I applied for documents to documents which has 2 weeks processing time. But, its been two months to apply , still i am waiting for results
I called so many times for help. Nobody response well as i expect
No one have clue about it.

I used WES for a Brazilian bachelor's degree evaluation (course-by-course) for a graduate program application. The document requirements page in my account was specific to my country and institution, which made it clear exactly what I had to upload myself and what had to come sealed from my university.

Once my sealed transcript arrived from Brazil, the report was completed in under two weeks and sent directly to my school. The reference number system kept everything organized, and the status page was accurate throughout.

One tip for other applicants: read the document list carefully before paying for translations. It saved me from spending money on the wrong thing.

J'ai envoyé le diplôme pour une évaluation Wes.je n'ai pas encore reçu de résultat, cependant, j'aime bien les étapes d'études.par exemple ils m'ont dans un premier temps fait savoir qu'ils attendaient les documents, ensuite qu'il l'avait reçu et après qu'ils sont en études...ces informations me permettent de savoir où en est mon dossier.

Fantastic, easily understood, seamless. Although I was disappointed that the physical copy mailed to me didn't have my phone number on it, was a stroke of luck I was able to get it from the Courier but other than that I can't complain.

Firstly, my certificates were evaluated when all the documents were completed in less than a week which to me was very surprising following the complains I've been reading on social media.
Secondly, the date I was given to pass and collect the physical documents at DHL was strictly respected.
My experience with WES is one of the best have had for a while now.

My experience with WES has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I submitted my application in February, and my last account update was in April. For the past 12 weeks, I have repeatedly contacted customer service regarding my dashboard not updating and showing my documents as pending.

Every time, I was assured that all my documents had been received, my application was under review, and the issue had been escalated to the internal team. I followed up consistently, asking whether anything further was required from my end, but received the same generic assurances without any actual progress or resolution.

To make matters worse, I received an email informing me that my account had become inactive and that I now need to pay an additional $60 CAD to reactivate it.

How is this fair to an applicant who has spent months actively following up on an issue that WES was repeatedly made aware of?

The lack of communication, accountability, and ownership throughout this process has been unacceptable. I am not asking for special treatment, just transparency, timely updates, and a fair resolution without being charged extra for circumstances I repeatedly tried to address.

I sincerely hope WES takes responsibility and improves how it handles applicant concerns, rather than leaving customers chasing the same unresolved issue for months.
