It's not instant so didn't as wanted loads of personal stuff first. Would have been happy to give that after the quote aswell as condition etc of vehicle. Not going to bother now.

While there might be website issues, the experience is much better when dealing directly with their friendly staff over the phone. Although the bike valuations can be lower than expected, I appreciate the convenience and smooth experience they offer, making it a good option if you're looking to avoid the hassle of private sales. Got to say, the guy who came round to do the checks, was such a nice bloke.
Had good chat with him, into is bikes as you would expect.
The hole experience from start to finish was pretty much painless.
Money straight in the bank.
Job done.
Gotta to say, Worth a bit more gotta say, but it’s a Business at the end of the day, if you need the money, you take the price offed, ir don’t.
If I was skint and needed the money,I would use them again for sure.
If I didn’t need the mine asap, probably wouldn’t.
But would recommend saying that..

Questionable experience
Sold my bike to these people and they whole experience was quick and dealt with reasonably easily. My only complaint is that the valuation was low and I mean very low and I can now see my bike for sale on their site at over £1.6k more than they paid me. Whilst I understand you need to make a profit there's making profit and fleecing people and this comes under the latter.
