had to throw all three plants out. Because of aphids only live plants in my apartment:(

My office staff counts on their annual Christmas amaryllis, always commenting on the size, quantity,and beauty of the blooms. And my perennial garden still features a patch of altissima hemerocallis I no longer see in the catalog but purchased from WFF years ago. I trust this company and appreciate the years of excellent service and quality product.

I ordered the new enchanted garden wreath and it is beautiful. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I am always happy with my purchases from White Flower Farm. Thank you very much.

I have always loved the products that White Flower Farm offers. However, I think that they spend so much on marketing and their catalog that when it comes to buying anything, it is mostly all overpriced. An example is their amaryliss bulbs. I had hoped to buy some to send as Christmas gifts but they are so expensive that I went elsewhere. I continue to buy spring bulbs from them because of the quality of the bulbs they offer but these too are overpriced. As for their customer service, it is great. The people on the phone are professional, helpful and efficient.

I indulged in WFF amaryllises for me and to give to friends for Christmas. Great selection of varieties. Unfortunately the weather turned frigid during shipping week. in the first of many sub zero spells.
The bulbs arrived frozen after at least 5 days in transit, from WFF to Wisconsin. Bad luck all around. WFF issued a credit immediately for the whole order.
I could have cried with disappointment but I'll order again from WFF. They stood up.
