I have ordered amaryllis bulbs from White Flower Farm for many years and am always amazed at the variety of the red flowers available in the catalog.
The bulbs make excellent gifts and the delivery is prompt.

WWF plants are expensive but high in quality. The catalog summaries with each plant are quite helpful and make for enjoyable reading for a gardening enthusiast.

Everyyear, I go throwugh the pages picking out which blooms I want to get me through Dec, Jan, and into Feb. I have never been disappointed but do end up with pots all over the place! I cut the first and move it to a vase while the second shoot opens so we are surrounged by beautiful blooms. Part of our holiday tradition.

I enjoy looking thru your catalog and ordering plants not always available in my area. Though from this distance the shipping costs are quite expensive. Had immediate replacement once when one plant arrive very wilted and not ready to plant.

One of the flower pots came split down the side. One phone call resulted in a complete promptly delivered.
Would recommend White to anyone.

I have been giving WFF amaryllis to friends for over ten years, and we share our experiences of how quickly our bulbs come to life. Never a failure, each one is always a bit different from another one that is exactly the same variety. A true case of, "You get what you pay for!"

My wife and I gardened for decades, she focusing on flowers and herbs, me on shrubs and trees (a division by height -- I'm tall with a long history of back problems, she's built closer to the ground!). We've been happy living in a downtown condo for the last seven years, but we both miss our gardens and trees. Retirement has enabled me to recently become the part-time gardener for our 58-unit condo, which has a few hundred feet of raised sidewalk beds, sidewalk trees, and a planted roof garden -- all in raised beds. When I knew I wanted to plant bulbs in late Fall, I ordered from White Flower Farm for the first time in years -- they had a great selection, didn't seem expensive, at all, and delivery was fast,. The 50 bulbs were first-rate, as I expected. I look forward to seeing them sprout this Spring, and to buying more product. Meanwhile, I had to return some garden tools I bought online from one of White Flower's competitors. Instead of a refund, they offered me a discount on a future order. I'll stick with White Flower Farm.

I was not pleased with the delivery. I ordered in early December and white flower didn't deliver within the next week...when the weather was warmer. No they waited until the weather was extremely cold and then left the orchid on the door step. i would have hoped that the flower recipient would have received more than what they were supposed to get. They didn't even get an orchid because they were "out" of the product. Grr

Great plant stock that is guaranteed and outstanding customer service . I have been using White Flower for years both when I have lived north and now south in Florida and I have never been disappointed with anything that I have ordered from them. Their growing zone recommendations are right on the mark and as well as instructions for planting and care of the plant when in the ground.

High expectations with the Tres Chic Amaryllis this year (2013) as a number of previous years' orders were very successful and last year's order blossomed 3 times! This year's order was a complete bust. After unpacking the box and following the watering/sunlight/temperature directions, the exposed bulb top started slowly frothing with an accumulation of bubbles. After 2 days the frothing stopped. Continued to follow the directions looking for success and growth like last year and nothing happened. After about 8 days with no indication of growth, I nudged the top of the bulb and the top half of the bulb cracked off and the remaining bulb in the pot was crispy. Gave the entire contents of the pot and bulb the proper burial.

Disappointed with winter plant selections. Narcissus variety especially sparse. No calamansi trees.

I ordered the long door decoration complete with holly etc and was extremely pleased. You should tell the customer to wear work gloves when handling this as the holly is extremely sharp/prickly. ALSO it would be great if you supplied or offered something to hang the long garland with as we never did find the right hangers to use and improvised. By next year I hope you figure this out as I want to order this again. Thanks. Everyone LOVED how it looked and wondered where I got it. You will get lots of new requests!

Have ordered many times from White Flower Farm to include garden hardscape products, gardening tools (if you don't own a swoe, you need to order one today!), outdoor plants, and indoor plants (no better Christmas gift than an Amaryllis from White Flower Farm). And did I mention their catalog? It is an education unto itself. This is a vendor who has been in business for years and years and for good reason.

I have bought amaryllis from you to years in a row and they have been superb gifts.

I wish I could figure out which varieties of amaryllises will sprout faster than others. I buy many different varieties and some start almost immediately and others take 6 - 8 weeks before the buds start coming out. I have a Picotee that is an inch high and others that are finished. Annoying since they are mostly gifts I buy them for.

Our family elder, 92 years of age, is not always easy to buy for at the holidays or any time. I have found that over the years, a blooming plant is a good choice, especially in the wintry months after Christmas. The amaryllis plants we have been giving her every year bring beauty into her life. Not only is the blooming amaryllis visually stunning with its giant blooms on several stalks, but being able to experience it's growth is hopeful and renewing. She never tires of them. Although my sister and I, together, send her an amaryllis almost every year, this year I have received two thank you notes from her, exclaiming over the number and size of the blossoms! I do believe that the quality of the plants at White Flower Farm are exceptional.

I sent for some bueatiful plants, I called the White Flower Farms first to make sure they would survive in our Montana weather. They assured me they would. So I am waiting for spring to see if this plant survived.

Received my tree ripened honebells promptly and they were superlative. Sweet and delicious, they are high juice yielders.

Haven't ordered grapefruit yet this year, but last year's saw the sweetest, most pleasing grapefruit ever. Barely tart at all, they made organic tree ripened grapefruit from another source seem under-ripe and sour. I've always found WFF exemplary, whether for fruit or plants.
