He went an extra mile!
David, the engineer, who travelled from Bristol to fix our ThermaQ hot water cylinder is so professional and even went an extra mile to explain to me the functions of those critical components, and the possible causes of the problem. Surely, deserved 5 Stars!
Update: sadly, after one week, more problems appeared. I need to power off the entire hot water system, and is now waiting the Developer to follow up with the installer!
David, thank you for coming back to check the system for me. You are the few whom I know who truly care about customers' problems!

Fantastic
The service was fantastic, the only issue I had was that my order updates were confusing. I received an email at 22:30 containing my invoice, that suggested the cooler had been delivered. It was delivered first thing the next morning. This is not a big issue, just confusing.
The cooler arrived well packaged, no damage to either the cooler or box, with a great instruction manual, that was very helpful.

The kettle tap is a great blessing
The kettle tap is a great blessing, providing water at just the right temperature for good tea and coffee, as well as cutting down cooking time for vegetables, pasta and rice. And the chilled filtered water is fabulous. While at the same time we know we're being eco-friendly and cutting down wasted energy. It's simple to use once we got used to the mechanism. And the company are a delight to work with - great service with a genuine smile. I would recommend this to anyone.
