I ordered 2 watercoolers and had to…
I ordered 2 watercoolers and had to call 4 times to chase my order only to find that the items were out of stock. This was over 10 days after I had made the order. No one contacted me to tell me this.
However I did eventually manage to speak to Lawrence who said he would send a different water cooler instead the next day. Hoping they will be delivered, but again the brackets we need were not in stock. Have to wait another 10 days for these. Lets see if they turn up!

Easy to order and quick delivery and excellent aftersales customer service.
Easy to order and quick delivery. Only problem is that the plug is strangely a 2 pin plug and I keep forgetting to buy an adaptor and consequently the watercooler is still sitting in the corner of our office unused until I get one. Why 2 pin plug?? A bit annoying. So for now cannot comment on usability. My 5 stars rating is purely for ordering and delivery which were good.
UPDATE: After posting my original review above, I was immediately contacted by a Director of the company and he was apologetic and arranged for an engineer to visit me and change the plug to UK 3 pin. Got to give credit for excellent customer service and very reassuring to see they care and willing to remedy a problem. I'm happy I chose this company to supply my business with a watercooler! Worthy of 5 stars!

I am very sorry to hear that the coolers arrived with EU Plugs, they should have been UK and we do check the majority of the goods when they arrive. We are now carrying out checks on all of our remaining stock, and I am pleased to advise they are UK and ready for sale - so sincere apologies to you once again.
We have covered the cost of the adapters you needed to purchase to ensure that you are not out of pocket, and I have already arranged a couple of complementary bottles due to the inconvenience this caused you.

The product is great however the courier (APC) was not the best that's why we initially gave 3 stars.
However, it is now 5* Jon called me from WCD and took the time to fully understand the delivery issues, we are also now going to save money by moving to a better regular water delivery arrangement.
